The Best Hawaii Wedding

We had our wedding ceremony at the Hanalani Chapel located in the Ke'ehi Memorial Lagoon and it was so picturesque and perfect! I worked with Mari from California. She made the process so easy and fun to plan! We wanted something simple, yet elegant, and that's what we got. The packages that the Best Hawaii Wedding had made it easy to select what we wanted without going over budget. I would definitely recommend the Best Hawaii Wedding to anyone who wants to do a small and intimate wedding. I got to work with Julie during the rehearsal and it was so fun to work with her. She walked us through the ceremony program and made sure we knew all the little details along the way. Jo was our coordinator the day of the wedding and she made sure everything was on time. We had Brian Chang as our ukelele player during our ceremony and he was fantastic! Lastly, Keawe Bray was our officiant and he did the most amazing job with the ceremony and also make sure we knew our cues. He guided us the whole time. If we could do our ceremony again, we would! Because it went so perfectly and smoothly! I love the Best Hawaii Wedding! Thank you so much for being part of our special day!

Ocean crystal Chapel at the Hilton Hawaiian village is breathtaking!!! Just look at photos or visit it in person, no one needs to try and sell it for you... the outside is beautiful with the waterfall and pond, white Chapel with glass windows all around, inside is beautiful and elegant. Guests said It felt like no one else was in the room during the ceremony, the staff were great and making you feel relaxed, coordinating guests and the minister was honestly amazing, we met him on the day where he explained everything and his words were beautiful. Organist was great and had a singer sing a Hawaiian hymn. Honestly the venue, staff and how everything went was magical!!! 10/10. They were quick with communication. Only downfall is that if you don't select the expensive $2500 package then the cheaper package becomes very limited, charge you $500 for every vendor you want to use if it isn't part of the chapels eg, Minister, videographer, photographer. We just paid an extra $500 for the videographer because we couldn't afford the more expensive package. Otherwise the Chapel is memorable and magical. Everything went so smoothly and I'm so lucky!

Planning a destination wedding from the mainland was difficult as we couldn't see any of the venues in person. After inquiring with multiple locations, companies, etc and not having the "feeling", we came across Karissma and immediately fell in love with the Ocean Crystal Chapel at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. It was pricier than we hoped, but the pictures were absolutely beautiful. Upon booking, Kapiolani was our wedding coordinator and she was such a pleasure to work with. She helped answer so many questions and was so professional and courteous. Upon arriving in Hawaii, the church and Kapiolani were just as expected and we were so happy with our decision. Totally recommend Karissma and the Ocean Crystal Chapel.

Beautiful venue! Kapiolani made it very easy to plan a destination wedding. I also used a harpist and a minister they recommended and they were both wonderful

Our initial perspective of Best Bridal Hawaii was lukewarm at best when working with our previous wedding planner. When we received notice that our assigned planner was being replaced, it increased our stress and concern based on how much progress we believe had not been made up to that point. Kapiolani contacted us and within a very short time had both us calmed down and confident that everything was going to be done. Kapiolani was up against the wall as time was short and not much had been finalized. Kapiolani knows her business, knows the strategies and knows how to get things done. Kapiolani single handedly changed not only our perception of the success of our ceremony but also our perception of Best Bridal Hawaii. From taking control of the linens and flowers which we were previously arranging directly to the personal touches with the cake and decorations, Kapiolani made the event memorable in the best way for us. Thank you for finding and appointing Kapiolani to our event and insuring a successful stress free event. Words cannot properly convey our appreciation for Kapiolani, her professionalism and outgoing friendly personality.

Basically they are very helpful and passionate about their job. I got married at white beach chapel at Hilton Hawaiian Village. The venue was very beautiful and romantic. It's a good choice for couple who has under 20 guests. The bottom line is karissma is kind of high end wedding planning company, but it worth.

I recently held my wedding ceremony at the Ocean Crystal Chapel in the grounds of the Hilton Hawaiian in Waikiki. To say the chapel is breathtaking is an understatement. From the parlour and bridal suite downstairs to the glass walls, beaautiful gardens and ocean view. Inside the chapel is decorated beautifully and is kept in grand condition. Dealing with Stevie from Karissa (Best Bridal) was a pleasure. She was very accommodating and helpful, both before and on the big day. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue. And... my photos from the venue are amazing!

We had our wedding at the Paradise Cove Crystal Chapel and the venue looked even better in real than all the pictures on the internet. The Chapel and the bridal suite are air-conditioned and both the exterior and interior of the chapel is breathtaking. Stevie at Best Bridal Hawaii is such a sweetheart and very easily to deal with. We had Cherished in Hawaii as our wedding planner and together they guide you through the whole sequence of the wedding ceremony and help put us at ease. The only thing I find a little tough is the tight timeline. We only have 1.5 hour and it went by way too fast. Even it cost a little more than we originally budgeted for, but it was so worth it. Our guests were so impressed by the Chapel and our pictures turned out amazing!

