Amanda, our event manager, was EVERYTHING. Her quick email responses, evening appointment accommodations, and ability to pull ideas straight out of my brain and onto paper were unr...
eal. When I fell in love with BOB, I basically fell in love with Amanda’s energy and commitment to making my dream come true. I could not sleep that night after visiting and I knew in my gut it was THE venue. I have come to realize that BOB has a special structure set up. Your event manager is like your personal assistant. You are doing the planning but their knowledge is top tier! Amanda helped us think through enhancements and whether we actually needed them (spoiler: NO). But we did our own cookie bar and that was a HIT with our guests- it added a special touch for OUR families. The timing, the details, the paperwork, the info — literally everything from Amanda was flawless. When I was told 6 months in advance EVERYTHING I would need to turn in 3 weeks before, it gave my brain time to organize and plan out those 6 months.
I wish I had been encouraged more strongly to rethink the first‑dance location. I didn’t realize people would be sitting (not standing on the first floor) until our last meeting and it was too late to change our dance. With 165 people, taking photos at the tables was chaotic. Thank goodness our photographer spoke up and we changed our plan to be a QUICK pic not picture and chat! Again, with 165 people, the big group dance‑floor photo was a hot mess so rethink if you have a big group.. I didn’t think about 120 people needing to go down steps right after being served food. Some plates got taken eek! The other thing- when you get the DJ, make sure they talk with the venue- It is 2 floors, sound and announcements NEED to be heard upstairs. I have no idea what happened with ours so just FYI!
Back to all the good stuff- I barely ate anything and people warned me of that. TAKE THE TIME to go alone to the house- simply to get your cocktail apps! FYI the guests were literally stalking the tent opening for the mushrooms and sesame chicken apps to leave the kitchen. Clearly they loved them. People are STILL texting us about the beef (pesto steak that Amanda told me to have). Everyone LOVED our blood orange margs and bourbon apple cider. The pretzel cheese was a HIT. Pick one late night snack because people were glad to have carbs. We LOVED having our table off to the side a bit- it felt private and comfortable. I highly recommend that setup.
On 2/6/26, walking in and seeing everything come together felt like a dream. So many HAPPY tears because it was just so US! The lighting was perfect — bright enough to see, not too dark. BRING glow sticks! Everyone loved them!
Our Day of Coordinator was unbelievable. She was everywhere I needed her to be. Our DoC made things come to life- she even got my shoes for me from the house. Guests raved about the staff. I wish I had talked to the staff more — the night flew by. Our waitress (Misty? Kristy?) was simply the best. She kept appearing to check on us and made us feel so special. I was nervous about being the center of attention all day, but it never felt overwhelming. The get ready house was perfect to throw everything and have that space to keep things until we left. I cannot say enough about Barn on Bridge- Amanda, Brianna, and Lily- thank you for making our day spectacular. I need someone I know to pick BOB so I can experience it from the other side.
From the first time my husband and I toured the Barn on Bridge property as a possible wedding venue we absolutely loved it! We met with Amanda who started our tour in the venues ki...
tchen which I thought was brilliant. My family and are foodies for sure. Seeing the large and pristine food prep areas was a great introduction to the space. Then we saw the on-site bridal suite that has everything you could want or need for the big day including a stocked kitchenette, multiple seating areas, and full bathroom. The one upstairs room also had a large mirror and vanity space for make up re-touches! Then we got to see the barn in full detail. While it is certainly charming and rustic the modern black windows and doors add just enough contrast. My husband and I loved every section of the property so much so we took our engagement photos there! Amanda worked with our budget to help us throw our dream wedding and cocktail party reception. Amanda and Brianna handled every detail for us and made the scheduling, planning, and the ultimate execution of our wedding better then we could have asked for!
Weddings are meant to be detailed and unique. Barn on bridge is the perfect fit. The staff is completely on point with excellent communication and team work. I have a high customer...
service standard and they surpassed it. They are all about solutions and alternatives instead of one way all day. They will make your day beautiful through creativeness instead of being a venue that “churn and burns” multiple carbon copy weddings in one day. My guests are still talking about the awesome food and staff. Truly a memorable day.
I had my wedding here on May 25 and it was an excellent experience. All our vendors worked very well with the venue and the setup for it went seamlessly. The venue was very flexibl...
