The Beauty Gals were AMAZING. I worked with Mika and Melissa and was blown away. One of my bridesmaids said her makeup was better than on her wedding day and multiple said it was the best makeup they've ever gotten professionally done. Can't recommend enough!!! Book them now!!!! I had a trial with another bridal MUA that I did not like at all. I was only two months out from my wedding so I was worried I wouldn’t find anyone. I live in Grand Rapids, MI and expanded my search to the whole state. That is when I found The Beauty Gals. Alena called me that week and said they had a MUA available for my wedding. Angelina was my makeup artist for my wedding. A literal angel, she is perfect and it is very evident she loves making people feel their best. She was so sweet to my girls and I, she did everyones makeup with perfection and this was the first time some of my bridesmaids and mom had their makeup done. She got all of our makeup done ahead of schedule which was amazing!! For the makeup. I have read online that airbrush makeup was better than traditional for heat and sweating. After talking with Alena, she said that high quality traditional makeup is the way to go for bridal makeup and I am so happy I took her advice! Listen up girls, I am a hot sweaty person who loves the snow and winter. I myself thought I was going crazy for getting married in mid July with a completely outdoor ceremony and reception. It was 87 degrees with humidity in the 70s. I was roasting! My makeup did not move at all. Nothing. It stayed perfect for 13 hours. With pictures, hugging guests, crazy dancing, eating, you name it. It was the most beautiful I’ve ever felt and I am so happy to have used the Beauty Gals and Angelina!

The Beauty Gals were the first vendor I booked for my wedding right when their books opened and it was the best decision ever! Stephanie did my bridal glam waves and Brittani did my make-up and I was so obsessed with it! Everyone commented on how good it turned out and held perfectly all day long! The team was amazing to work with also and very accommodating! I wanted trials done and I live out of state and they made sure to fit me in when I was in Detroit. Nicole was the other make-up artist day of my wedding! Everyone loved their hair and makeup and couldn't believe how well it held up! Most of my girls did a more natural glam look and had never had hair/makeup professionally done and they loved it! They really listen to you and take the time to make sure you get what you want and give great advice to achieve your vision! Booking them will be the best decision!!

I worked with Alena for my wedding hair and she was absolutely incredible! Showed her a few inspiration pictures, but honestly, she blew my expectations out of the water! She truly brought my vision to life and was just so fun and genuine and bubbly to work with that made the whole process so much fun! THANK YOU ALENA, ASHLEY & NATALIA! You ladies did an amazing job for my wedding on 04-06-24! I was only three weeks before my wedding when I lost my contract with a previous hair and makeup company. I posted on facebook desperately searching for a new bridal hair and makeup company and that’s when Alena messaged me with her work. She is an expert with the Hollywood glam look! I was so happy because that’s what I wanted. I immediately booked. During my hair and makeup trial both Alena and Ashley made sure to take their time to get everything perfect just how I wanted. They both take pride in their work and they both are easy going, any thing I wanted changed was simply changed. No defensiveness or argument, you could tell they were 100% there for you. They are kind, very skilled and artistic. You will feel very relaxed with them. They booked plenty of time for our wedding day and they ended everybody early looking glamorous. I was a bridesmaid in my best friends wedding and this was the first time I’ve ever had my hair and makeup done and loved every part of it! Both artist listened to all my request and I felt so beautiful after! Can’t thank them enough and already inquired about booking for my own wedding!

Chenza did my hair for a wedding and she did a fantastic job following the inspo pictures I showed her beforehand. My hair withstood all the dancing and sweating through the night. She was on time and prepared to do my hair.

Stephine was so sweet heart we talked the whole time she did my hair and makeup for my son wedding. I never had my hair and makeup done before. So I can’t compare it to anyone else . But I will tell you this I received so many complaints how beautiful my hair and makeup my hair stayed all night long after dancing for hours .. so I give Stephanie 100 percent satisfied with her services I would totally recommend her to anyone ..

