This venue is a magical location and a dream come true for our wedding ceremony. It’s the perfect mix for a casual but traditional indoor and outdoor wedding. Overall the space is great and the owner is knowledgeable. However, we had to make adjustments and cancel our rehearsal dinner at the venue due to them booking another wedding that day without communicating until afterwords. While they refunded us, we had to rehearse at 8am and set up the entire wedding day of. Additionally, the owner was late for my tour and rehearsal.

This venue is a hidden gem! We went to a wedding here in 2020 and my husband said to me when we get married we were doing it here. Almost all my vendors told me this was their first time here and they LOVED it. We got so many compliments from the guests about how gorgeous the venue was too! Beverly was so commutative and easy to work with. Our wedding was a dream come true!

The venue is beautiful and tucked away from the chaos of the coast. Jennifer, our wedding day-of coordinator made out wedding day so easy. Highly recommend having any major event here!!

Beautiful venue and amazing staff!!! Could not have picked a better place for my wedding. It was so beautiful and so big it was perfect for everything I wanted!! The staff is so accommodating and nice!! I had visited other venue before them and they were really the nicest people ever and helped so much to make sure I got everything I wanted and more. So happy we picked this place!!

The Barn at WaterOaks farm is simply spectacular. Me and my now husband was on the search for a non beach wedding that would be unique and charming. I ran across the barn during a google search and was automatically in love with the venue. I contacted Beverly in email for a tour of the venue and easily set up the tour. During the tour I knew for certain that this is where we would become husband and wife. Beverly made every detail in this venue gorgeous and charming. You can tell she takes great care and pride of the Barn. The booking process was very easy, we booked the same day as our tour and everything was laid out in the agreement. The time between our booking to the wedding day, communication with Beverly was a breeze. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and we will never forget it. In the planning process me and my husband forgot to have a back up for transportation back home, Beverly offered to drive us home which is definitely going above and beyond and we are forever grateful. If you want to have a rustic and gorgeous wedding venue go with the Barn at Water Oaks farm. This venue is a gem and Beverly is very kind and professional. Thank you Beverly!

“The best ever” is no exaggeration!!!! Everything from planning before the big day, getting ready that morning, to the sparkler exit... it was truly the BEST day ever. Beverly goes above and beyond in hospitality, and the venue is unbeatable. Wouldn’t trade any of it! Thank you Beverly for helping us have the most special wedding day ever ❤️

I've had the pleasure of attending a wedding, a banquet, and a photo shoot at the Barn at Water Oaks, and each time I've been absolutely blown away! The setting is perfectly idyllic, the staff is so amazingly helpful and friendly, and everywhere you turn there's another beautiful little vignette you want to take a picture of! I highly recommend this venue to all of my friends whenever they announce an engagement, and I'm excited to be attending another wedding here next spring. I follow them on Facebook and I really love seeing all of the beautiful new beginnings there (and I appreciate that they get the couple's permission before posting pictures). You can't go wrong with this place; it's just incredible!

We had the privilege of having our wedding and rehearsal at the barn. The staff was so helpful and accommodating and the venue was perfect for our special day! We loved it so much we had our baby gender reveal party there a couple years later and look to holding many more events at this beautiful venue!

What an amazing experience we had on our wedding day! The staff was extremely nice and not to mention they went above and beyond to make our wedding day soo perfect!! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a barn type wedding.

I could not be happier with my experience at The Barn at Water Oaks Farm in Laurel Hill, FL. Beverly goes above and beyond to make your day perfect. For months prior to my wedding she always promptly answered any questions. The Barn is so beautiful and it requires very little decorating. If I could go back and change anything, I wouldn’t. I would do everything exactly the same! I don’t hesitate at all to recommend the Barn at Water Oaks!