e with our request to include a cookie table as part of the reception and very responsive about all of our thousand other questions. Our wedding was fantastic and the venue was SUCH a huge part of it - I was so glad our wedding went so well and it was so much thanks to their seamless operation. Not to mention the place is gorgeous and the food was incredible!
We got married on 12/12/24 at the Barn, after signing our contract in August 2023. We had been working with an event manager whom we really liked (and honestly helped sell the venu...
e for us) only to get an email a few months later stating he was “no longer with the company” and we would be re-assigned another manager. We spent nearly a year coordinating with this manager on every single detail; by wedding day we had an email thread with 40+ emails, along with various phone calls and our final meeting, which was in person. We were not aware until ~6 months before the wedding that the “day of coordinator (DOC)” wouldn’t be assigned until TWO WEEKS before the wedding and this would be the person who would coordinate everything the day of. We also did not know the event manager would not even be present at the actual wedding, despite having planned with him directly for the past 12 months….this is where the issues really started to form and it was clear there were major logistical issues with Barn on Bridge.
Giving 2 stars because the venue is beautiful and tastefully decorated for Christmas. Aside from the physical aspect of the venue, the logistics were horrendous and everything I was told for months I “didnt need to worry about” or that “we [the venue] will take care of that”, was just simply not the case the at the rehearsal or the actual wedding.
Within 10 minutes of arriving to the venue for the rehearsal, the electric went out. The DOC did not seem to know how to get the backup going or where the backup was…..most of the wedding decor set up was done in the dark with phone lights as the venue was completely dark. I was told directly by the DOC I did not need to set anything up and they could set everything up….good thing I didn’t listen to that advice. After about 20 minutes the lights came back on and we ran through the rehearsal. It felt like I was directing the DOC, as she got the order of wedding party entering wrong, did not give directions on my dad re-entering the wedding party line to walk me down the aisle after walking my mom, etc. It seemed as if the DOC had never done a rehearsal before…she was quiet, meak and seemed to lack confidence in handling a group of people.
She also referred to my wedding party as “bridesmaids” even though I explicitly stated on the various ceremony/reception sheets I had to complete for BOB (and went over in person, in detail…) that I had a male in my wedding party. Unfortunately, the mis-gendering continued through the wedding day, despite me correcting and simply saying “my party” or “my people”. Something to be aware of if you have LGBTQIA members in your wedding party, as properly naming and utilizing appropriate pronouns was clearly not something the Barn seemed to prioritize.
My dad was meeting the photographers in the morning to drop off my dress and details box. He wanted to confirm with the DOC what time the doors would be open so they could get into the barn. The DOC appeared confused and unsure, stating she didn’t know when the doors would be open but “someone should be there”. This was also a timeline that was explicitly communicated to the event manager and stated in the final in person meeting.
Day of was even more chaotic. We paid for extra time and got onsite around 1240. I had several items I needed to give to the DOC to give to other vendors + a cape (a surprise) that was being used in my ceremony entrance that I needed her to give to me as I was getting in line, so that the wedding party wouldnt see. However, she was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. I had my bridal party looking for her, my sister was texting the groomsmen, my parents looked for her, even our videography went looking for her in the main office, because I wouldnt stop asking about the DOC. I did not have contact with the DOC until after my first look, at least 1.5 hours after arriving and only about 1.5 hours until wedding time, and I HAD TO GO FIND HER. Completely unacceptable, especially when I’m being told for weeks that I don’t need to worry and the venue will take care of everything.
Our ceremony started late because the DOC said there were only X amount of people in the barn, we decided to delay for 5-10 minutes as we didnt want interruptions…when the DOC came back she said she “forgot” to include the wedding party in the count so likely only a few people were missing for the start, and we started late for no reason. I have no idea how long the ceremony ran/when it actually started, but after the ceremony the DOC came up to me saying we had “run over” and asked if I wanted to cut cocktail hour short or have the full time and cut the reception short. Again, having no idea the implications or the timing of these decisions, I said to cut cocktail a bit short so we wouldn’t be too far behind for dinner. We were also on a timeline with the photographer/videographer as they were only contracted for 8 hours.
