All the previous reviews were before new owners/managers took over The Barn BCS in January 2023. Stephanie, one of the new owner/managers is extremely unprofessional. We had visi...
ted this place in Nov. ‘22 and reserved it for June ‘23. We had paid in full by March ‘23. By the beginning of May we had not heard from anyone The Barn. The bartender had forgotten our reservation and Stephanie had never called us to check in on her brides. We paid $4250 for 6 hrs! Stephanie yelled at me after I asked her what kind of a sh&t show was going on! She does not return phone calls and provided zero direction on our planning process. It took nearly 2 months after our wedding to receive our deposit and over payment because it got “lost in the mail“. Look elsewhere, brides. Much better deals and less heartburn at other venues.

well-maintained. The new bridal suites were perfect and made the day so stress-free. We had a team member available at all times to help out with anything that we needed. They have added several wooden walls for backdrops that are such a nice touch for photos and decorating. The staff was so great - we were able to create our daughter's dream wedding.

they were going to get rid of a huge gorgeous wood table we were promised would be available to us. Despite the lack of communication Sergio did an awesome job of picking up the pieces and trying to fix any concerns we had.
