The Barn at Woods Fort is a wedding and event venue located in Troy, Missouri, just 45 minutes from St. Louis. The brand-new venue is located on a beautiful golf course with lakeside views. Facilities and Capacity The Barn at Woods Fort offers 12,600 square feet of event space to host parties of up to 400 people. The Barn has two bars, a large dance floor, and lots of room for a band or DJ to play. A covered patio area is available for cocktail hours and socializing with loved ones. In addition to the indoor ceremony site, The Barn also offers an outdoor lakeside ceremony site overlooking the fountain and stone bridge. Ahead of the celebration, get-ready rooms will be at your and your wedding party's disposal. When you book the venue, you will also receive access to the newly renovated clubhouse, which houses The Fountain View and Fireside rooms. These hold 25 and 120 guests, respectively, and can be customized for different phases of your wedding, such as the bridal shower, engagement party, and rehearsal dinner. Services Offered The Barn at Woods Fort has an experienced and talented team who will go above and beyond to make your big day memorable. They provide comprehensive packages that will ensure everything is seamless and stress-free. These include tables and chairs, chinaware, glassware, silverware, linens, decorations, audio-visual equipment, and much more. The venue's day-of coordinator will also be on-hand to assist with anything that you need.

d beyond. Two weeks prior to our reception we were invited to the club for a tasting. The food was so amazing we had trouble deciding which to choose. Prior to the wedding ceremony, my wedding party and I were able to get ready in the bridal suite with breakfast sandwiches and drinks. Golf carts were available for us when we arrived allowing us to take beautiful photos on the green. While we were taking photos our guests were enjoying a cocktail hour with appetizers and a signature drink. (Love Martini) Once the reception started Kelly and the staff kept everything running smoothly. We received many compliments on dinner and Kelly was even kind enough to make Joe and I a plate to go knowing we didn't get much time to eat. We wanted an elegant atmosphere and the linens and tableware were perfect. Kelly kept in contact with the bakery and the flower shop to make sure everything was ready when our guests arrived. I highly recommend Woods Fort for any occasion. We plan on booking our company Christmas dinner there as well.

Woods Fort (WF) did such an INCREDIBLE job! We only held our reception here, not the ceremony, 55-65 guests. Pricing: WF pricing was by far the best around. We inquired with nearly a dozen places & visited a few & WF was BY FAR the most afford...

able yet, did not feel like a budget-friendly venue, but it was! We got to choose from different table layouts, stock linens, etc. There were many options for the design of the room including some décor, different colored table cloths, & multiple lengths to choose from. We stuck with all of the ‘included’ options (no upcharge) & it turned out beautifully. Also, WF got golf carts for us & our wedding party to go out onto the course that day & take pictures with our photographer, free of charge. Timeline: I proposed to my now wife on July3rd 2021 & we got married & held the reception at WF on Sept18th 2021. & we did not even contact WF until Aug10th 2021. YOU READ THAT RIGHT,in just over a month we planned with Kelly, the wedding coordinator, & the head chef, Brian, & got the banquet center ready to go. You could tell these two employees really cared about us & made us feel valued. They went above & beyond countless times to ensure that everything was EXACTLY how we wanted it. They were upfront about what was included, & what was not, & what was extra. They made time for us to schedule a tasting of the food (DO THIS,WE FELT LIKE CELEBRITIES) We were given ample time to set up for reception The Room: We booked the Fireside room & it was plenty of space for our guests for dinner,dancing,&celebrating. I would confidently say that you could fit 75 -90 people in this space. There was space for the food,dessert,tables for guests,bar, dancefloor. Food: One of the HIGHLIGHTS of the day. We were complimented by nearly every guest in attendance to which we continued to refer them back to the Chef, Brian, to thank him.Brian went above&beyond & was active throughout this process. You can tell that he is a professional that cares about his reputation & how his kitchen operates. The proof of this is in the food! YUM! He made us a special dessert that was not included on the menu that turned out PHENOMINALLY! You can tell he loves what he does & he will not disappoint when you pick this venue! Or if you just want to come for dinner at the restaurant Staff: Every staff member made sure to greet us & our guests with a smile. . Everyone was extremely pleasant & made sure multiple times throughout the evening that everything was going well & according to plan. Kelly was the event manager the day of & helped us from beginning to end,she even came up with the name of our signature cocktail Jikky Juice (Jared and Nikky). Again we must give a big thank you to Brian and his amazing staff in the kitchen/bartender for producing such wonderful food & drink for us that night! The Day Of: The wedding ceremony & pictures ran longer than expected which pushed our time of arrival to WF back a little. Kelly was flexible and had the golf carts ready for us to take more pictures out on the course. The food was cooked perfectly and came out on time. Kelly kept an eye on our stuff during the wedding and was in constant communication with us during the day and reassured us that everything was going great. She even saved plates of food for us to enjoy later in case we didn’t get to eat as much as we would have liked to! Things just could not have gone better! would recommend Woods Fort for ANY event!
