The Bell of Camden Point stretches out over 40 glorious acres and has a capacity for up to 250 guests. You can exchange vows outdoors by the waterfront, where stylish wooden chairs are laid out on the lawn overlooking a wooden ceremony arch. Afterward, you can roam the gardens for photos, taking in the romantic wooden pergola and using the water feature as a serene backdrop. The main ballroom is where rustic refinement is taken to a whole new level. This spacious room is characterized by wooden ceiling beams perfectly balanced by polished marble flooring, opulent chandeliers, and a fancy private bar. Here, you can curate your dream day according to your theme and tastes. Plush preparation suites are available for your exclusive use, with everything from vanity mirrors, changing rooms, and white leather seating ensuring a relaxed pampering session.
The event team at Bell of Camden Point aims to offer a full-service package for those that wish to celebrate there. Included in this are a number of event rentals, including indoor and outdoor seating, tables, portable bars, and propane heaters. Outside vendors of your choice are welcome, allowing you to customize your event to your specifications. The management will be on-site to work with your wedding coordinator to ensure that your event runs as smoothly as possible. In addition to this, a rental home is available for your honeymoon suite. This property can sleep up to 20 guests should you wish to spend the night at this location with your wedding party. While looking for a barn venue for our daughters wedding, we found a beautiful farm in Camden Point. Once a tobacco barn & recently 10,000 sq. ft horse arena, we remodeled into a gorgeous space for weddings while our closest friends joined this journey with us. We repurposed all the natural hardware from the horse arena, selected crystal chandeliers to complement the original rustic hardware to make an elegant 5,200 sq. ft setting. An adjacent indoor chapel will join our venue in the near future! We can't wait to meet you!

We worked with both Christy and Chas (and their husbands) who were absolutely fabulous!! We loved having access to their storage closet, which houses wedding decor that has been acquired to mix and match with our theme. Guests were so impressed by the venue and our stay next door at The Lodge was unforgettable!! So happy we went with this venue and cannot recommend them enough!

Our wedding at The Bell was everything we ever could have dreamed of and so much more! Kristy was our contact person up to the day of the wedding and she was great!! I could text her any time I had a question and she was always quick to answer! Dave was there the entire day of our wedding and was amazing working behind the scenes to help the day run smooth! I loved being able to hire our own vendors and bring our own alcohol! Kristy did also recommend some vendors which was so helpful! We had our ceremony inside the chapel and it was gorgeous! The reception space had so much room for our 180 guests, and left us plenty of room on the dance floor! We also loved how much space we had in the bridal suit for getting ready and for our entire bridal party to hangout together during the cocktail hour. Also renting the Lodge to stay the night with our bridal party and all wake up together the next morning and talk about the wedding day was so fun! Overall our day was 1000/10 and I would recommend this venue to anyone!

We did the weekend package with The Bell and it was so worth it! Kristy was our point of contact and very easy to get ahold of. The space is beautiful on its own and with the open vendor policy we were able to make it our own. All of our guests were very impressed with the space and it looks absolutely gorgeous in all photos. We appreciated the option of having an indoor ceremony if the weather was not on our side. The bridal suite is gorgeous and was spacious enough for all of my girls, two moms, two hair stylists and two make up artists. I never felt crammed! There are so many amazing photo opportunities within the venue and around the property. They partner with the KC Hotel Marriott which was another perk for the shuttle. We were so happy with choosing The Bell!

We had the best wedding weekend at The Bell! We rented the lodge for two nights and hosted rehearsal onsite and had a place for all of the wedding party to stay! The venue was absolutely perfect and all of our guests loved it! Thank you so much to Kristy for all your help! I couldn’t imagine a better weekend!

This wedding venue is absolutely gorgeous. The owners did anything and everything they could to make everything run smoothly. It was such an amazing experience to work with them. I couldn’t have brought my wedding vision to life without this venue and its owners. I also couldn’t have planned my wedding without them. I highly highly recommend this venue.

Highly recommend The Bell of Camden Point! Kristy was amazing to work with, very helpful and responsive. Everything went very smoothly. The venue is beautiful and I loved having a chapel room for the ceremony. We rented the lodge on the property for the night of the wedding and had our wedding party stay with us - we loved being able to stay on the property and not worry about driving anywhere.

Kristy and Rob Ritz were so helpful and did everything in their power to make our day everything we hope and dreamed it would be! I plan on recommending them to future brides! They made the day stress-free and easy to where my only focus was walking down the aisle and marrying my best friend!

