The bell tower staff was amazing! They could not have been easier to work with. We loved our experience!!!

Our wedding was amazing! Maggie and Priscilla with Infinity Hospitality Group were amazing! They planned everything start to finish exactly how I wanted and it was (almost) FLAWLESS! This review would absolutely have been 5/5 stars had they not recommended the Flower Fairy for florals. The Flower Fairy was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. I should have done the research on my own instead of taking the planners word on it after seeing one example of her work and that is on me, but I would have never expected the outcome to be what it was. I specifically asked that the only flowers at the wedding be sunflowers. I gave her all the freedom on greenery, but as far as flowers… ONLY SUNFLOWERS. Seems like a reasonable request since it was my wedding, but I guess not. She used strawflowers for the boutonnières and the cake. I am pretty chill. This is something that could have been addressed at a later time and we could have came to a solution. Instead… she approached me at my wedding and tried to defend her decision making process. I was SHOCKED! She said that she chose to do strawflowers for the boutonnières because she felt like sunflowers would be too heavy. I explained that we had bought special pocket inserts for that exact reason. It was just so unprofessional for her to approach me during my wedding. I never got an explanation as to why there wasn’t even one sunflower on the cake. The only thing that was ever done to make any attempt to make the situation right was a $300 refund (which is a joke considering the amount of money we spent on florals), but there will never be anyway to go back and fix it. My wedding pictures will always look like the groomsmen were wearing cheap weeds on their suits and the cake… oh the cake. It was just so bad. If she had any type of professional place this review would be there, but she doesn’t and I wouldn’t anyone to have the experience that I did.

Infinity Hospitality made our July wedding an absolute dream! The Bell tower venue was the perfect place for us from the very beginning. The staff works with you to meticulously customize your wedding day and make sure you and your fiancé truly have the best day of your lives! Our coordinators Emily and Kasey worked with us every step of the way to accommodate all of our requests big or small. They constantly kept us in the loop and made sure we were comfortable with pricing, ascetics, and all vendors they had recommended to us. My husband and I feel so incredibly blessed to know that if we could do it again we would do it exactly the same way. Thank you infinity hospitality for the incredible memories that we will cherish forever!

The Bell Tower and Infinity Hospitality made our wedding a dream. First, they gave us extreme flexibility during these unpredictable COVID times. They let us hold a lovely small ceremony on our original wedding date (1/16/2021) and then let us reschedule our wedding reception to later in the year on Halloween night, with no penalty. Truly unheard of in 2021! The Infinity Hospitality team planned the most incredible spooky, black-tie masquerade. I literally sent over 2 inspiration pictures and they planned every single detail after that... and absolutely nailed it. It felt like we walked into the Phantom of the Opera the night of reception. Kalyn and her team were so great to work with - always responsive, friendly, and just really a joy to work with. We were unable to do a tasting due to being displaced from Hurricane Ida, but the food that Infinity Hospitality prepared was to die for - surf and turf and the risotto bar were SO good! And the venue itself just could not have been better for our group - the whiskey room was such a hit! Thank you to everyone at The Bell Tower and Infinity Hospitality for the best night(s) of my life!

I could not say enough amazing things about this venue. Ally and the entire team made my day seamless and made planning so easy!!! The wedding was so amazing and we have gotten endless messages about how this was the best wedding with great food! I recommend The Bell Tower to ANYONE who is looking to have the best wedding or event. I wish I could get married again just to do it all over again. Beautiful, Easy, Amazing!

My husband and I could not have been happier with our decision to get married at The Bell Tower. Even though we made choices during the wedding planning process, a lot of faith is still required in hopes that your day will turn out exactly how you pictured. With smiles on our faces, we can say that our day was everything we could've ever wanted, and more! The space is beautiful on its own, but the team at The Bell Tower made their venue truly magical for both our ceremony and reception. The decorations, cocktail hour, dinner set-up & food and the unique whiskey tasting room were all jaw-dropping!The proximity to downtown is also hard to beat! We could not have had a more perfect day!