The Beauty Gals are the best! Alena did my hair for my sister-in-laws wedding (and my wedding in 2021) and she matched exactly what I asked for based on the inspo pictures I showed her. My hairstyle lasted ALL DAY!! Mika did my makeup and did a wonderful job and really took her time to make sure it was what i wanted. She made my eyes look beautiful and my skin look flawless. My Makeup looked stunning all day even through sweat and tears. After 15 hours it still looked flawless. I would recommend them time and time again!

Alena and Domenika made me look and feel so beautiful for my sister’s wedding day. They are the only 2 people I’ve ever trusted to do my hair and make up and for good reason. They are always on point and go above and beyond what I ask. Alena gave me the exact hair look I wanted and made sure it stayed alllll night. Not a single hair was out of place. Even after 22 hours of non stop wedding festivities. Domenika nailed my make up as well! She went above and beyond my inspo photo, highlighted all of my natural features, and made sure my make up stayed on all night even after crying, sweating, dancing, and more. These women are AMAZING at what they do!!!!

Alena was right on point with my hair. I showed her a photo and she did it within 45 minutes. Mica did my makeup which was natural, elegant and felt very light on my face. I was able to keep my makeup on for 20 hours and it was still in good condition. I didn’t need any touch up’s other than my lipstick.

There aren’t enough stars to give the Beauty Gals on this page. Owner/operator & stylist, Alena Ferlito really made sure to take care of me on my wedding day. She was very attentive to my bridal party, and made sure to give my girls a stylist that matched their desired looks. We had over a 13 hour wedding day… and our hair & makeup withstood so many tears, movement, sweat, and more tears. I hired the Beauty Gals for my wedding shower and wedding day. If I could do it all over again, I would hire them ALL OVER AGAIN !!!!

I used the The Beauty Gals for our September 9th wedding. Alena, the owner, is super sweet and was helpful through booking, organizing and planning out wedding day hair and makeup. Brittani was there the day of for my bridal party's makeup. She was so nice to work with! She matched inspirational photos and everyone was super happy with their makeup that lasted all throughout the day and night. She did touch ups as needed and applied lip color right before leaving so it would be nice and fresh for photos. Vincent created the bridal hair of my dreams for my wedding day. He came to our home for my trial and I began to cry when I saw how amazing he did at creating the hairstyle I wanted. I had zero complaints. He recreated that look for the wedding perfectly. He is an amazing human being with a soul that was easy to connect to. He helped do bridal party hair while my curls set and everyone loved their hair styles. He did touch ups as needed and made sure everyone was happy. Katie helped with bridal party hair and even created a hairstyle for my mother in law without any inspiration photo that looked amazing. Everyone loved their style and she did touch ups as needed before leaving. Last but not least, Mary Grace did my bridal makeup and exceeded my expectations for makeup. She is a true artist and made me look flawless for our wedding day. I have never felt more beautiful. I did not need one touch up throughout the entire day and evening. Her makeup lasts! At my trial, I loved the look she created for me and I couldn't wait til my wedding day to feel that beautiful again. Wonderful experience working with the Beauty Gals! I had Mika and Brittany for makeup on my wedding. The were professional, kind, and did a phenomenal job on myself, bridesmaids and mother of the bride and groom. I truly felt like a princess when I saw my final makeup application with Mika. I hired the Beauty Gals for my February wedding and could not have been happier with them!! Stephanie (hair) and Mika (makeup) absolutely knocked it out of the park. All of my girls were so happy with their hair and makeup and they looked stunning!! I am the pickiest person - and yet I felt like such a princess and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The Beauty Gals is seriously the BEST when it comes to hair and makeup! I had Alena and Ashley do my hair and makeup for my bridal shower, and Ashley did my makeup for my wedding day. She perfected the look I wanted and even helped guide me along the way when I wasn't sure what I wanted. The other girls who did my bridesmaids' makeup were just as sweet and talented. I am so glad that I found the Beauty Gals to do hair/make-up for the day of the wedding. I had Cenza for hair, she was quick and we finished earlier than expected but her attention to detail was on point, she even stayed a little additional time to touch-up one of my bridesmaids curls that had fallen. She was easy to get along with and listened to each of my bridesmaids wishes. My mom was very impressed as she has short hair and wears her hair the same way every day, Cenza was able to come up with a hair style that was different than my moms usual but still made her look like her, we were both very impressed. Melissa did our make-up and oh my gosh, I cannot even begin to say how GREAT she was. My make-up was flawless all day/night long. She took her time, did exactly what we did during the trial as she took VERY detailed notes and there were no surprises on the day of. She was so kind, organized, personable and really listened to all my bridesmaids wants and wishes. Again my mom was also impressed for someone who doesn't wear a lot of make-up she made my mom look beautiful without looking "overly done" I highly recommend Melissa for wedding make-up she was amazing!

