Review for The Bedford in Nashville
We recently held our wedding ceremony and sit-down dinner at The Bedford in Nashville, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience. Th...
e venue itself is absolutely stunning—a perfect blend of rustic charm and elegance. The exposed brick, beautiful arches, and sparkling chandeliers created a magical atmosphere, and the lush gardens provided a breathtaking backdrop for our special day.
One of the standout aspects of our experience was working with Jillian, our event manager. She was simply wonderful! Jillian ensured that every detail was taken care of, and when we arrived at the venue, everything was perfectly set and ready to go. Her professionalism and attention to detail truly made our day stress-free and enjoyable.
We hosted 250 guests, and the space was perfectly suited for both our ceremony and the dinner. Our guests were in awe of the beauty and ambiance of the venue. If you're looking for a wedding venue in Nashville that combines elegance with a warm, inviting atmosphere, The Bedford is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!
Great customer service! We worked with Jillian primarily. She is a wonderful person inside and out. Jill helped us every way possible to make my sure my wedding felt so beautiful. ...
She kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. The location is absolutely stunning and I fell in love at first sight. Thank you so much and I would recommend this location for any event.
The venue is a beautiful space. The arches and the brick inside are one of the several reasons we originally chose The Bedford as our wedding venue. However, know that if you choos...
e this venue, you also get their management.
Over half a year after signing our contract, The Bedford cancelled our wedding without much notice stating that the owner no longer wants to host weddings after May 1, 2023. Instead, we were returned our initial deposit and left scrambling to find another venue. This has been incredibly difficult considering we had already booked all of our vendors and, essentially, ruined 6 months of wedding planning on our end.
If you ever decide to have an event at The Bedford, make sure you recognize the risk you are willing to take.
BEWARE: we booked our wedding, paid the deposit, and signed the contract in February 2022. In August 2022, we received a call out of the blue from the director of sales that the ow...
ner had decided that effective May 1, 2023 they would no longer be hosting weddings. Instead of upholding the terms of the contract, they canceled our wedding, sent our deposit back, and left us scrambling to find another venue after we had booked most of our other vendors! Do NOT trust them and their shady business practices!
This is a fabulous venue! It's versatile, beautiful, and can accommodate any style of event or wedding. I can't say enough about the staff as well. Friendly, professional, and resp...

Not only is The Bedford is an absolutely stunning venue with ample space and excellent ambiance for events, but their staff is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We used t...
he venue for both the wedding ceremony and reception and it functioned as such beautifully. Not only did the venue make an absolutely beautiful backdrop for photos, but the ambiance was warm inviting to our guests. The venue also supported COVID policy, providing space for social distancing so that the bride and groom could enjoy their special day safely.
A beautiful venue to have a wedding! We were able to pull it off even during a pandemic! The Bedford was beautifully decorated and our photos came out gorgeous. The spacious eve...
nt allowed our guests the opportunity to socially distance and still enjoy our wedding and reception! Thank you to the staff and owners for their flexibility and support!
Like most of the world and engaged couples 2020 thew us a complete curveball. After moving our originally planned wedding around a couple of times in IL, we began to look out of st...
ate in hopes to do something smaller and start fresh with our plans. I was referred to The Bedford by a Nashville local who said the aesthetic was right up my alley - IT WAS! I began working with Amber on how we can make this happen despite the unknown circumstances and our now sliced budget. I plan events for a living and now a wedding, and just wanted to say how much of a delight Amber was to work with! Though we did not move forward with our wedding there at this time (due to family timeline matters) if you are considering a wedding in Nashville this place is 100% worth a look. The Bedford is not only gorgeous, but more importantly has the event staff behind it to be property managed! Which if you ask me is almost more important, there is nothing like falling in love with a place and working with vendors who poorly managed your event that you are spending tons of $$ on. Amber and her team are amazing and take the time to create a custom plan for you.
Such a beautiful venue and space for our ceremony/ reception.
Beautiful venue!! So many options and possibilities! Great staff to work with.
THIS venue is IT! The Bedford is absolutely stunning! There is plentiful parking for your guests. Pam and Richard are a dream to work with, you will not be disappointed! Our gu...
