The Baum offers nine-foot original windows, hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, catering kitchen, dynamic lighting, and you can choose your own caterer. The BOH provides tables and chairs, and rents for the entire day instead of just a few hours. Two ballrooms are available with seating up to 200!

airs in the Templer Room (about 140 guests), and our reception upstairs in the Ballroom. Whitney was absolutely amazing and so helpful! We rented the venue for two days, so we could go in and set up on Friday and then not have to worry about anything on Saturday. In the midst of such a great time during the wedding, we forgot a few things behind but Whitney was so amazing with helping us out the next day and let us come in and pick up a few things. Could not have asked for a more beautiful and affordable venue! Such a cute area as well.

s a couple that is exactly what we wanted. It definitely made for awesome, vintage style pictures. The space was also big enough to hold all of our guests comfortably & have a great dance floor. Bronwyn helped us all along the way & made the day so easy. She takes care of the building & even shoveled snow & salted the grounds before guests arrived. We loved this venue & would recommend it to anyone. It is extremely reasonably priced as well.