I get to cocktail hour and IMMEDIATELY notice no one put out the bar signs I made nor did anyone set up the guestbook sign I made. I was furious at this point, especially as I was ***specifically*** told I need not worry about these things, AND the Barn requires an “accessory list” that lists out and describes all items you are bringing that need set out. I spent quite some time detailing and outlining my items on this list, only to not have it followed. My MOH and husband both went to find the DOC and ask where the signs where, her reply was “what signs? No one told me about any signs”.... I gave explicit instructions to my MOH as to where they were and she immediately found them and set them up herself.
When it was time to head from the cocktail hour in the tent to the barn for dinner, again, no DOC to be found to help let people know, she did not alert the DJ to make an announcement (he was physically inside the barn controlling the music)....so myself and my bridal party had to tell our guests to move upstairs, putting us even further behind dinner schedule as we had no assistance. There were people waiting at the bar at cocktail hour for 10-15 min for a drink (nonalcoholic- just wanted juice from the pitcher on the counter) and when they got to the bartender he rudely stated the bar was closed and they needed to go upstairs for any drinks. Keep in mind, the entire wedding was ~50 people, so nowhere near being a large wedding.
As we were lining up to make our entrance into the reception, a server (? Honestly no idea who it was) popped up and asked myself and my husband what we would like to drink. Completely caught us off guard as we were preparing to re-enter the party, this should have been coordinated with the DOC prior to lining back up. Again, it felt last minute and like an after thought.
Originally cocktail hour was 5-6, dinner to start at 6pm with the intention of having main courses served by 7pm and we have the venue until 10p. Mains did not come out until ~8pm, which also threw off the timeline with the photographer/videographer as they were done at 8pm. So, we got no pictures of our cake cutting or of anyone dancing because the timeline was so far over. We paid extra for ~50% of guests to upgrade their entree to a filet, although the meat that was served was definitely not a filet…more like 2 medallion cuts. The insides were chewy and multiple guests commented their meat was rare. My husband got a filet that we ended up taking home and when we went to eat it the next day, it was also cooked rare. Save your money and don’t do the upgrades. The food at the tasting was much better than what we received on the wedding day, with the exception of the apps. Everyone had nothing but great things to say about the apps and I can concur they were one of the best parts of the dinner experience.
One guest mentioned they had brought their own water bottle in (health reasons) and within 15 minutes of setting it down, it had been removed. Unclear where this water bottle ended up and staff didn’t seem to know either. The table the cake was placed on was visibly wobbly…one slight movement and it easily would have toppled the items on the table. And the final cherry on top is that because we were so far behind schedule, we didnt cut our cake until after 9pm and it wasn’t served until ~915pm. My parents specifically said their table was being cleared of all decor around 930pm, WHILE THEY WERE STILL EATING CAKE. My dad had a glass of tea and that was taken too! Even though we had (and paid for) the venue until 10pm, guests are still VISIBLY eating, the staff was ready to get everything cleared and packed up.
My recommendation would be to stay far, far away from this venue, as it is a logistical nightmare even at 50 people. The amount we paid (for a Thursday wedding in December) was insane for the incredibly poor service we received. Unfortunately, the DOC single handedly caused many of the above problems and was MIA when I or someone in the party needed her assistance. As my party was smaller I was not going to hire an outside DOC, however, if your party is larger and you insist on booking at the Barn, having your own competent DOC is a must.
I got married at Barn on Bridge in June of 2023 and could not have asked for a better venue. Every detail of Barn on Bridge was exactly what we were looking for. We met with the ow...
ner several times and he was so generous and willing to walk us through what we could expect. They worked hard to help us achieve our dream wedding. We loved that we could count on them to keep things moving and our Day of Coordinator, Edie was FABULOUS. I did not have to worry about a single thing. The food was amazing, the staff very helpful and attentive, the venue was clean and organized. We have no complaints at all and would HIGHLY recommend the Barn on Bridge. We know a few others who have gotten married here and all had a wonderful experience. It was a day to remember and that was mostly in part to the excellent service they offered. Thank you so much Barn on Bridge! You will always be a treasured memory!
(as an aside, if you are looking for a place to take unique "First Look" Photos, go to Ott's Exotic Plants which is 5 minutes down the road!)
They covered any and all questions, most I didn't even think of! And I thought of everything! So thankful to have had them.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