The beauty gals were phenomenal to work with. They were incredible clear, professional, and organized. I’d been a bridesmaid in other weddings, and I know the timing of the day is so important. Some people try to save money by not getting a professional team, but by not hiring a good team, you risk your timeline being messed up, rushed hair and makeup, and then rushed photos… (trust me! I’ve been in a wedding where the bride didn’t hire professionals and she didn’t have time to take any getting ready photos with her bridesmaids). The beauty gals actually finished early and it really helped us enjoy the day and not rush. Honestly by the end of the morning, it was like hanging out with family. If you’re considering the beauty gals: do it. The hair and makeup looked gorgeous on everyone and the service was awesome!

I was amazed out how beautiful the trials turned out and could not wait for my wedding day - and then it got even better! The morning of my wedding day, I could not have asked for a more amazing team of ladies to help us all get ready. I cannot recommend The Beauty Gals enough! I literally tell all of my family and friends about them. I had a large bridal party so we had 2 girls doing makeup and 3 girls doing hair, and they were SO efficient with timing while making sure everyone looked absolutely perfect. Alena did my hair and Melissa did my makeup and it lasted ALL NIGHT LONG and looked FLAWLESS. My bridal party also looked fantastic so you really cannot go wrong with any of the girls! They all have such fun personalities and can quite literally perfect any photo or image you give them. These girls are so communicative and easy to work with. I've had them do my hair/makeup for other weddings I've stood up in and just knew I HAD to have them do my wedding! So glad that they did!! They are the best in the business!!

Oh my. These ladies...I reached out to Mary Grace and her team in a pinch after having to reschedule my wedding to due to this year’s unique circumstances. She was so kind and responsive and was able to set up a trial for my mother and myself in just a few days with Alena (hair) and Mika (makeup). The first five minutes with these ladies told me all I needed to know. I loved their kind, upbeat, and fantastic personalities within seconds, and that truly is just a bonus because their work is INCREDIBLE. I was SO happy with my trial that I couldn’t wait for my wedding day. On the day of my wedding, the girls did hair and makeup for a few of my girls, my mother, and myself. Not only did we have such a great morning laughing and talking, but what they were able to do in such a short amount of time, and flawlessly, was astonishing. My hair and makeup looked like I walked right out of a Bridal Magazine. I have never felt prettier in my life, all while looking like myself. Their aptitudes to understand what their client wants and act on that vision is second to none. My makeup and hair lasted all day and night without so much as a smudge or one hair out of place. Marygrace did my makeup for my cousins wedding at the beginning of the year and right when I looked in the mirror I knew I needed her for my wedding. I can not thank Marygrace enough for how beautiful she made me feel on my wedding day! My makeup was flawless all day long! I would suggest Marygrace and Alena to anyone! I reached out to Marygrace for my bridal makeup just a couple months before my wedding because the salon I was supposed to get my makeup done at had dropped the ball, and I was scrambling. I am so thankful that it didn't work out with the salon because Marygrace nailed it out of the park and I absolutely loved my wedding day makeup! Every other time that I've gotten makeup done, there is always something I'm taking off or changing after the fact, but not with Marygrace. She truly is SO talented and I was in such good hands (literally)! Thank you again, Marygrace!

