Cierra and her team are so wonderful! I usually don’t apply a lot of makeup, usually just mascara and eye liner, so I wanted something simple, natural, yet glam enough to make me f...
eel beautiful on my wedding day. I researched so many different beauty vendors in the RVA and surrounding areas until I found Cierra and her company. I saw her photo profile on her website and saw she had a range of glam and natural beauty styles from past clients which is what initially drew me into starting a conversation with Cierra.
She was always so timely with her messaging me back, we had a phone call where each question asked was answered in such a kind and reassuring way. I booked Cierra for my big day because communication and customer service was amazing, plus her past clientele work looked phenomenal. The day for my trial finally came and Cierra was so great! I was nervous but instantly felt relaxed with a positive atmosphere. Cierra asked for photos of inspo when I arrived which we then discussed in detail what I liked and disliked from those photos, what I wanted for my day, and what my normal day-to-day makeup routine looked like.
We had plenty of time for the trial, and I felt encouraged and supported throughout with what I wanted. We changed only a few things like foundation color, lipstick color, and eye shadow softness and Cierra was happy to do it all! She took many photos to keep what I wanted as the new inspo for the day of my wedding.
A few days before my wedding, Cierra personally reached out to let me know she was unable to come as she had a staffing issue occur suddenly. I honestly panicked a little being a type-A bride, but she reassured everything was great and she communicated with my new day-of artist what I wanted. On the day, my artist Keisha did such a PHENOMENAL job on my makeup. She listed to what I wanted, quickly got it done and made any changes throughout the morning, and was so encouraging. She made me feel beautiful just like my trial did with Cierra. I received so many compliments and I’m so happy we booked Cierra and her team. Cierra is so wonderful to work with. I found out about her at a wedding expo. She was very timely in responding to my initial inquiry. I provided her some potential looks and told ...
her about my day to day look (pretty simple). My trial came around and I was so pleased with meeting her. A true professional, a sweetheart. I told her that I didn't want too much and she respected my wishes but still made me feel like a true bride. She even made sure to to walk me through the building and outside to make sure that my makeup would be good under any lighting. Loved that! Day of, she stayed in touch with me until our time together. Her calming demeanor kept me calm. After working on my hair and makeup for almost 2 hrs, I started to cry (tears of joy). She was so understanding and calm. Just blotted my tears away, gave me time to get myself together and then on to the final look after a quick touch-up. She did such a wonderful job! Even left me with a bit of gloss and my lip color so that I could touch up throughout the evening. Book her now! You won't regret it.
Very happy with the services the team provided. Professional, punctual, accommodating, fairly priced, responded on timely manner to our questions and requests. Recommend them!!!
She is so nice and so amazing, very nice personality and she is amazing with her work. She likes to tell you the process as she’s working, that way you know exactly what’s going on...

managed to make me (a girl who never does her hair or makeup) look and feel beautiful. Highly recommend!
Cierra is an amazing stylist. She did hair and make up for my sister, mom and me.
It was my sister’s wedding and Cierra took the time to understand what each of us wanted. She gave...
us a timeframe and stuck to it so we wouldn’t be rushing.
She also gave suggestions but also respected each and every of our wishes. Overall it was an excellent experience and we do recommend her for your special occasions:)
