One of my favorite places I lived! Careful because each condo is owned by a different person/management company. Mine was FCS rentals and it was so great. Never had any problems and received my deposit back quickly. Staff was so responsive and ...
helpful. Love that parking spots are assigned, if you don’t have a spot parking can be tricky on the streets. Lots of graduated students and young professionals. Wouldn’t recommend for younger students/freshman. Prices vary a lot depending on condo, but pretty reasonable compared to other Provo places. Be ware every time you change the utilities from one person to another there are lots of fees from Provo city so try to not change that often. No hidden fees from Belmont themself. No complaints!

Great place to live with good sized rooms and excellent wards. The year long hot tub is nice for finding your wife. Parking is always an issue though for guests and is easy to get a ticket or a boot if you aren't mindful of your time

The apartments are pretty good, no complaints about that. Thats why I put it as 3 stars. Landscaping and amenities could be ALOT better if they actually used the HOA funds wisely. Since moving to Utah I have lived in 3 different apartment compl...
exes, all of which had their quirks but nothing like this one. I have made repeated attempts and friends of mine have made attempts as well to express my concerns about problems seen around the complex and nothing is done about it. For example, there is a growing problem of cars being broken into as well as having gas siphoned out of peoples tanks, the grass is being overwatered to the point there are puddles all over the place even after almost 24 hours of not being watered and it being hit by the hot sun all day, and yet they STILL continue to over water it. This makes it very annoying for you to walk in the grass, lay on the grass, play sports on the grass, or even be outside near the grass because of how much mosquitos it attracts. There is also a growing issue of residents on cleaning up after their dogs which isn't your fault necessarily but there are thing that could be done to prevent people from doing that as much. Another thing is that the bushes are ridiculously overgrown and they wait till they are so bad you can't walk down a path without having the bush rubbing up against you. There are so many little thing they could do that wouldn't even cost that much that would make the biggest difference. If the people in charge are actually reading this, I recommend you do what you can to fix the problems that people express to you, walk around your own property to see anything that needs to be done before someone that lives there has to do it, hiring a security company to have someone to walk/drive around the complex to protect our things, and lastly getting poop bag dispensers placed around the complex so residents will feel more obligated to clean up after their dogs.
p.s. Stop taking advantage of the fact that we are college students that are easily replaceable. Make it a goal to satisfy our wants and needs so we actually want to continue living here and not just leave as soon as an opportunity comes along.

When it comes to maintenance this place is the WORST. They genuinely will not respond to maintenance requests until you call and get angry, then they come to evaluate a problem and tell you that they can't fix it and it's the tenants problem. H...
as happened several times while living here the last few years. Visitor parking is 30 minutes max and they will tow your car if you do not move it within exactly 30 minutes.

Tow trucks are itching to tow people here. Legit I think they park outside the complex. I was a new resident and parked in a parking spot thinking it was my own. After a few hours, with no warning at all, my car was towed and I ended up having ...
to pay 300$ to get my car back.
