Wow... Tracey Gavin and her team are absolutely amazing.
Tracey - She works magic. Anything we wanted, we got. No matter what it was, she made it work. I could go into detail abo...
ut the million little things she pulled strings to get done for us but it would fill a book.
Pricing - Not as bad as you think. I cannot disclose but go in and sit down with them.
Service - O.M.G. good.... Our guests raved about how attentive the staff was. If you request it, they'll make it happen. IE. We paid for the bar package and wow... whenever anyone put down a champagne glass, it disappeared and was replaced with a new one. Without exaggeration - I put down a champagne glass to take a picture with the wedding parties and 30 seconds later came back to find it gone and a waiter standing there with a new glass for me. We felt like royalty.
The space was amazing. I cannot speak too much on the ball room because we transformed it with our rentals but can say the garden was absolutely stunning.
Simply worth every dollar.

true. Many of our guest have expressed to us that this was the best wedding that they ever attended!
The very best of luxury. No attention was missed, or guest left unattended. My wedding was in the lovely Polo Garden, for larger parties the crystal garden is a delight. Every part...
of the hotel is pristine. We enjoyed time at the cabana by the pool for the rest of the trip. Totally worth it!