My sister in-law had The Beauty Gals for her wedding and recommended them to me for mine. Marygrace and Alena are the best! Everything was perfect. I was so impressed and pleased with my hair and makeup. I wish I could have my hair and makeup done by them for every event I go to! Marygrace also covered up a tattoo on my arm that I didn’t want showing on my wedding day. My brides maids and mom and mother in-law looked incredible. If you're able to book the Beauty Gals for your wedding, do it! I booked the Beauty Gals after seeing their social media pages because I could tell by the pictures that they are extremely talented. I was sick on the day of my planned makeup trial with Marygrace, so we couldn't do it, but Marygrace assured me that she would take her time on my wedding day to make sure I was satisfied with my look, and just as she promised, I was 100% happy with how my makeup turned out. My mom and bridesmaids also loved their makeup and looked fabulous. Marygrace didn't change how we looked, she just enhanced our natural beauty and that is exactly what I wanted. For my hair, Alena absolutely nailed it. I didn't have an exact hairstyle in mind so she took elements from my inspiration photos and came up with the most awesome updo that was so me, and my hair stayed perfect all night! It didn't take much explaining for Alena to understand the look I was going for, she just knew, and she worked her magic. My bridesmaids' hairdos were also stunning and so cool! Aside from their skills, Marygrace and Alena are such a joy to be around and they put smiles on all of our faces. Bottom line is... book the Beauty Gals and you won't be disappointed :)

The BeautyGals were amazing! MaryGrace and Breanna did the makeup for my wedding party and everyone looked absolutely flawless! They drove down to Detroit and did makeup in my hotel room. They were more than accommodating. They take their time with each and every girl and made everyone feel glamorous. The pricing is very fair and WELL worth every penny. We had Mary Grace come to our house during my sister's wedding to do my Grandma, Mom, and Aunts makeup. She did an absolutely phenomenal job for everyone with age ranges 25-85! I cannot stress enough how amazing Alena is as a hairstylist! She did my entire bridal party and myself on the day of my wedding with help from her assistant who was also so talented. She arrived early to make sure she was set up on time, reached out to me beforehand to confirm and go over all important details, and made me feel so relaxed while getting ready. She is a hair goddess and I’m so grateful to her for making my wedding look dreams come true! Our wedding was inside, but we drove around on golf carts outside for pictures and all of our hair stayed in place and the curls looked amazing from morning til night. I wish I could give these ladies 10 stars! They did an unbelievable job making me and my bridesmaids feel absolutely stunning! I got married on the hottest day of the year and all night I kept staring at my girls blown away with how perfect they still looked! They are hands down the best wedding hair and makeup team I've ever had and will be using them for all future events! Not only that but they were the best addition to our morning activities! Alena, MaryGrace and Ashley are so so talented, I cant thank them enough for making me feel like a million bucks on my wedding day!

The morning of my wedding both Marygrace and Alena made my experience a bit stressful and uncomfortable. I had been communicating with Marygrace about who needed hair and makeup. I made sure a week before that I had finished paying them not only what the cost was for their services but also the 20% gratuity beforehand. When they arrived they didn’t know how many people were getting hair and makeup, constantly asking me and saying that I didn’t finish paying the full amount. This made the morning very stressful, and uneasy as they kept saying that I owed money, etc. Then Marygrace confronted me saying that I will have to pay for an additional girls hair and makeup, and with that I kindly responded “Can we please discuss this after the wedding.” She then texted me later that day saying that I was correct and had indeed paid for all of the girls, and the tip, and everything was accounted for. This was frustrating because it caused such an unfriendly and uncomfortable atmosphere that I had to remove myself from the room before I got too overwhelmed and upset. Although they seemed to be unorganized as far as knowing the gameplan, I did like my hair and makeup for the wedding. The girls like their hair and makeup as well; I just wish that they could’ve known who was getting what, instead of constantly asking me and accusing me of owing more money. As a bride, that was very uncomfortable and embarassing because I told the girls that I covered the costs for them, and they had nothing to worry about. Also, you shouldn’t have to go through that stress and have to explain yourself the morning of your wedding.

Where do I begin...? I was searching and searching for the perfect hair dresser for my wedding. I came across the Beauty Gals page and contacted them and they instantly responded which was great! Alena did my hair for my wedding and she is the sweetest person ever, mind you..... so stinking talented too. Alena as on top of it, worked with my schedule. I am SO SO happy with how my hair turned out on my wedding day. It was seriously perfect and she also can do not only brides hair perfect but all of my bridesmaids (6) total and my mom! Mary Grace. Is. Everything. I had two sub-par makeup trials and was in a panic. I got a hold of MG and she rearranged everything to be able to help me. She made it work to be there with Ashley for me and 9 ladies and everyone’s makeup was absolutely flawless. I could not recommend the Beauty Gals more highly—they’re incredible artists but also the SWEETEST ladies.