My husband and I are so happy we chose The Bell Tower for our wedding. Besides being an absolutely stunning venue, it was such a relief to not have to worry about anything leading up to and the day of our wedding. We were able to do our first look photos, family photos, ceremony, and reception there. We worked with Kalyn and she answered all of my many questions leading up to our wedding, including rescheduling it due to the pandemic. We had Kalyn/Infinity coordinate our florals, DJ, and decorations in addition to the included food, linens, lighting, etc. Kalyn also helped set up our rehearsal dinner at Martin's next door and worked with me to set up our room blocks at the nearby Hilton Garden Inn. Haley and Molly (our Day of Coordinators) truly ensured that everything was taken of and that, above all, my husband and I were having a great time. If the Bell Tower is within your budget, definitely choose this venue! The proximity to downtown, Martin's, plenty of hotels, and the ease of working with the Infinity staff is very worth it. We had a fantastic time and would 100% book this venue again.

My daughter's wedding was at the Bell Tower on July 13, 2019. All of our guests loved the venue and the FOOD! They also enjoyed the tasting room. It is such a beautiful space that very little extra decor is needed. I do highly recommend the string lights and disco ball. The patio and mezzanine added extra space for all to enjoy. Our event specialist, Shannon, was a joy to work with and paid close attention to every detail. I am a bit of a micromanager but she made me feel at ease (which can be difficult)! I was sad when the night ended.

We got married in mid-March and worked with Emily O. with Infinity Hospitality. We LOVED our venue! We had about 125 guests which was more than enough room for us to speak to each guest but also party through the dance floor. Nestled in the heart of downtown Nashville, this once-upon-a-time-church was everything we could have asked for. Me and my bridesmaids (and bro-maids, yes I had guys) took up both areas to get ready, while the groom got ready off-site. It's a small area for more than 10 people. We did our ceremony here, too, so we were given complimentary food while we got ready. It was great!! Emily and her team worked well with my vendors. During cocktail hour, they aside dinner for me and my husband so we wouldn't feel awkward during the reception. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for something that yells "Nashville" without the grassy farmland.

Deciding to host our Wedding ceremony and reception at The Bell Tower was the best decision we could have made! Shannon, our wedding planner, and the entire staff at Infinity made the experience so easy and the night absolutely perfect. There was nothing that I could have thought to change and I’m so appreciative of being able to actual enjoy my day and all the fun that comes with it, without all the stress. I would reccomend this venue and event group to everyone!

We had our wedding at the Bell Tower and everything was absolutely perfect! The venue is gorgeous, especially for an evening wedding, and the whiskey and bourbon tasting room was a unique touch that our guests are still raving about. The food was delicious as well and their service staff is great! Emily, our Event Specialist, was incredibly knowledgeable, quick to respond, and made the event go off seamlessly. She made the entire planning process super easy, mostly stress-free and took care of literally everything on the day of. All of her suggestions were absolutely perfect for us! I cannot say enough about how amazing it was working with Emily! I would highly recommend the Bell Tower!

There is literally NOTHING bad I can say about this venue! From start to finish, our entire day was perfect! Brittany O. at Infinity Events was professional, personable, and overall amazing! From start to finish our experience was just phenomenal. I would rate this venue 10 stars if I could!!! From the atmosphere, to the catering, to the lighting - to everything - it was everything we could have hoped for and more. Our 180 guest wedding felt so intimate in the space, and its such a gorgeous venue you don't need a lot of florals or decor. The inside is just beautiful, and the people that work there are even more so! We are thrilled with our experience and I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to everyone that is still searching for their perfect space. You will NOT be disappointed!!!

