We had our ceremony at the Baxter and wow, it was SO beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful and there was no request too big (even when last minute.) The staff was so accommodating and organized. It took a lot of pressure off of the day knowing our venue was so perfect. Aimee was also very easy to communicate with and was so patient with us when plans changed last minute.

Gorgeous venue with fantastic staff, we absolutely loved it! We planned our wedding from across the country without visiting before the wedding. The Baxter staff made planning incredibly easy with tons of information and great communication.

We held our reception at the Baxter and it was absolutely magical! It was the perfect combination of elegance and convenience! Katie and Amy were wonderful to work with and helped us make our vision come to life. We rented out the Wilson Suite to get ready and we stored everything in that room. I wouldn't have done it any other way and everything went incredibly smooth! The Baxter is an affordable venue that is insanely beautiful that will make life lasting memories.

We had our reception at the Baxter and it was really beautiful. Amy, the manager, got every detail right. It's such a great deal compared to some of the other venues we researched. Highly recommend!

The Baxter was the perfect wedding venue. Pam bent over backwards on the day of the wedding. That woman is amazing!!!

We picked the Baxter hotel because it was a part of Bozeman history. We had a ton of out of town guests and our theme was "It's Better In Bozeman" Pam Butterworth, the manager, was fantastic to work with. We told her our budget and she worked within our perimeters with regards to the bar and having outside vendors come in. One of the things I also loved was that we were able to have our own catering come in. We were able to take beautiful pictures of inside the historic building and danced the night away on the stage area. The only downfall was that the Baxter is in the middle of getting air conditioning but doesnt have it yet. It was hot for the first part of the night. Overall, my husband and I said we wouldn't have changed ONE thing.

We loved our reception at the Baxter. The staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating from day one through the end. The interior was great for pretty dress photos and the sunlight coming in the ballroom made it glow. We had a blast and would do it again!