I am so impressed with both Alena and Mary Grace. They were professional and accommodating to what we wanted for our looks. Gentle suggestions were given and nothing was forced upon us. We looked and felt glamorous! As the mother of the groom I would recommend them highly. I hope they go far in their careers!

I booked the Beauty Gals for my wedding after having my hair and makeup done by them as a bridesmaid twice. They are amazing! It was a great feeling to be able to relax the morning of and have them arrive at our getting ready location instead of traveling all over town. They do an amazing job and are great about understanding what you're asking for. We all looked amazing. I only wish they could do my hair and makeup everyday!

MaryGrace & her team were amazing. Having a July wedding I was fearful that I would be a hot mess and my makeup wouldn't last. The Beauty Gals team did make up and hair for myself and 9 other people; everyone's makeup lasted all night long! At 1 AM we were all so impressed how beautiful our makeup still looked. I was still getting compliments from guests about how gorgeous my makeup still looked. Even after a hot July night filled with dancing everything was still perfect. If you have sensitive skin like I do, do not worry, MaryGrace uses the best products and recommends products to use on the day to day. MaryGrace, Alena and Mika were AMAZING! They knocked out 10 girls on time and made everyone look breath taking! I felt like the most beautiful version of myself as a bride and that was all thanks to them! All of our hair and makeup lasted the entire night. I looked in the mirror at 1am and my makeup looked the same as it did before I left for church! I never had to touch up my hair or makeup either! Not only did we all look amazing but we had fun with them as well. Amazing personalities and just great women all around to work with. I would choose them again in a heart beat! MaryGrace and Alena were so lovely to work with! They are both SO talented and professional! My makeup looked amazing and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. Both women were so kind and very easy to talk to and were funny during my trial and on my wedding day which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I do not have words for how I felt on my wedding day thanks to MaryGrace and her partner Mika! They made my bridesmaids and I look perfect for my big day, as well as my engagement session. I booked the Beauty Gals for hair and make up for myself, bridesmaids and mother of the bride/groom. They were very professional and Alena stressed multiples times (over and over again) that she wanted me to be 100% happy with everything and if there was ANYTHING that I did not like to speak up and they would make it right ("even if they have to wash all the make up off and start over"). I found comfort in her attitude about my satisfaction being the utmost priority. They came to me for my hair and make up trial and everything was perfect. Unfortunately, they were unable to do my hair for the big day but we were very pleased with the make up services. At the end of the night, everyone kept asking me how in the world my make up still looked flawless and in place.

Mary Grace in Alena are amazing!!!! my hair turned out great stayed all night long. My makeup OMG I didn't even know I could look the way I did and I felt so beautiful and received so many compliments thank you so much beautygals!

I have never recieved so many compliments from people on my hair and makeup after getting it professionally done. My bridal party also expressed the same. Alena nailed our hair and Melissa killed it on our makeup. I don't wear much makeup on a regular basis and Melissa was awesome at making sure it didnt look over done. Plus she made my bridesmaids look flawless. As far as my hair went, it literally didn't move all night. I wore my hair down and was nervous about how it would look throughout the day. I had nothing to worry about because whatever magic Alena did on my hair, it looked the exact same from 8 in the morning till after midnight. They were extremely professional and did an awesome job. I knew it was going to be a challenge to find a hair and makeup team that would meet my expectations. I'm a hair and makeup fanatic myself, and have experienced far too many bad hair/makeup services that I was scared I'd have to do my own for my wedding day. Seriously, I did one trial at a salon to attend a friends' wedding, and ended up walking out looking like a corpse with the worst hair ever. I was so upset, I ended going home and taking off all my makeup and redoing everything. So safe to say, I was losing hope on finding my dream glam squad. *CUE IN ALENA & THE BEAUTY GALS TO SAVE THE FREAKING DAY* From the first initial trial before I even hired them, I knew right away I was in great hands. They knew exactly what I wanted and how to execute it flawlessly. Now fast forward to my big day. We had less than ideal time restraints with a large group of girls. Starting at 6am to get 11 girls all dolled up and ready to go out the door by 11:30 was no easy task, but holy camoly Alena was right on time. Her and the rest of the team time managed it perfectly and was able to have each girl walking out looking like a complete bombshell. My own mother is typically very picky and never thinks she looks pretty, but she was absolutely in love with the hair/makeup and couldn't believe how good she looked. I was so happy with my own hair and makeup, that I often look back at my pictures and think "Wow, how did they make my eyes look so blue?!" and "CHECK OUT THAT HAIR!" Hands down, this team of ladies is amazing. They listen to you, know exactly what features to highlight, and will transform you to be the most confident and beautiful woman you've ever seen. I will recommend them endlessly not only for their superb work, but also because they are just absolute sweethearts. You won't be disappointed.

