The Bedford Nashville Events Venue is a charming, fully customizable wedding locale in Nashville, TN. You and your partner can celebrate your special day in a luxury oasis surrounded by your closest friends and family.
This stunning 10,000-square-foot wedding space is rich with personality and features beautiful brick arches, high-hanging chandeliers, and an outdoor site where you can swap your vows and say, "I do." You can choose from a variety of locations at The Bedford Nashville Events Venue, depending on the size and scale of your ceremony and reception. By far, the most popular destination among couples is the outdoor, covered Pavilion, which holds anywhere from 250 to 400 guests. The Arches is a more intimate indoor setting, seating 100-120 of your loved ones, and is perfect for a romantic evening of wining, dining, and dancing. Micro weddings can take up residence in the Garden Arbor, a picturesque, tranquil venue accommodating ten to 70 people.
The friendly staff at The Bedford Nashville Events Venue will work with you from the moment you book until you cheerily depart as a newlywed. They will do all they can to make your day as memorable as possible by providing a preferred vendor list to cater to all your needs. Of course, you are free to use any vendor your heart desires after approval from The Bedford team. Upon booking your wedding celebration, a number of items will be available to you, including chairs, decor, drapery, lighting, furniture, tables, and much more. e venue itself is absolutely stunning—a perfect blend of rustic charm and elegance. The exposed brick, beautiful arches, and sparkling chandeliers created a magical atmosphere, and the lush gardens provided a breathtaking backdrop for our special day.
One of the standout aspects of our experience was working with Jillian, our event manager. She was simply wonderful! Jillian ensured that every detail was taken care of, and when we arrived at the venue, everything was perfectly set and ready to go. Her professionalism and attention to detail truly made our day stress-free and enjoyable.
We hosted 250 guests, and the space was perfectly suited for both our ceremony and the dinner. Our guests were in awe of the beauty and ambiance of the venue. If you're looking for a wedding venue in Nashville that combines elegance with a warm, inviting atmosphere, The Bedford is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Over half a year after signing our contract, The Bedford cancelled our wedding without much notice stating that the owner no longer wants to host weddings after May 1, 2023. Instead, we were returned our initial deposit and left scrambling to find another venue. This has been incredibly difficult considering we had already booked all of our vendors and, essentially, ruined 6 months of wedding planning on our end.
If you ever decide to have an event at The Bedford, make sure you recognize the risk you are willing to take.

ner had decided that effective May 1, 2023 they would no longer be hosting weddings. Instead of upholding the terms of the contract, they canceled our wedding, sent our deposit back, and left us scrambling to find another venue after we had booked most of our other vendors! Do NOT trust them and their shady business practices!

I began working with Amber on how we can make this happen despite the unknown circumstances and our now sliced budget. I plan events for a living and now a wedding, and just wanted to say how much of a delight Amber was to work with! Though we did not move forward with our wedding there at this time (due to family timeline matters) if you are considering a wedding in Nashville this place is 100% worth a look. The Bedford is not only gorgeous, but more importantly has the event staff behind it to be property managed! Which if you ask me is almost more important, there is nothing like falling in love with a place and working with vendors who poorly managed your event that you are spending tons of $$ on. Amber and her team are amazing and take the time to create a custom plan for you.
