About this vendor
It's the most important day of your life. Do yourself a favor... don't hire a boring bartending service. Instead, co-create a magical experience alongside passionate professionals who care about seamlessly integrating our skills with your vision.
We have over 250 happy clients who have experienced what our level of service feels like. We've designed over 1,500 custom cocktails... and have left a lasting impression on over 12,000 guests since our inception in 2018.
Our extensive beverage knowledge, unrivaled service and unparalleled presentation create an experience worth raising a glass to. We will design a menu based on your taste, your guests' taste, and the overall vision you have for your wedding. Then, we have professional chefs make all the ingredients by hand. Everything that possibly can be is organic and locally sourced.
As for the decision-making process... we make it as seamless as it can be for you. Following our initial consultation and private tasting we conduct with you in person, you will be confident in your choices and our recommendations long before the day arrives!
We will order, pick up and deliver the alcohol for you. You won't have to lift a finger.
We are known for maintaining the highest level of craft and presentation at large-scale events. At events where you'll normally see 1&1's (vodka/sodas, gin&tonics, etc.) you'll get 5-6 step craft cocktails with dazzling presentations and complex flavors. NOBODY throws a party like we do. At least... we've yet to see it.
THE WORD IS OUT... and our 2024 calendar is filling up more quickly than we anticipated. Reach out to us to schedule a virtual meeting, and we can see if we're a good fit for each other!
We are located in Traverse City but serve all of Michigan... including The Upper Peninsula, Charlevoix, Petoskey, Grand Rapids, Holland, Saginaw, Saugatuck, Ann Arbor, Detroit and more.
The Bartending Company provides mobile bar services for weddings across Traverse City, MI, and beyond.

After my bartending services dropped through less than two weeks before my wedding, I reached out to The Bartending Company in hopes that I could find any last-minute accommodation...
s. Luckily for me, I reached out to just the right vendor. They were responsive and attentive from the onset, putting this very anxious bride-to-be at ease. They went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was covered -- from being prepared with all of the necessary bartending equipment to making sure the bar was impeccably arranged. Our bartender, Roman, even took the time to coordinate his outfit to complement our wedding colors. For anyone who has planned their own wedding, you know the incredible value of working with a vendor who cares just as much about the minute details of your big day as you do. Roman was a total class act --professional and organized, with a genuine and easy-going demeanor that created an authentic experience for our guests. If you're in need of bartending services for your wedding or event, look no further than The Bartending Company!
The Bartending Company recently bartended our wedding and they were fantastic. Roman went above and beyond to make sure our guests were happily imbibed (in the classiest way, of co...
urse). The cocktails he made were beyond what we could have dreamed of — they were by and large the best wedding cocktails (or any cocktails) I’d ever had. Roman also takes all the guesswork out of estimating liquor quantities and purchasing by relying on his experience and his vast network in the community. Roman did extra touches to makes us feel super supported throughout the planning process as well: a guided wine and beer tasting tour in the area, a list of recommendations for us to share with our guests, sourcing and purchasing all liquor, and recommending a DJ for the after party. Above all he is just the nicest and most caring person. He genuinely wants his clients to be completely satisfied and it shows in his work. I want to throw 1,000 more parties just to have 1,000 more chances to work with Roman and the team (worth mentioning that his staff is equally amazing) again.
Parallel 45 Theatre was so grateful to have the expertise and professionalism of The Bartending Company on site at our new venue at Civic Center Park this summer. Staff was prompt ...
and kind, and very knowledgable, and they kept the bar line moving, even during the crunch of intermission--for 4 weeks! It's one thing to keep this level of service up for a few nights, but another to sustain it for a month. We are so happy we connected with this team!
I can’t say enough about how amazing The Bartending Company is. We had the immense pleasure to work Roman and his wonderful team on our biggest wedding of the year last month. As a...
wedding professional, I cannot recommend their services enough.