I'm so happy I found the BeautyGals for my wedding on 10/6/2018! Marygrace is nothing short of amazing and is a true artist. She not only has an insane skill for makeup application, but she is soooo friendly, professional, and will do whatever she can to try and accommodate you. I'll admit I was nervous I wouldn't like the way I looked on my wedding day, its so much pressure. But after my trial with Marygrace I knew I was in the best hands and couldn't wait for everyone to see me! Marygrace made me feel like the most beautiful bride ever! The Beauty Gals did such a fantastic job! I loved my makeup for my wedding day. Marygrace and her counterpart also did my Maid of Honor, several of my bridesmaids and the moms– and everyone looked gorgeous! Marygrace really took our input to heart and had such attention to detail, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend!

I had the hardest time finding my makeup and hair artists for my wedding day. I spent hours scouring local artists and reading review after review. I struggled because I had 6 BM’s and 2 moms that needed their hair and makeup done and many reviews I read mentioned the artists taking longer than expected or they only had 2 artists for their entire party. This stressed me out because on your wedding day timing is everything, every minute is invaluable. I was lucky to be referred to the Beauty Gals by my cousin who has been using Mary Grace and team for many years. I took her recommendation and reached out to MG, who was absolutely wonderful, kind, patient, but most importantly a quick responder to all my texts and emails. During my trials MG worked with me until I was happy with my look (which took 2 trials and a few tweaks). On the day of my wedding MG and Alena, each with an assistant or helper, showed up promptly and were quick to begin getting my girls in their chairs. They were just lovely to talk to and made the morning very enjoyable and as stress-free as possible for everyone. MG has amazing talent and worked flawlessly to play on everyone’s natural features and made everyone look like a better version of themselves. MG and Alena made everyone feel so beautiful and our makeup and hair stayed ALL night long (even for the girls who said their hair never stayed curled). You will not be disappointed or stressed if you choose the Beauty Gals for you wedding day!

WOW, is all I can say to describe my wedding day experience with The Beauty Gals ! I knew I wanted the morning of my wedding to be stress free ( and wanted to relax at home instead of dash to a salon ) , so I chose Stephanie ( who I used to work with- so talented. ) and her cousin Alaina to get my girls ready on our big day. They came over to our house right on time the morning of my wedding and got all my bridesmaids ( 5 total ), my mom and my mother in law all done with plenty of time to spare. To say the morning of my wedding was EXTREMELY RELAXING was an understatement. These girls truly know how to work it ! Although I did my own makeup as the bride ( with the exception of lashes ) ...Every single one of my girls was BLOWN AWAY with how amazing their hair and makeup looked from the minute it was finished till the very end of the night. I even complimented my sister in law on how flawless she looked after a full day and night of dancing crying and drinking ! That's not to mention that we had an EXTREMELY rainy wedding day and everybody still looked flawless. They used amazing professional products, acted extremely professional, and every one of my bridesmaids- ( and my photographer who is also getting married ) have already got their hearts set to hire these fabulous ladies for their big days. Ladies, if you want to have the most amazing wedding day- stress free, relaxed... hire these girls. I promise you they won't let you down.
