Brianna was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions in a super timely manner. She was kind and made organizing the bar one of the easiest parts of planning. On the day, the bartenders were great and everyone was happy! Highly recommend.

My son's wedding was 6/15/24 and we used The Bartending Service of New England as our bar service. They were simply amazing. Super flexible, easy to work with and very responsive to questions. The 2 bartenders that were assigned to our event were pleasant and friendly. Cost was so reasonable that we were able to have out guests enjoy a full open bar all night! We hired The Bartending Service of New England for our daughter's wedding last August and they were so great! The staff was professional, kind, friendly and helpful. They set up the service just as we wanted and requested and our guests loved it! It was the perfect filler during the photo time immediately following the ceremony-our guests were able to enjoy a cold, refreshing drink and mingle with friends and family while photos were being taken. The service set up early and took down quickly.
Brianna Fuller was a complete DELIGHT to work with over the phone coordinating this. She was always a joy to talk to, was extremely nice and helpful and was simply someone I wanted to do business with. Every time she and I discussed the plans (via the phone) I would tell my husband HOW nice she was to work with! My only regret was that I didn't have the opportunity to meet Brianna in person to thank her. She is a professional and does a superb job at what she does. Their prices were also very reasonable for our budget. Brianna was so willing to assist us with a few special requests no problem and we truly appreciated her and her kind and helpful attitude. You just don't receive that everywhere you go and it meant a lot. Our family highly recommends The Bartending Service of New England.

We used BSoNE for our wedding at Camp Kiwanee, and they were great! Jennifer was very responsive to our many questions, and her team executed our custom bar and signature cocktails exactly as requested. Very fair pricing for an on-consumption bar, too!

We had an excellent experience with TBSoNE at our wedding. Jen and Bill were easy to work with - very communicative, professional, and helpful with suggestions. They were able to source all the local beer selections we wanted for our event. The bartenders were friendly, fast, and took good care of our guests.
My husband and I got married at Camp Kiwanee in Hanson, and a contract with The Bartending Service of New England came along with the venue. The team was professional and prompt and they did a great job keeping all of our guests happy! The best part -- because we both don't drink champagne, we wanted to do a "champagne of beers" toast instead, and they accommodated by filling champagne flutes with Miller High Life. Loved it! I wish I could say I was satisfied with this bartending service. The servers themselves were very responsive and handled the reception well. But they really fumbled our beer and wine order. We requested a selection of 4 Mayflower beers and the Apothic Inferno red wine. Bill said this would be no problem, but gave us an upcharge on the Inferno. Wedding day arrives, and we step into the reception to find only two of the Mayflower beers we requested plus the wrong Apothic wine. Misunderstandings can occur, but not only did they fail to notify us ahead of time of this change, they still haven't responded to our questions on the beer/wine list alteration. And why should they? These guys are the only game in town, and they know it. It's just a shame that they can use this fact to brush off customer complaints rather than striving to be more than the default choice.
This company is second to none. This comes as no surprise since one of the managers is Nicole, the manager of the Loon Pond Lodge (check out that review as well). They are the exclusive service of the venue I chose, so fortunately I did not have shop around. I first contacted them over a year in advance to check out their offerings and prices. They were super patient with me as I chose different wines (we had a family tasting party and there were a few on the original list I did not love) and they even made recommendations. Basically, anything goes; if they can order it, you can have it at your event. That being said, our reception was mid-October and for any Sam Adams fans out there, you know Octoberfest is already being phased out by then. As it is our favorite seasonal, Nicole told us that they would set some aside for our event. Sure enough, my husband and I had plenty of Octoberfest all day (the bartender, Sarah, was incredible and made sure we always had something to drink), and I'm sure our guests enjoyed it as well. The prices are extremely reasonable, and the packages are customizable to fit your exact needs. We did open bar for beer and wine, cash for cocktails, and although it was a Sunday afternoon and not everyone was drinking, we stayed well within budget and even spent less than we thought we would. This company is professional, personable, and I absolutely recommend them for any event. Thank you Nicole and Sarah, you are the best!!!!

Always very prompt with responses. We used The Bartending Service of New England for our wedding at Arrowhead Acres. They timed the champagne toast perfectly and accommodated our request to add local beers from Wormtown to the menu. Overall a good experience!
Our wedding this past weekend was so wonderful! Thank you so much to the Bartending Service of New England for providing incredible service! The drinks were delicious, the bartender, Laurie, was so attentive and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better bar service.
Our venue works exclusively with this service. It wasn't an issue for us as they have an extremely affordable price. We paid for one bartender, but they provided two as it was one of the girl's first day at the company. They dressed nicely, were personable and worked well with us & our guests.
The bartending service was professional, prompt, and friendly for our wedding. We had two open bar setups because of multiple event locations on the property, and they handled it all very well. They were willing to work with us to get some special beer and liquor requests. There was one hiccup with a type of wine we requested not being there, and they weren't always super responsive over email. Overall we felt very happy with the service we received and felt the price was extremely reasonable. We would recommend them.
Bill, Jennifer, and the whole staff at Bartending Service of New England were great to work with. They went out of their way to make sure that our wedding bar had exactly what we wanted, and they were great on the day. They are the exclusive bartenders for our venue, Camp Kiwanee, and their knowledge of the venue made everything go extra smoothly.
Bill was so easy to work with and accommodated all our requests. He was able to set up signature drinks for us at no extra charge. Our guests raved about their Dark and Stormy's and drank them all night long! Our party definitely was raised to the next level thanks to the excellent service provided to our guests so they could enjoy themselves!
The bar was clean, bartenders were friendly and accommodating. Our venue required we use their services, but we were very pleased with the outcome. The owner, Bill, was quick to get back to me on any last minute bridezilla questions. Overall, it was an ideal experience & we would definately use them again for future events.
