The Belgium House is located just outside of Longview near Interstate 20. The beautiful home, situated on five acres was designed and created with weddings in mind. The lovely grounds include an amphitheater style large seating area which leads to the gazebo, creating the perfect setting for an outdoor wedding. Our inside area has a unique two sided round staircase to include a large reception space that could be used for dinner, dancing and nice indoor wedding area. perfect in the pouring down rain. Jan handled all the last minute changes due to the weather, without me having to stress about it. The rain set a perfect backdrop for our ceremony (yes we still had it in the gazebo, and yes it was still perfect) and we could not have asked for anything else. We HIGHLY recommend Jan and the Belgium House for weddings, or any other events!!

first time we walked into this venue and had our first meeting with Jan, we knew we didn’t need to look any further. With my daughter living out of town, she accommodated every meeting and coordinated every planning stage. She made sure my daughter had everything she wanted and she handled every detail effortlessly. From decorating, coordinating the wedding day to making sure everything was packed up in a timely manner. Wish I could give her more than 5 stars!!