e left we started working with Tiffany in the months leading up to our wedding. The transition was seamless and everyone we worked with was quick to respond to any questions and made the planning process enjoyable. Our Day-of Coordinator was Natalie, and she ensured that everything ran smoothly during our rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. She was always a step ahead and made sure we had everything we needed (or didn’t know we needed), including food and drinks from cocktail hour for our wedding party immediately following our ceremony. The staff during our wedding day were all professional and amazing as well, they made the day stress-free. Our guests loved the venue and were impressed by everything, we have continually received compliments in the months following our wedding. Thank you for making our wedding so special and memorable!

She not only kept everything organized and flowing, but she also made sure my husband and I had food, drinks and private time to enjoy a moment to ourselves on the big day. We were so so happy with our wedding. It was absolutely perfect because of Barn on Bridge. Thank you!

me day and was super helpful during planning. The day of we had Kiley as our day of coordinator and she was amazing! She had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. I had several compliments from my guests about how gorgeous the venue was and how the food was great. This place is an awesome rustic barn venue and I would highly recommend! My wedding was exactly what I wanted because of the Barn on Bridge!

he decision for the safety of ourselves and those around us to not have our wedding this year. We put down a deposit, but nothing had been done by the venue at this point. They refused to give us our deposit back and have stopped answering our attempts to reconcile. Says a lot about a business that lacks basic human empathy and has only one priority, greed. I'd stay far away from the owner Mark Ryan and this place in general.
Do not book with this vendor until COVID is over! I booked this venue July 2020 for an October 2021 wedding. My dad lost his job in May 2020 and still has not found work leaving my...
parents without income for the last 9 months and unable to help me and my fiancé pay for the wedding. Because of this, we were forced to cancel the Barn on Bridge as we can no longer afford it. After back and forth with Leigh about canceling our wedding and refunding the deposit I was told that the deposit was non refundable and then ignored. I then reached out to the owner who also told me that the deposit was non refundable and then he, too, has been ignoring my correspondence. I even asked for just half of my deposit back which was also ignored. Since my wedding is still 10 months away I figured that refunding my deposit to hold the date shouldn’t be an issue as nothing has been done for me other than a few emails between Leigh and I answering some questions. The customer service at this venue is awful unless you’re a client continuing to give them money - not matter what the circumstance, though, a client should not be ignored! During these trying and unprecedented times with so much uncertainty I would not book this venue in case you do end up needing to cancel. They have proven that they do not care about their clients - only turning a profit.

g day itself couldn't have been any better. The food and service were AMAZING - my guests were RAVING about how great everything was the entire night. The price was also very reasonable for everything that was included - I highly recommend this venue to future couples!
Great food, the staff (Marlena & Tiffany) were easy to work with! My Day of Coordinator was AWESOME! Ran everything so smoothly!

as actually everything that she couldn’t have wished for. From the food to the service and the assistance with all of our decor we could not be happier with what the Barn On Bridge did to make our daughter’s wedding a beautiful memory. A shout out to Tiffany who took the lead on the details. Put the barn on your list of places to have your special day.

ogether and played such special, individual roles in what ended up being one of the best days of my life. The whole process was easy and everyone helped me walk through it and I never felt overwhelmed. Huge shout outs to Aris, Jessica, Tiffany, Marlena, & and my AMAZING day of coordinator Luke. Everyone always got back to me so quickly. And not to mention the food - wow. I have already gotten so many compliments on our food from Robert Ryan Caterers. Usually wedding food is just fine and what you expect, but I wanted something better than that and they definitely did not disappoint. Thank you to everyone!!! You cannot go wrong with this beautiful & unique venue.

eas I had! The venue was perfect for our size group (145 guests) and the ceremony on site in the garden was perfectly spaced! We have been to outdoor ceremonies where the guests are squeezed in super tight, but this was not the case at Barn on Bridge. Our guests were close to us, but by no means uncomfortably squeezed in! The reception was everything I ever imagined and more. If you pick this venue you HAVE to do the first dance up on the catwalk because we had no idea at the time, but..... the spot light on us created the most beautiful shadow of us on the wall behind! Our guests were stunned and the videos they took of us were sooooooo awesome! I think it’s something our guests and obviously my husband and I will remember forever!! The barn can be as rustic as you want it to be depending on your other decor! Another good thing to point out is that because it’s not a “ballroom,” the dance floor is more intimate and the place to be!!! Even for your “shy” friends and family. I didn’t leave the dance floor even once!! The personal service from our waitress made that easy too by constantly getting us new drinks so we didn’t have to step away! I would highly recommend this venue!!!!

