Detailed review: Prior to the events, we had detailed calls with Julie and told her about vendors we already decided on as well as vendors we still needed. For those we still needed, Julie was able to provide some recommendations. Given her years of expertise in this field, she was really helpful with suggestions and recommendations. Julie handled most (if not all!) communications with the vendors and other email communications, but always kept us in the loop which was really helpful. She expertly dealt with problem vendors, folks who took too long to respond to us, and emergencies with vendors. She also would be in constant communication with our venues to ensure our vendors could arrive at the right time, provide us with a proper timeline, and take care of insurance/health and safety/etc. paperwork as needed. Again, because she has worked in this field for such a long time, she really knew what questions to ask and what details needed to be considered while we could not have even thought of this stuff! On the day of our events, Julie and her team were at our venue and double-checking that our vendors were there and that things were going according to schedule and plan. Julie had put together timelines for both us (the wedding party) and our vendors which was incredibly helpful to ensure we stayed on track. Julie was there holding open doors, fixing the train on the bride's dress, and directing guests. She did all the work in the background so that the wedding party and the guests could really enjoy themselves. We also found ourselves with guests who had not RSVP'd and Julie was so quick in finding them seats and figuring out their situation. In addition, she accommodated all last-minute requests when possible and was always by our (the bride and groom's!) side when it came to minor issues on the wedding days--which was really appreciated! Julie also made sure we were fed and kept aside food and drinks for us while we were busy with pictures, greetings, and reception events. We were so thankful for that! Overall, we would recommend Julie a thousand times over! We really felt she went above and beyond during the whole wedding process!! She was really the rock that grounded us during our weddings and we really needed her expertise during our planning phase.