We absolutely LOVED The Bell Tower! The space is stunning, so that was an easy win for us to begin with. From there, our Event Specialist made the process so easy. She was always a step ahead, seeing around corners and making sure all decisions were aligned to what we envisioned for our wedding. The thing I most appreciated about The Bell Tower was the support I got from Megan, my Event Specialist. There was never a question that was silly, an issue that was too small and I felt like she really cared. Also, the Tasting Room was AMAZING and we keep hearing how fun our wedding was - because The Bell Tower made it easy. :)

The Bell Tower is an absolutely beautiful venue that can be customized to your style, taste, and budget. You get your own planner who handles literally everything that you don’t want to handle. Our planner was Emily and she was the greatest. She knew our schedule down to the minute and I didn’t have to think about anything on the day. She was two steps ahead of me the whole time. I had always heard, “don’t worry if things go wrong. No one’s wedding day is perfect,” but honestly, ours was. Nothing went wrong, everything was carefully planned and executed. The only reason I gave four and not five stars was because this isn’t necessarily the best place if you’re on a tight budget. We could have added and added (more decorations, use of the patio, more lighting options, more flowers, more tables, more alcohol, etc.) until our wedding cost was probably doubled and we wouldn’t have noticed unless we were really on top of our budget. That was a little bit of stress I didn’t really want before our wedding. All in all, though, we had a great wedding here for about $20k, not including flowers, photographer, cake, and DJ, which The Bell Tower doesn’t include but they set us up with their vendors and arranged everything for us. What I had in my head for what my wedding day would look and be like didn’t even come close to how incredible my actual wedding day was, thanks to Emily. Would recommend!

This was a fantastic place for our ceremony and reception. This venue was amazing at changing over our ceremony to reception within an hour - it was an amazing transformation!! The staff and wedding coordinators are amazing and did everything we hoped and asked for!!

We just had our wedding here a few weeks ago and the venue and experience couldn't have been better. Our wedding coordinator, Brittany, listened to our vision and made it come to life so easily. Considering this was a destination wedding, and planning without being there was challenging, Brittany and The Bell Tower were such a big help with recommendations and local vendor contacts. In addition, the space is so cool with so much history and space to create, it was perfect for us. I recommend adding in the Tasting Room.. that was such a hit with our guests. If you are considering this venue at all.. DO IT!!

Our daughter got married at The Bell Tower and it was beautiful! The food was great and the service was even better. Paige was our event specialist and did an awesome job! Everyone said they had so much fun, I definitely recommend The Bell Tower and Paige!!!

I will say first that we only toured this venue. It was gorgeous inside and out and the staff was helpful but I felt that the pricing was confusing. We originally went off the venue pricing they had online for the venue cost but soon realized that was not even scratching the surface. If you are not on a budget, then this place can meet your every need but unfortunately for us it was just too much.

This was my company's 3rd consecutive year hosting a corporate event at The Bell Tower. My experience working with The Bell Tower / Infinity Hospitality has been nothing short of exceptional. They have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure the success of our events. The creativity of their team, attention to detail and phenomenal service are just a few of the reasons I love working with them. Our experience with the Bell Tower was phenomenal. Our event specialist, Haven, was nothing short of excellent. She was knowledgable, kind, and attentive to every one of our needs. She took the guess work out of planning a wedding and made the entire wedding process as stress-free as possible, all while creating our vision for our wedding day. The day of the wedding went as smoothly as I could have ever hoped! Everything was orchestrated seamlessly and effortlessly, thanks to Haven and the rest of the very professional event staff. The food was phenomenal and was one of the main reasons we went with the Bell Tower. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, and our only concern was that the venue got quite hot by the end of the night. Besides that, everything else was perfect. We would highly recommend the Bell Tower to anyone getting married in Nashville!

We just recently had our wedding here & overall, everything exceeded my expectations! I fell in love with this venue after seeing the high ceilings of the main space with the additional patio out back. All of the staff that I interacted with were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and willing to answer/address all of my questions and concerns. We personally worked with Paige as our coordinator and we could not have been more pleased with how attentive she was to all details & how receptive she was to our tastes/style. I would recommend this venue for any event!

