We have over 250 happy clients who have experienced what our level of service feels like. We've designed over 1,500 custom cocktails... and have left a lasting impression on over 12,000 guests since our inception in 2018.
Our extensive beverage knowledge, unrivaled service and unparalleled presentation create an experience worth raising a glass to. We will design a menu based on your taste, your guests' taste, and the overall vision you have for your wedding. Then, we have professional chefs make all the ingredients by hand. Everything that possibly can be is organic and locally sourced.
As for the decision-making process... we make it as seamless as it can be for you. Following our initial consultation and private tasting we conduct with you in person, you will be confident in your choices and our recommendations long before the day arrives!
We will order, pick up and deliver the alcohol for you. You won't have to lift a finger.
We are known for maintaining the highest level of craft and presentation at large-scale events. At events where you'll normally see 1&1's (vodka/sodas, gin&tonics, etc.) you'll get 5-6 step craft cocktails with dazzling presentations and complex flavors. NOBODY throws a party like we do. At least... we've yet to see it.

We are located in Traverse City but serve all of Michigan... including The Upper Peninsula, Charlevoix, Petoskey, Grand Rapids, Holland, Saginaw, Saugatuck, Ann Arbor, Detroit and more.

ROMAN'S SKILLS ARE HONED YET CONSTANTLY GROWING AND IMPROVING. HE HAS WORKED AT BARS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY- INCLUDING: LOS ANGELES, ORANGE COUNTY, NEW YORK CITY, AND NORTHERN MICHIGAN. HIS INSPIRATION COMES FROM EACH OF THOSE EXPERIENCES AND ALL THE BARTENDERS HE'S EVER WORKED WITH. THE FOCUS RECENTLY, HAS BEEN ON CREATING DAZZLING PRESENTATIONS WITH EDIBLE FLORALS, BOTANICALS, FLOWERING HERBS, AND OTHER INGREDIENTS WITH VIBRANT COLORS.
