I was married on June 29, 2024. I booked the Beaumont in April 2023, and from that point on I felt relatively confident that no matter what happened, my wedding would be fine. I wo...rked the most closely with Chelsea, and she understood/worked with my organization style, and prioritized the things that were important to me. The entire wedding was very customizable, with all levels of things that could be added to the package. My husband wanted very specific liquor choices and we were even able to upgrade to an "ultimate" liquor package. When we were unhappy with some details of the passed bites, the Beaumont worked to change them (they ended up being exactly perfect). Our tasting was superb, and every time we went for a meal in the year prior to the wedding we were recognized and welcomed (even when I went with a few girlfriends the month prior!)
The day prior to the wedding, Chelsea helped me organize all of the decor and extra pieces that I had brought - specific water bottles, display tables, a "rescue flats" display, signs, etc. She and her team set them up exactly right. I tried to give her some creative freedom on that sort of thing as she hosts hundreds of events and knows what works.
The day of the wedding, it poured rain. We rented out the inn for the weekend, and the girls got ready in our room upstairs. Chelsea kept me calm, delivered my gift (with a special extra gift from the chef) to my husband, changed around the entire cocktail hour (hundreds of candles and a velvet outdoor lounge), and got us all safely down the aisle during a break in the rain. The moment I got to the altar, there was a thunder crash and the heavens opened - she could not have timed it better.
She and the rest of the staff worked tirelessly the entire evening to make sure no one had an empty drink, food accommodations were happening, and my husband and I were doing alright. The next day all my items were away and in boxes so that I could take them home. I did not have to do any cleanup.
Chelsea was also in my corner when working with the vendors - I had some issues with our decor company communication, and she facilitated them getting back to me and actually held a meeting with the company and the Beaumont to ensure that something like that didn't happen again. They made a welcome sign for us, and I never saw it throughout the day. I looked at the photos later and thought it was weird that it had been shoved in a corner. Weeks later, I realized that the decor company had missed a letter in my name on the sign (that I paid hundreds of dollars for). I thank my lucky stars that the Beaumont noticed this and just dealt with it rather than leaving it out or letting me know about it while I was already panicking about the rain.
The actual wedding was unbelievable. My father mentioned to a friend a few weeks prior that the entire thing sounded "a bit overkill". After seeing the Beaumont and experiencing the atmosphere, food, and service, he was singing their praises. The bartender at the lounge after party kept the bar open 45 minutes after close so everyone could keep drinking, dancing, and eating the Wendy's that we had delivered!
The Beaumont managed to make the night luxurious without being gaudy, elegant without being stuffy, and just plain fun. Anything a guest wanted, they had. I have wanted to get married at the Beaumont since the pavilion opened, and I have no regrets. You will have the wedding of your dreams here!