The Bell Tower was the perfect wedding venue. The venue itself is jaw dropping and has a really cool history. It has so many great elements. The main hall has super high ceilings and a balcony and is a great site for the reception and has some super cool lighting customization options (change the color of the ceiling however you want and add cool effects on the dancefloor!). There is an enclosed terrace which is really nice to have for guests to cool off after dancing it up and to have your cocktail hour. There are also bride/groom rooms downstairs for getting ready or hanging out before your announcement. And the topper of them all is the Bell Tower Whisky/Bourbon/Scotch tasting room. It is incredible and our guests LOVED it (you must get this in your package if you can fit it in your budget). The staff (including our coordinator Brittany) were all top notch and extremely professional. We even had our own staff member making sure we were comfortable and had drinks when we wanted (shut out to John, who was great!) The whole event went off super smoothly without a hitch. The food was sooo delicious and people are still talking about it (in particular, the candied bacon, the tequila infused watermelon and the home made donut holes). If I had one "critique", it would be that the pricing is not super transparent. Just make sure you fully comprehend all the details of the items early on and understand that these can change and will likely be more than your initial quote. Other than that, it was perfect. And if you are OK with spending a little more to have the night of your life, than this is the place. We highly, highly recommend the Bell Tower!! You won't regret it.

Our wedding was the best day of our lives! All thanks to Shannon and Lesa for helping our day go smoothly. To be honest, the venue is very expensive, so if you are on a tight budget, this may not be the place to have your wedding. We went in with a pretty strict budget, but ended up spending more than we thought we would. However, it was worth every penny. The staff was so courteous and responsive and made all of our guests feel welcome. The venue is stunning, the food was impecable, and the tasting room was spectacular! Thanks to Infinity Events and Catering for making all of our dreams come true.

Our wedding turned out to be everything we ever imagined and more! Planning our big day wedding from Seattle was difficult, but our event specialist, Haven Brown was AMAZING! She was professional yet personable and very trustworthy. She worked with our budget to make our day perfect. Most importantly the day of our event I was able to completely relax knowing she had everything under control. Some aspects of the venue are pricey but they will work with you to prioritize your "must haves" of your day. We couldn't be happier!

The Bell Tower is a beautiful downtown venue! Great location for hotels and out of town guests. Our guests raved about the taste and presentation of the food! The staff did an amazing job making the whole day flow seamlessly.

I had such an amazing experience working with the bell tower! I would recommend this venue to everyone. They were so accommodating and wanted to make it our perfect day. Our wedding coordinator, Brittany Sitz, was incredible and helped with so many aspects of our wedding day. The staff made sure that my husband and I ate dinner and always made sure that we were doing well. The food was incredible. The guest keep going on and on about it. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we loved having our reception at the beautiful Bell Tower.

If there was a place for six stars I would have filled that in. The Bell Tower experience was everything we were promised and more. From the start to finish all of our expectations were exceeded. There were no surprises with regard to cost. The staff became part of our team and did everything to keep the costs down while providing exactly what we wanted. Brittany Olsen was our planner. She was beyond amazing. She understood my daughter's wishes and helped deliver a memorable experience. She was always available for questions and suggestions. Ben Hickerson, the catering director, listened and delivered the exact menu requested. The food was phenomenal and many people have contacted me since then saying it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. The venue itself is the perfect setting for a wedding. There were no disappointments or things we should have done that we didn't. In short, I would recommend The Bell Tower to anyone wanting to have the best experience ever.

We recently had our wedding reception at The Bell Tower. Lesa and Paige were our event coordinators. We couldn't have asked for a better expierence. Lesa and Paige made sure all of our questions were answered right away and our budget concerns were eased. Infinity did our catering and the food was delicious! Everyone worked together to make sure our day was perfect! I would recommend the Bell Tower to anyone!

We absolutely loved our wedding venue! The Bell Tower is a beautiful, classy, spacious and fun place to have a wedding & reception. The ceremony, DJ, food, and everything else was wonderful.
