About the rehearsal, it started 45 minutes to an hour later than planned because we were waiting for missing participants. While our standard agreement does allocate 30 minutes for the rehearsal, we aim to be flexible within the context of our scheduling. On your wedding day, our security camera system noted that you and your makeup and décor supplies arrived later than the contracted load in time. Additionally, one of your own décor members shared with a Bell Tower employee that the bouquets had been accidentally disassembled and used for the altar arrangements. While we don’t manage décor, we can’t emphasize enough the importance of using professional vendors to ensure a seamless event. We also learned after the fact that your invitations likely advised guests to arrive earlier than the contracted start time, which we strongly caution against due to obvious timing and scheduling conflicts related to operational scheduling as well as overall guest experience. Interestingly, at the end of your event, our cameras confirmed a conversation between you and your Event Producer, Lisa, in which you mentioned that you never found the missing bouquets. It’s unclear what changed after that discussion, especially given that the bouquets had been taken apart by your people who were decorating and incorporated the floral into the altar design. Despite these challenges, you and the wedding were beautiful and the feedback we received from your guests and the pastor was overwhelmingly positive. We did our utmost to ensure your day was as smooth as possible under the circumstances. Our goal at The Bell Tower on 34th is to deliver excellent events here in Houston.
