We have a lovely, fully air-conditioned, 4600 square foot barn with a kitchen and multiple restrooms nestled in the middle of a 450 acre family ranch in beautiful Sumter County, Florida. A two-bedroom, one-bath, air-conditioned bridal cottage sits across from the barn and is included with the price, as is the air conditioned Groom Room. With a low price of $5500 and an open vendor policy, this barn is the place for you! Included are plenty of rectangular/round tables and over 400 chairs, basic ivory linens, and any décor we have. A 1500 sq. ft. patio extends the space, and there are three fire pits (two propane, one wood-burning) as well. We also have a large smoker/grill and an old-fashioned popcorn machine for any DIY couples. The interior of the barn is tongue-in- groove wood, the high ceiling is adorned with lights, and a cozy wood-burning stove sits in one corner. Most importantly, we give you time. We include the day before the event to decorate (9 am -5 pm), the day of the event itself (9 am-12 midnight), and the morning after to pick up personal items. Finally, we have wedding dresses, many NWT, that are free with a booking!

was affordable, the barn and honestly the whole property itself is very pretty and has the rustic feel to it, they have so many decorations already there to use (I honestly just bought the flowers and used what they had), the bridal suite was air conditioned and roomy, etc... I really like the fact that the people are so friendly and treat you like family. You can tell that they're genuine and not just all about the money. They went out of their way to help out and make sure everything was perfect. I really appreciate businesses like this one and highly recommend you book this as your venue. <3

hapter in life. I enjoyed sitting and watching from the shade with a breeze passing by. It was perfect to build the barn next to this breath taking site. Inside the barn continued the magical day- the lighting was so special (we all looked good!!) and the AC was SO COOL (to keep us looking good!!). There was plenty of room for all the guests to hang out and dance; and provide protection from the passing thunder storm. I was fearful when I saw the outhouses, but don't fret-- they are normal bathrooms--and there are more inside!!! I loved the friendly farm animals-- happy they kept their distance too. The grounds were clean and easy parking nearby. I did not go into the guest house but the bridal party seemed to really enjoy getting ready before the wedding in their own private space!! I hope you enjoy this special place too.
