e original wedding I had planned, so if you're worried just do it! With most things being outside, people were able to distance and we offered masks and hand sanitizer. It felt very normal. Everyone told us this was the most beautiful venue and wedding and we absolutely loved it. Andrew was more than willing to help us have our day be as perfect as possible!

and property. Our photos here turned out amazing. I helped on the morning of to set up all of the decor and stuff where I wanted, and the BATW employees were very helpful as well. Anything we needed on the day of, they brought to us. Thank you so much BATW for making our day amazing!

0 to reschedule. I reached out April 2020 to Andrew to see what our options would be if things did not get better for our Nov 2020 wedding. He responded they were allowing free reschedules for spring weddings and fall weddings would have the fee. We decided to see how things were in the summer. Fast forward to the first week of July, my fiancé reaches out to Andrew about postponing to fall 2021. At this point they have our deposit and first payment. He tells us that it will now be $2300 to have a Saturday in the same month next year or we could have a Friday or Sunday for no additional cost. We would still be paying the full Saturday price for a Friday or Sunday. Andrew also acted like WE were being unreasonable. He was rude and refused to try to work with us. We decided paying them more after the way we were treated was not ok. When we call to cancel, Andrew was then willing to work with us but he never apologized, at no point reached out. On top of it all they enforced their contract that lets them keep all of the money we paid but not the part where the reschedule fee is $1000 (which we were planning to pay!). From their shady contract to their treatment of us and how they are handling the Pandemic, Avoid This Venue.

thing about this venue is charming and memorable, the big tree to get married under, the vintage chandelier in the barn, the list goes on. Plenty of space to dance. The pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommend!

aveled from out of town to have our wedding in Oklahoma, it was important to find a venue that could accommodate all our wedding party (16 including bride and groom). I am from Southern Oklahoma and my husband is from Alabama. We wanted a place that allowed us to gather together and enjoy the day without any hustle and bustle. (haha, or as little stress as possible, I mean it is your wedding day, it is going to be busy ;) Most of our wedding party (my husband as well) are huge football fans therefore we asked Andrew if we could have additional televisions in the barn for everyone’s viewing pleasure. I know, I know, some of you ladies are thinking I am crazy…The televisions were honestly a hit and provided a bit of an ice breaker for our families. The guys hung out outside drinking mimosa’s and ran a couple of errands while all the bridal party took full advantage of the farm house having mimosas, getting hair and makeup done, and truly taking in our time together making memories. Once it was time for the guys to get ready the groomsmen were able to get ready in the farmhouse in the groom suite. The Barn at the Woods is a beautiful venue with multiple options for the ceremony, covered area/extension to the barn for the ceremony and/or reception, with plenty of room to dance the night away with your friends and family. If you are looking for a place to say I DO then you must meet with Andrew at the Barn at the Woods and see for yourself the beautiful property. You will also be swept away by Andrew and his staff. Andrew went above and beyond to speak with me, answer phone calls/emails; I visited the property multiple times with each of my bridesmaids, and if I could give more stars I would because my husband and I smiled for weeks after our wedding day and how perfect it was. We had the A-Team of wedding vendors and it all started with the Barn at the Woods! OUR WEDDING WAS PERFECT!

all questions we had and made sure we were set for our big day! They also have an option to rent out beautiful/unique items and furniture. They do all set up and take down of anything you use through them. I would highly recommend this venue! Our wedding was PERFECT!

And really we have two issues- nothing big. But they went above and beyond to help make my day amazing. Also, the view you get and the character this place has isn’t something you can create. It’s just cute and rustic and romantic. I loved everything about my venue!!

It can be a hassle when venues limit what other vendors may be used, so it helped that the BATW didn't have any restrictions (outside of bartenders). One of the main perks of the barn is the atmosphere. You have access to the farmhouse, barn, offices and parking lot, which are all within walking distance. Since the property has so much character, you can decorate as much or as little as you'd like. If I could relive my wedding over again I would in a heartbeat, especially since it was at The Barn at the Woods!

hen my mom and I arrived at the venue that morning he told us that they were watching the weather and he had his crew ready at the drop of the hat to move our chairs and decorations to the tent if it were to rain. They went above and beyond to make our day perfect! It ended up sprinkling during the afternoon and they picked up the chairs during the rain and then sat them out just before the ceremony so that they were dry for our guests! It did not end up raining and our day was perfect! I would choose this venue a million times over because of how great the people were!

It was also the right amount of room to get done what we needed to inside. Gorgeous kitchen that made it easy to get the last minute things done. The property is very well kept and was all set up and ready when we arrived. We never had to interact with the staff much because they were on top of everything and got done what they needed to as fast as they could. We loved dreaming up our wedding there with tons of space to add whatever you desire. It was amazing to see it all come together. We can't wait to share our beautiful pictures and video in the future with all of our friends and family showing off this amazing venue.

Weddings can be stressful for some people but booking this venue was the easier thing I could have done for myself (especially because I had no idea what I was doing in the beginning!). The barn, cottage and tree we got married in front of couldn't be more cozy and charming. We've had so many people tell us that our wedding was the most beautiful wedding they've ever attended. The venue was everything we wanted and was even more beautiful in our pictures than we thought. We wanted a venue that wasn't country or hick. and the space by the tree for the ceremony was perfect (and could've handled a bigger crowd if we wanted) and the barn was a perfect size for some dancing. A very "pinteresty" type of setting, which all the women loved, and exactly the kind of place we were looking for from the start. All our needs were met regarding special requests and very nice all through the process. Would highly recommend this place to anybody interested in an outdoor wedding with a love for vintage/rustic feel.

venue had everything we wanted and more - from the breathtaking ceremony location in the back to the fun barn reception. Everything went very smoothly. The breeze that comes through the ceremony and follows through to the barn was perfect. Don't think a hot night in August won't work at this venue because it will! Andrew was on the property the entire time from setting up in the early morning to taking down in the late evening. They set up all the tables and chairs exactly how we wanted them and provided linens we loved. So many extra touches that no other venues had. And what a gorgeous setting for bridal pictures!! We had friends and family come from 7 different states and they are still calling us and telling us how wonderful our wedding was. Everyone had such a great time. We did use different vendors (caterer, DJ and bartenders) then they suggested but I would assume their vendors are as great as they are.

We had about 220 guests and yet it still felt close and intimate. This is the best venue in OKC in my opinion.