Not for us. We were pretty much stalked via e-mail after we visited a couple of their sites, don't give you time to breathe before you can make a decision. Limited venues with lots of rules. They cater to smaller weddings, seemed very impersonal, commercialized. Skip it!

Beautiful venue at Paradise Cove Crystal chapel Sarah was great with helping vo-ordinate our wedding ceremony.

The Crystal Chapel at the Hilton is beautiful and it was perfect for our July wedding. Our coordinator Stevie was nothing less than perfection. She was able to help with any questions and concerns. She definitely was a big part in making sure the ceremony was flawless!

They do all the work for you, so all you have to do is show up. I just wish they explained the plans a bit better beforehand and they had explained the wedding logistics a little.

The staff at Best Bridal was amazing!!!! Planning a destination wedding was challending until my first call to this amazing group of people! My coordinator Kapiolani ensured everything was perfect! We couldn't have asked for anything else!

We arranged all of our wedding details via email as we travelled from New Zealand. We initially had 2 different wedding planers who both left best bridal to work elsewhere, at first i was a little worried that some of the details might be lost, but then we were placed with Christine. We met Christine a few days before the wedding to go over all the details and she was lovely, so relaxed and easy to talk to. She had arranged the transportation, flowers, minister and music. Christine had also offered to arrange photography and help us find a reception venue but we had done these already. We had our wedding at the Angel Garden Chapel just a 10 min drive (by limo!) from honolulu. Its a private residence with a stunning yard out by the ocean. We were very happy with the location. Our minister was fantastic! James Kimo Taylor III kept the ceremony short and sweet and my only regret is not video taping all of the beautiful things he said. We also chose to have a ukelele player during the ceremony and he did an amazing job, such beautiful songs. Our overall experience was such a positive one, we are so greatful for all of the satff's efforts at making us more realxed and at ease. I couldn't have hoped for things to go any better, especially since booking the whole wedding on the internet is stressful enough! thanks Best Brial Hawaii :)

I got married at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Ocean Crystal Chapel. The chapel was breathtaking and beyond beautiful. It was pricey for only using it for an hour and a half, but it was what we wanted.

My husband and I went to Hawaii to scout a total of three chapels. The two we narrowed down to was both owned and operated by Best Bridal Hawaii. It came down to Ocean Crystal and Paradise Cove. Ocean Crystal inside was breathtaking. Both my man and I agreed when we walked in and it was conveniently located in Honolulu where we found an ideal reception site. But, we were concerned by the photography on the outside grounds with possible bystanders ... so we ended up at Paradise Cove Crystal Chapel and shuttled our guests to the reception in Waikiki. Paradise Cove is a gorgeous glass chapel near the Paradise Cove Luau. My mother in law described our ceremony, as simple and intimate that it was, like she was in a movie. The pictures turned out breathtaking and the staff Christine Opitz was phenomenal to work with. We did a lot of research on chapels and keeping our costs minimal Best Bridal gave us some great flexibility to work with.

I had a Destination Wedding in Hawaii from Virginia. I had the best time- no horrow stories and no stress! My coordinator was Joann Nelson- the best - she puts Best in Best Bridal!!

The chapel is extraordinary beautiful. The coordinator (Stevie) always gave me good tips and suggestions for the wedding and always show great interest in our wedding planning. Her e-mail was always enthusiastic and cheerful. Best Bridal made my destination wedding a fun and simple thing to plan. Best Bridal have a very professional team. I recommend them without any hesitations.

First of all, don't get sucked into thinking $2000 is the 50% deal they make it look like... I'm pretty sure that promotion is eternal. That being said, this chapel is beautiful and I do not regret our choice to be married there!! Our coordinator, Stevie, was so great and always super fast to respond to e-mails. There were a few mix-ups at the rehearsal and ceremony, but what can you expect at a place that is pretty much a wedding factory. You just have to know what you're getting yourself into - you will not feel like the only bride in the world at Ocean Crystal Chapel - you will likely bump into several before and after your ceremony! But, it was worth it, such a pretty chapel! We used our own music on a CD - the sound system was great. No need to hire a musician unless you really want to. Also, they have silk flowers all over the place, so you can save tons on florals.

I loved the spiral staircase so I made a Grand entrance.

She was young and fun to work with.;they were very unorganized and not very helpful. they were slow to return emails and phone calls. not real easy to work with being on the mainland.
