We opted to have the ceremony inside the barn, but I loved having the option to have it outside in the pavilion, as well. There’s no wrong choice!
I had several guests tell me how much they loved it there and how beautiful it was. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone!

Every rental includes round tables, chiavari chairs, black or white tablecloths, full setup and breakdown, a bridal suite for the bride and bridesmaids, a bar area, and a prep kitchen for your caterer. Our stunning outdoor pavilion is available for ceremonies, bringing your dream of an outdoor wedding to life.

ad a brick wall. The floors were cement and there were industrial hanging lights and a BEAUTIFUL chandelier. The bridal suite was very tasteful and had a beautiful light as well and a bathroom just for us girls! Outside there was a covered pavilion (extra costs for outdoor ceremony) and a old blue chevy pickup truck for pictures. Minette was very communicative and just a wonderful person. The tables, chairs, table clothes, and outdoor ceremony chairs were all set up for us but we had to do the rest of the decorations and teardown. There is a very clear list for clean up and was no problem to us as we had a wonderful wedding party to help. We were able to set up the day before and have our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner as well for an extra cost. Overall, we are so incredibly happy with this venue. It was absolutely perfect for us!

de decorating easy because you didn’t need much! We had about 175 guests including vendors and that felt comfortable! The tables, chairs, linens, & string lights are included, you have access to the bridal suite at 8 am the morning of which was plenty of time to set up and get ready, and the barn was air conditioned. The only down falls, were the smaller bridal suite to get ready (we had 13 total girls up there including hair and make up artists) and the bathrooms have a strong sulfur smell due to the well water. Other than those minor things we definitely recommend having your wedding at The Barn!

packages where they have select vendors. A down fall for me however was the fact that there photo gallery was a bit lacking. My now husband and I booked the venue right as they were finishing building it and it was difficult to envision some things. They had said they were going to upload more but never did. I had to strongly rely on looking at the instagram tag for the location to get some kind of idea of what it would look like all decorated. The only other thing that was a struggle for me was that I did not get ready at the venue due to the fact that the bridal suit is a bit smaller and I wanted everyone to have room. When I arrived at the venue to get dressed over an hour before my wedding guests had already arrived and I had to have my day of coordinator to ask everyone to turn around so I could run in.

The barn at Walnut Creek was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly what we wanted and it was newly renovated. It also had AC (which was nice because a handful of barn venues don’t)....
Minette was very responsive and kept in touch with us often. We were planning a wedding during COVID and we’re the first wedding back of spring/summer 2020. She wanted us to have the perfect day and did everything in her power to help make that happen. They were great to work with and it ended up being the most perfect day!
