The Best Day offers wedding planning packages to suit a wide range of support needs. othing!! We had found all of our venders and done all the work. We were to get married on March 23, 2023. The original wedding planner had done nothing and it was now February. So we had to fire her, we starting looking immediately for a planner, we were lucky enough that our florist new Kacey and she took us on even tho she normally ask for more time, from the time that she took us on she made my wife feel so secure, and made sure she wouldn’t have a single problem. She immediately got with my wife and asked all the right questions to make it the best day ever. She pointed out all the things we would have missed. Coming up with a time line. She took control and we didn’t have to talk to any more venders. She communicated with them and then made sure all was taken care of. The made sure that for the rehearsal that we knew what to expect what to do. Told us to walk throw as many times as needed. The the big day! It was like she was 10 people, being in the right place every single time! My coat to my tux popped off and she has a sewing kit on hand. She was there but not there. It was amazing, she made sure she was in the shadows but you felt the comfort of her being there. She stayed the whole wedding as well. Then she even took all the things that we had to set up with her so me and my wife could go with out having to clean up! I wish I could explain to all of you why you need Kacey as your planner, how amazing she is! She is worth every dollar and more! Our wedding wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was with out her! ALL the little details, takes initiative quickly if a problem needs to be solved, and does it all with light-hearted humor that keeps you calm and smiling through the whole day. She is efficient with her time and yours, she keeps ALL the things that need to be taken care of on your wedding day aligned and moving fluidly, so that you almost forget there's so much operating behind the scenes. She's creative, resourceful, and imaginative to help your wedding day come to life, while also staying realistic (i.e. budget considerations). When we sat down for our first planning meeting, we thought we had a decent head start on planning, and quickly realized there were lots of details we hadn't even thought of and were so grateful to her for all her expertise. She helped us to create our vision for our wedding by all the detailed questions she asked which made the planning process much easier! She guided us in all the best questions to ask other vendors, many were questions that never previously crossed our minds. The day of our wedding things went wrong, as they always do, but Kacey handled any issue so we didn't have to worry about it. To this day I'm sure there were other issues I'm still not aware of because Kacey had everything handled. Anyone who hires Kacey for their wedding planning will be in very good hands!
