Welcome to the Barn at Spring Rose Lane Farm. Spring Rose Lane Farm is a 60 acre working cattle farm located in Bedford, Virginia. The venue offers a quaint farm setting surrounded by rolling hills, farm fields and mature cedars, pines and hardwood trees. The barn is a 4,100 square foot concreted space that will accommodate 150-200 guests. Our featured areas include a private kitchen prep area for caterers to use. This space will provide food warmers to slide in trays of food, an ice maker, large kitchen sink, refrigerator, freezer and counter space for prep. The beautifully decorated bridal suite will provide a comfortable and spacious area for the bride and her wedding party to get ready. It will have a private bathroom, three vanity spaces with mirrors for makeup and hair prep, hooks to hang dresses on and a beverage refrigerator. The main barn provides a spacious area for guests which features a serving area, dancing area, DJ space, and ample space for your choice in table placement. The bathrooms both have 3 stalls so that no guests are having to wait in line. There is also a separate handicap/family bathroom. The kitchen area, bathrooms and bridal suite area heated and cooled. The main barn area has oversized ceiling fans to keep your guest cool and keep air moving through the barn. Large stone fireplace coming in 2022.