From start to finish, our experience with The Bell of Camden Point was wonderful. They are easy to contact, extremely helpful and accommodating, and so kind and professional! The owners have added so many beautiful renovations to the space. We absolutely loved the new indoor chapel, the outdoor space for our cocktail hour, and the reception space was perfect for us and our guests. There are also so many beautiful places to take photos on the property. One of our favorite things about The Bell is the ability to choose any outside vendors we wanted (this was a big money saver for us). The Bell is a 10/10!

This venue was absolutely perfect for what we wanted for our wedding. We wanted the rustic feel, but with a little more elegant vibe as well. The indoor space for the ceremony and the reception are just beautiful. My favorite part is that the chapel is still indoors and attached to the reception space, so therefore, did not require a room flip as most venues do. We had our wedding in March, which means unpredictable weather in Missouri, but the indoor ceremony space was just as beautiful, if not more beautiful, than the outdoor ceremony space.
Kristy was the main contact I worked with and she was truly amazing to work with. Super-fast in response time, very knowledge about anything wedding related, and overall a very kind person. The other owners were there the entire time of the wedding and cleaned up at the end of the night. Couldn’t have dreamt of a better venue for our entire wedding!

I LOVED The Bell, and still do! I can't recommend them enough. I had the best experience and loved every single thing about their venue and the customer service I received throughout the year and half between booking and our wedding day. I worked directly with Kristy the whole time and she was AMAZING. She gave me every single thing I wanted and helped fulfill my vision. Their property is beautiful and had everything I wanted! Have you seen the bridal suite?! The Bell is such a hidden gem north of KC. It was absolutely perfect!

The Bell of Camden Point is a wonderfully spectacular venue! The new indoor Chapel is amazing and the outdoor wedding area is also a beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding! My son & daughter-in-law were married there 10/23/22! The Bridal room is so pretty & spacious for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready on the big day! The Grooms area is the perfect spot for the men to be together and hang out before the ceremony! The reception area is beautiful with large windows to take in the breathtaking views! The decor throughout the venue is rustic elegance and is the perfect spot for a wedding! We also rented the house on the property for the bridal party for 2 nights and everyone had a fantastic time being together in one place! Memories to cherish! Owner Chas was amazing to work with and responsive whenever we reached out with questions! We would highly recommend The Bell of Camden Point! Thanks for making everything just perfect!

The Bell of Camden Point is the perfect venue to capture simple elegance with a casual, nature feel. We held our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at The Bell and we couldn't be more happy with our decision! Chas was our main point of contact and she was fabulous! She always responded quickly to any and all questions I had, she helped keep things in line and going smoothly on our big day, and she went above and beyond to any hiccups that happened. The venue is full of beautiful backdrops that make for the best wedding photos for the newlyweds and their guests. We used the outdoor ceremony location, but it was nice to know there was an indoor chapel option if weather wasn't ideal. I would 100% recommend this venue over and over again!

The venue was amazing and beautiful. They have an indoor and outdoor option and both are perfect for a wedding ceremony. We had a last minute change due to weather and it was seamless to move inside. The facility has everything you need. The suites for the bridge and groom are great. The reception hall is gorgeous. I have heard from several guests they thought the venue was beautiful and how did we find it. Kristy and Rob (the owners) were so helpful throughout the whole process. You can also work out a deal with a local hotel that will offer shuttle service to the venue the day of the wedding. They really did think of everything. There is a list of vendors they have used, but you can use your own as well. There is a lodge you can add to your package that is on the property. It is so nice to have the extra room for the wedding party and provided the opportunity for the wedding party to stay at the venue the night before the wedding. I highly recommend The Bell at Camden Point.

The Bell of Camden Point made our day beyond easy to make the wedding of our dreams! The entire staff was so helpful the entire process and answered any and all questions we had, no matter how crazy I sounded. Being a bride who’s constantly having control and being able to trust someone else to pull through for me was huge. All my worries melted away with Kristy and Chas. I never seen such a beautiful venue in my entire life, and the fact that they allowed our dogs be part of our big day was huge to me! I will always recommend this beauty to any bride looking for a rustic, romantic barn venue in the most peaceful part of Missouri. I cannot wait to get our pictures back!

the bell made every single one of my dreams come true. I truly cannot thank them enough for everything they did.
They have such a beautiful venue. While we felt so special, considering they were finishing the chapel. They personally sent photos, and videos knowing how excited were to use the space. They accommodated every request we had and every struggle with a smile. They responded quickly. Never asked for additional fees and were upfront about their expectations. We couldn’t of asked for a better venue. We walked away feeling like we have a lasting friendship.
We are so thankful for the bell our day wouldn’t of been the same without them.