de our experience exceptional. From day one, our event manager was kind, responsive, and accommodating, and everyone else we encountered followed suit! By the day of our wedding, the team of people completely understood our vision and how we wanted the day to flow. They went above and beyond (I mean, there was a lovely woman following me around reminding me to drink water and eat something!) throughout the entire day, and I would whole-heartedly recommend Barn on Bridge and Robert Ryan Catering to ANYONE looking for an elegant but rustic event with insanely delicious food!
Love! Perfect without any additional dressing up. Absolutely stunning! Sweet staff!
My husband and I highly recommend Barn on Bridge! We got married on April 20th and our day couldn't have been more perfect - thanks to Barn on Bridge!

e so kind and welcoming. It was clear they wanted to go above and beyond to make us happy. They were flexible, they were always available and quick to answer emails/questions and they gave us an individualized experience.
Barn on Bridge included so much, which made our planning experience easy. We also felt like they didn't nickel and dime us on small things (like tableclothes, chairs, etc.) like other venues tend to do.
The staff at Barn on Bridge blew us away! We want to give Luke a special shout out. He was our day of coordinator and was absolutely wonderful. He was always there to refill our drinks or see if we needed anything. He offered advice and support without being overbearing. He was always right there when we needed him and he made the day go so smoothly. We didn't have to think or worry about one thing because we knew Luke and the Barn on Bridge team would take care of everything.
We can't say enough wonderful things about this venue!

ay of, everything was amazing. The entire staff was so accommodating and professional. Aris and Marlena were so helpful and with every step! I couldn't imagine the day any different! The food was absolutely amazing, and the entire staff the day of was so helpful. Beth, our day of coordinator, was so helpful and kind the whole day, Margie helped me stay calm while waiting to walk down the aisle! If I could give more then 5 stars I absolutely would! Thank you to everyone involved in making my wedding day dreams come true!

r stories from our other friends (at different venues) who got married but from the start Barn on Bridge was upfront, honest, transparent, and stuck to their word the entire time. This made for an incredible evening with our families. The venue is stunning and all of their partners are incredible. Highly recommend them and want to give a big shout out to the team (Aris, Marlena, Lisa, Jessica, Cory, Luke, Mark all made for an incredible day!)

very first time we toured the venue we realized that not only was it beautiful but the people who work there are completely trustable and totally relatable (which is very important when your trying to plan such a big event). Due to a freak snowfall in November we had to cancel our rehearsal the night before the wedding, but it did not matter - everything went off perfectly during our wedding - what pros! Everyone was so helpful throughout the whole planning process and just a joy to work with. There were also a hundred little thoughtful touches they did without us ever having to ask, just to make our special day better. One thing I haven't mentioned yet was the food - oh my goodness! It was so delicious and unique, and we received so many compliments on it! They are also very flexible and accommodating with any type of diet / allergy which makes that one less thing to worry about! I can only hope that one day I might be able to attend a wedding there as a guest - invite me to yours please? :)

