The Beauty Lounge was so easy to work with - they were very responsive, helpful, and helped me create a timeline for hair for the day. party was so happy with their styles as well. Doing a trial was great to test out what I was going for, and Bryanna was very responsive when I wanted to make some changes for the style on the day. I wanted to emphasize my curls/natural texture in my updo and Bryanna did an amazing job honoring that. I trusted Bryanna completely and strongly recommend The Beauty Lounge for any curly brides!!!! She also did a fantastic job on members of the wedding party with straight hair - she can do it all :)

Only docked star is because communication was a little bit slow, and with long-distance planning, it took a lot of reaching out on my part. But overall, exceptional quality, super kind and passionate, and made me feel absolutely stunning on my wedding day!

need. I saw Melissa for my initial hair trial and she was so sweet! They communicated with me exclusively through email which I prefer as it's easy to look back at what was said. The day before my wedding I got a blow out from Saba, one of their newer employees and she was so personable and kind; she really was hyping me up for my wedding!! The day of, Melissa and Natalie showed up on time, worked quickly and did everyone's hair beautifully! I had some last minute changes to the hairstyle I wanted and Melissa had no problem changing things a bit so that my hair was exactly how I wanted it to me. I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants a reliable hair salon for their wedding!

makeup trial, which I appreciated because I was coming in from out of state so I couldn't work on the normal timeline. They were also flexible with a start time on the day of the wedding, since we needed to be at the venue by 11 am. My hair and makeup were amazing! All of my bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup too, and we had fun chatting with Natalie and Bryanna while we got ready.

ork was absolutely amazing - I got so many compliments on it. Natalie really listened to me for make up, and made adjustments for the day-of based on feedback from my trial that kept me from getting smeared eyelids (a common problem for me). The only reason I don't give them five stars is because I had a lot of communication issues with them leading up to the wedding. It happened that they're moving salon locations right at the same time as my wedding, but if they had just told me that was causing issues I would have understood more - instead it took 2 weeks to get a response, as well as multiple emails and phone calls. This added a good amount of stress - I had even started looking into other companies. That said, once sorted, they apologized (and gave discounts/freebies) and the actual final hair and makeup were fantastic. So, if you can handle some ambiguity, knowing that it will come to a beautiful finish, I would really highly recommend The Beauty Lounge.

. I had the most difficult time communicating with the beauty lounge and Melissa. It took a week or so to receive emails back and usually that was after a couple reminder emails from me. Additionally, trying to get confirmation for trial appointments and secure my wedding date took more effort that I believe was necessary. Once the communication aspect was ironed out, though, the services were great and the results were beautiful.

lose. Additionally, I got mascara on my contact and had to spend a good 20 minutes cleaning them. So in total I would say that put me about 40 minutes behind.

ure the other stylists at the Beauty Lounge are excellent too! I didn't really have a great idea of how to explain what I wanted for hair, but she asked me a few questions, and then she made my hair look fabulous, and just like I had envisioned! Her price was reasonable, and she came out to the wedding site for no additional charge. She was very flexible with time, and was even willing to add my bridesmaid who was having trouble finding a hair appointment.

nt the morning supping mimosas, getting primped and not worrying about a thing. Annie J and Melissa were great!! They made my 4 bridesmaids, mother, personal attendant, and yours truly look absolutely fabulous. Everyone was able to choose which services they wanted: hair, make-up, lashes, airbrushing, etc. They were able to accommodate us with an accurate timeline to keep everyone on schedule for the wedding day and even fit in an add-on make-up session. I had a trial run with hair and make-up, where we figured out exactly what I wanted so I went into my wedding day with no stress about my primping. I would absolutely recommend Beauty Lounge!! They're great!! and super nice and sweet!!
