Absolutely terrible communication. I scheduled a tour through their website, which makes it appear that you’re booking an appointment and will receive a confirmation email. Instead...
, they canceled my tour the day of because they apparently decide afterward whether they want to accept it—something that’s never explained on the website. I had already planned my day around this tour.
I then tried multiple times to reschedule. I texted, called and left a voicemail, and never got a response. I even scheduled another tour, and no one showed up. I had someone else reach out, and they were ignored too.
If they can’t handle responding to a potential customer or showing up for a scheduled tour, I can’t imagine trusting them to handle an actual wedding day. Communication is the bare minimum, and they completely failed. They lost a serious customer who was ready to book a January wedding, and I’ll be warning friends and family to look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and choose a venue that actually values its couples.

If I could give this venue negative stars, I would! I saw a post on here from about a month ago saying that someone filled out the online form and never got a confirmation email an...
d the same thing happened to me! I requested a tour through the website, got an email saying they will look over my form and send me a confirmation for the date I requested, then I never got anything. A few days after I sent the request I called, no response, so I left a voicemail. I allowed more time for them to reach out but still nothing so I called another day and they AGAIN did not pick up. I finally sent a text to the number explaining that I never got a confirmation and if I should show up or not. They texted back with “We have you on the schedule”. Well, no one confirmed that with me, so that would have been nice to know! My fiance and I show up at the venue for the tour and they begin doing a tour with someone else right in front of us. Looks like they double booked themselves in tours! The girl told us to wait instead of conjoining the tours and was talking to the other guest 2 feet away from us. She finally finished with the other guest and came back to talk to my fiance and I. She then says “You guys probably heard my whole speech to the other guest so what questions do you have and you guys can just show yourselves around”. Excuse me?? I just watched you explain everything to the guest before me, but you are going to come back and tell me to walk around the venue myself?? She never told me what options we have to book, areas, what’s included, nothing helpful. I then told her the amount of people that may be at the ceremony and reception and all she says is “that’s really big so maybe you should not invite all those people to cut down”. SUCH an awkward, disappointing, very unprofessional experience. I would save yourself and book with a venue that actually knows what they’re doing.
