ith!! He responded to emails super quick and was always flexible when scheduling appointments. The TGIS wait staff and bartenders were very professional and had a great attitude! TGIS allowed us to customize our menu and be as creative as possible. The food was delicious and all of our guests complimented on how they have never left a wedding stuffed. We had late night tacos served before our guests left and they were a hit! I worked with Jeremy to create a signature drink for the night and in the end, Amanda's Wild Berry Mojitos turned out great. The staff was soo accommodating and even saved hors d'oeuvres for us and the entire wedding party to eat before our grand entrance because we missed the cocktail hour to take pictures off site.
We had the event coordinator as our personal server for the night and he helped us with the cake cutting and champagne toast. I cannot explain how great it was to work with TGIS for our wedding. They made every effort to make sure our day went as smooth as possible. The venue is clean and well maintained and it made for a beautiful outdoor ceremony in Long Beach. TGIS has a passion for food and event coordinating that you can see from their professional attitude. I will definitely work with them again and again!

we fell in love with the banquet room. It was by far the best room that we had seen on our hunt, classic and neutral colors to go with any wedding color scheme. The church next door makes a beautiful backdrop for an outdoor ceremony and the stone outdoor flooring adds to the setting. Everything is done through TGIS Catering, and they are amazing! Absolutely wonderful staff that took care of us and our guests at the wedding and our event coordinator that took care of us through the entire planning process. The food was delicious too! We got such great feedback from our guests about the food! I would use TGIS again in a heartbeat and would recommend Betty Reckas to anyone!