This venue checks about every box possible and I can’t say enough good things about it as well as the owner we worked with, Chas. Both the ceremony and reception spaces are absolutely beautiful and wonderfully maintained. We got tons of compliments on how gorgeous the space was! The lodge on site was super convenient, well stocked, and large enough to accommodate the wedding party + a few more. Chas was incredible and always made herself available for all of my questions. The venues open catering/bar policy is really accommodating. I’m a highly indecisive person who researched/toured dozens of venues in the KC Metro and I can confidently say this is the most client friendly, best value, well managed, and most gorgeous wedding venue around!

The venue is beautiful! With minimal decorating; still beautiful. We did very little as we had a wedding during COVID then a repeat a year later. We also rented the lodge which was plenty big. The owners are an added plus. Super sweet and easy to work with!

Where do I begin!?!? The Bell of Camden Point was like a hidden gem for us (especially since it was during Covid). The country scenery was absolutely perfect for pictures of a Lake view and we even had amazing sunset pictures in their outside arbor. The venue felt private, was handicap accessible, beautiful, had many different variations to accomplish our dream wedding, and was very reasonably priced. Kristy (Owner) was super nice and accommodating to our needs for our big day. Our first visit at the venue and with Kristy was so good I had three tours just to show my family and my wedding coordinator.
We had our ceremony and reception inside which was nice because the chapel and the reception room where connected to each other through these dark wooden double doors (which made a great entrance for when I when down the isle). The reception had a romantic feeling with the crystal chandeliers and huge windows for natural light for a huge area to dance the night away. Now to the best part…. The chapel! The chapel had this huge crystal chandelier that hung with in the middle of the room that made the area with my decorations very elegant. My guest were in awe of the place and had so many complaints! I’d recommend to anyone and everyone! Thank you Kristy and her husband for making our day magical!

I have nothing but great things to say about the Bell of Camden Point. Their communication was great throughout the whole process, everything was clear in the contract, and the property is beautiful! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything was and the lodge was absolutely perfect for the full weekend with our bridal party. I can’t recommend this venue enough!

This place was amazing to work with! They were very welcoming and fun to come up with ideas and very flexible. If you are looking for a gorgeous place to do an outdoor or indoor wedding with beautiful chandeliers and a rustic look, this is the place to do it. I would work with them again if the event called for it!

So happy we found The Bell for our daughters wedding. The outdoor space was perfect for the wedding. The bride and grooms rooms are spacious and well lit. The reception room is absolutely gorgeous. All the staff we worked with were top notch. They made everything easy and stress free. I highly recommend this venue.

The Bell is a true secret gem just 15 minutes north of KCI airport. My daughter's wedding was here and our family was so blessed by the venue, the venue owners and the whole day. The grounds are such a natural, beautiful setting - lending itself to not only rustic but truly classic beauty. Nature at it's best - coupled with crystal and iron chandeliers, perfect Bride's and Groom's Suites, and from indoors - a stunning view overlooking the rolling hills and pond. The owner's pour everything in to making this your special event. Exceeding all expectations of personal service and absolute elegance!

My best friend was married here. It was beautiful! I loved the bride’s dressing room the most. It was the perfect place to get ready for her big day and made all of us feel like princesses. We also stayed in the house the night before and had one last hoorah before she got married and I loved having the five beds all in the same room so that we were all together gossiping through the night. After watching her have the fairytale wedding I am definitely considering coming here for my big day.

This venue exceeded all of our expectations. It’s absolutely stunning! We rented the house and had the bridal party spend the night after the rehearsal the night prior to the wedding. Everyone LOVED it! We also got a ton of compliments from our guests about how beautiful it was. The outdoor ceremony space is so well kept! And the chandeliers are unlike any others! They even have a small nursing room for anyone with little children. The owners were extremely cooperative and friendly! Our day was just perfect. I couldn’t have built a more perfect venue myself. The groom’s room has a patio for the guys that is fenced in. The bride’s room has separate lights and outlets for all the hot irons. It’s just absolutely everything we wanted and more!

Our wedding was special because it was the first wedding ever held at The Bell. And what made it even better was that it felt like they had been hosting weddings for years. They were prepared for anything and everything we needed and we felt like their number one priority the whole time. The owners and staff were so accommodating and intentional in making our day the best it could be. As far as their amenities go, the bridal and groom suites were perfect for us to get ready in. They provided all the tables, chairs, and linens. They also set up and tear down. All in all, our expectations were exceeded and I could not recommend this venue more. You will not be disappointed if you book them for your big day!