re, I had no idea where to start... but was in the best hands at Barn on Bridge. They took care of everything and were extremely responsive and helpful. On the day of the wedding, the Barn on Bridge staff went above and beyond to make sure every little thing was taken care of - I felt that every time I turned around, someone was there making sure I had everything I needed. Without this attention and reassurance from their team, we would never have been able to relax and truly appreciate all of our family and friends being together to celebrate our day. The staff was also extremely accommodating related to food allergies - this is something that can cause such stress with catering and dining, but we didn't need to pay a second thought on such an important day. Words can't express how much that means to us and our wedding day and experience with Barn on Bridge was truly perfect.
We absolutely fell in love with this venue the second we got there, enough to push our planned early fall wedding to late November, their first available Saturday. And we are so ha...
ppy we did. It poured down with rain on our day, and it actually turned out great. Our planned autumnal pictures were replaced with wintery rain photos which took our breath away when we saw them. The team here is amazing, and takes care of everything. They treated us like royalty! The barn is beautiful and the three levels make it a different and fun venue. I cannot recommend this place enough!
Matt and I have been married a little over a month, and we are still getting compliments about our wedding at The Barn on Bridge! We were looking for a place that could accommodate...
our unusual food requests, and they were able to create a menu that incorporated my husband's family recipes for our reception. They even offered to travel to another restaurant and watch the chef prepare our favorite meal if we were interested. The venue itself is beautiful, and our friends loved hanging out in the loft area. We did go through a couple of wedding planners throughout the whole process, but everyone was helpful and knew all of the details for our big day. Luke, our day-of-coordinator, was amazing! He was completely professional and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout the entire night. He also made sure that we had food to take home and kept our bridal party in check and on-time. Despite the uncertainty of the cold weather, our ceremony went off without a hitch and everyone had such a great time! I am so happy that we chose Barn on Bridge for our wedding. :-)
Michael and I just got married at the barn on bridge on 11/3/18. We have been working with the barn since 2016 planning our big day and I can honestly say I couldn’t have asked for...
a better place to have our wedding. The staff was absolutely amazing the food was presented in such a elegant way and tasted absolutely fantastic (I am a chef myself so for me this is five star) the event planners are in constant contact with you the prices are fair the help and the organization is amazing and our day of planner LUKE was incredible. I never had to get a drink I never had to get food all my guests were taken care of everything was organized and it couldn’t have been better. THE BARN ON BRIDGE IS THE BEST PLACE TO HAVE A WEDDING. A rustic barn feel with class, character, and overall beautiful. This place made my wedding a day I will never forget. Thank you all so much. Robert Ryan catering is absolutely fantastic.
Overall, our experience at the Barn on Bridge was nothing short of perfect. From our first time visiting and touring with Aris, to the numerous emails I sent to her and Marlena to ...
the week leading up, I never felt like a burden. The day of was wonderful! Luckily we did our ceremony off sight because it had rained all 5 days leading up to our wedding and the lawn area was very wet, but luckily we were still able to use it for pictures. Our day of coordinator Lisa was accommodating and attentive to mine and my husbands needs. She was always available to ensure we were eating, and taking time for just us too! The only down fall I had with the entire weekend, may have honestly just been an oversight and pure human error, but I was disappointed. Our wedding day was one of our bridesmaids birthday, so I ordered a separate small cake for her and we sang happy birthday. Much to my dismay, I learned that she never actually ate the cake, nor was offered any of it, and it was merely placed back into the walk in fridge and forgotten. I received an email from the staff at the Barn during our oversees honeymoon, asking what they would like them to do with it? I was shocked to say the least since it should have gone home with the birthday girl, but alas, my $60 cake was wasted. Again, I dont want this to overshadow the AMAZING job this team did, but its the little things like celebrating someones birthday that still meant a lot to my husband and I on that day! I would give a 4.5 if I could.
Cannot imagine a more top notch venue and, more importantly, staff to work with. They were so incredibly well organized and relaxed, and made sure everything went off without a hit...
ch. Incredibly easy to work with and flexible during all phases of the planning process and execution. We had some concerns when our first contact moved on to another job and was replaced with another coordinator, but the transition was seamless. They must have very high hiring standards! The venue itself was beautiful and unforgettable. We were lucky enough to have good weather, but the indoor portions are so awesome it wouldn't have mattered! Cannot recommend highly enough!
I just had my wedding here this past weekend and I can’t begin to explain how perfect everything was. From the very beginning everything was so easy and stress free to plan since A...
ris took everything into her own hands the entire year of planning. When it came to the night of my wedding everything was beautiful! The food was delicious. The guest were happy. In fact Everyone keeps telling me how beautiful the venue was and how great the food was and how they had so much fun. It was honestly the best night of my life. Even my husband was sad to leave and never come back to this beautiful place that we spent so much time planning and creating. I highly recommend the Barn on Bridge!
Barn on Bridge was a beautiful venue. All of the staff were wonderful and took care of all of the guests. We've received nothing but compliments on the food, venue and service.
We had an amazing time having our ceremony and reception at Barn on Bridge! Aris and Marlena were phenomenal in the days leading up to our wedding. They were attentive and helpful ...
throughout the whole process. Our day of coordinator Amber was equally as tentative and even took our guests’ best interest by moving our cocktail hour inside in the hot summer evening. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic and we would recommend Barn on Bridge and Robert Ryan Catering to anyone!
One word.....AMAZING!!! Every single thing about the Barn on Bridge and the staff exceeded our expectations. We worked with Aris throughout the entire process and had Lisa as our d...
ay of coordinator. These ladies made the planning and day of completely effortless and absolutely beautiful. I didnt have a problem that they couldn’t solve nor a moment of panic that they couldn’t calm. I didn’t even have to think during my entire wedding because every single thing was handled and accounted for. I got so many compliments from our guests about how great and accommodating the staff was and how beautiful the venue was. The most compliments I got were about the food. It was INCREDIBLE. The appetizers and entrees were too delicious to even put into words. I can’t recommend this venue or Robert Ryan Catering enough. I would choose the Barn on Bridge a million times if I could. Our wedding was more beautiful and special than we ever could have imagined thanks to all the help from Aris, Lisa, and the rest of the staff. If you’re looking for a beautiful, rustic venue that you and your guests can talk about forever this is the place!!!!!

enue set-up went very well and it looked just as I pictured it. The food was delicious. I am still getting compliments on the food to this day especially on the crab cakes. I would 100% recommend this venue.

ds down the best wedding ever
So it has been about one month since our wedding at The Barn on Bridge (05/19/18) and it could not have been a more perfect day. Rich and I looked at a few other venues before pick...
ing the Barn on Bridge, it was the last venue we saw & as soon as we saw it no other venues mattered! It was perfect for us. Aris was a huge help throughout the entire planning process, she emailed me to check in answered all and any of my questions and was amazing to work with. She would remind us of details that we hadn’t even thought of and really helped us (me) feel so at ease. During our finals meeting we went over EVERYTHING about our big day, I left there feeling so confident and CALM about all of the details and really comfortable with Lisa who was our day of coordinator who just kept ensuring me “we’ve got this” (and they really did!!). The wedding itself (minus the weather) was perfection, the staff, the food, the open bar, did I mention the staff and food? Guests were raving about everything! I had guests coming up to me and saying “I have never eaten such great food at a wedding before!”. I had guests talking about how wonderful the staff was, how attentive they were and if they requested something they wouldn’t forget about it! Our day of coordinator Lisa was absolutely AMAZING! Her and Caroline didn’t skip a beat, every time my drink was empty I would turn around and Lisa would be there with a new one! She made sure everything ran smoothly, if I was worried or had a question about anything she would look at me and say “don’t worry!! I’ve got it”. She has a really hard job and she does it with ease. My guests had a blast, to this day they are still saying it’s one of the best weddings they have ever been too. My husband and I had a blast!! We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding, we will never ever forget it and it’s because of the superior work of the staff at The Barn on Bridge and Robert Ryan Catering. I wish we could get married again just so I can relive it all over again! Many many thanks ❤️
My husband and I got married at the Barn on Bridge on January 27, 2018, and it was the most amazing day of our lives! We couldn't recommend The Barn and their staff more! From the ...
first day that we saw the venue to the actual wedding day, it was all perfect and we couldn't be any happier that we chose the Barn. Aris gave us the first tour, Tiffany and then Leigh were the coordinators leading up to the wedding, and Lisa was the day off coordinator. They were all incredibly nice and attentive, super responsive to emails the whole way through, and guided us through the whole planning process. It was all so smooth and honestly super stress free (who knew that was possible when planning a wedding!)! Robert Ryan catering took care of everything, including alcohol and cake (we chose to have cupcakes instead), which made it less for us to worry about. The venue itself is stunning! It has such a homey and yet elegant atmosphere. The food was AMAZING and beautifully presented. The bridal suite next door was perfect for getting ready and hanging out with the bridal party right after the ceremony. Honestly, there wasn't a single thing that we did not like and we are just so incredibly grateful! ! Also, since we got married in January, we took advantage of their amazing deals (who can say no to complimentary hot chocolate!) and it was very affordable for the great quality and professionalism that you get. You could not go wrong with choosing the Barn on Bridge for your wedding!
Owner extremely rude, almost 2 years ahead of my wedding still lost our planner who was great then got a second one who made us uncomfertable, requested my money back (understanda...
bly, even tho it is a "nonrefundable" deposit) and essentiall got told to shove it, literally "you are more then welcome to forego you date and cancel your wedding but you are not getting your money back."
Highly recommend going somewhere else
We absolutely loved our experience at The Barn! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always answering my (many) questions during the planning process and leading up...
to the big day. We got married on NYE which happened to be the coldest day of the year. The heated tent was perfect for our short ceremony and the reception space was perfect and beautiful. Our guests loved it! Our day-of coordinator Lisa and her co-worker Maria were great and always there when we needed them! Several of our guests, including my husband, have a severe gluten allergy and The Barn was able to customize everything on our menu to be gluten free which was amazing and unheard of at most venues! I am sure I annoyed the staff with my lengthy list of accessories/decorations and instructions but everything was perfect and went seamlessly in my view. In hindsight, I would have picked a different season/date to get married to take advantage of the beautiful grounds for photos and the outdoor ceremony space however, it was still a great day nonetheless and we have beautiful pictures. I cannot thank the staff at The Barn enough for making our day so special and would definitely recommend them as a wedding venue. Thank you!
