Ben and the Big Bad are the gold standard for what catering services and vendors should be. He was nothing but communicative and responsive from the start of our wedding planning experience, walking me through the timeline and details since I was DIYing everything without a coordinator or a planner. The tasting was superb with generous portions and honest-to-God he can cook anything and it’ll be delicious. We had 120 guests with cocktail appetizers, dinner, dessert, smores and coffee, and everyone was well fed and raving about the food all night. The day was windier than expected and he seamlessly changed plans from truck-side service to buffet style, and executed it perfectly without interrupting the reception at all. He accommodated all dietary restrictions and even brought out additional lobster rolls to guests who missed them. I can’t say enough good things about The Big Bad, I feel so lucky to have found them and can’t recommend them highly enough!

Ben and his team at the Big Bad were amazing to work with and the food was out of this world!! We held our micro wedding on August 31, 2024 and chose big bad to be our caterer after trying their food at a food truck festival. Chef Ben was more than happy to customize their menu to suit our needs and worked with us every step of the way to craft the most delicious menu. On the day of, they came early to set up and prepared everything with precision. The charcuterie table was beautiful, the entree portions were generous, and my guests (and us!) could not stop raving about the food. We just got our wedding video back and guests even mentioned how delectable their meal was in the guest interviews! I dream of the maple bourbon sauce on their chicken and waffles sandwich. If I could do it again, I would hire the Big Bad 1000%. If I could hire Ben to cook all my meals I would! I highly recommend reaching out to Ben at the Big Bad for your catering needs regardless of the event, they are more than worth it!

We had the Big Bad cater our wedding and I can’t say enough good things about them! Ben was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating from the very start. He was so willing to work with us to customize the menu, and he even went out of his way to get fresh baked pastries for our candy table. On our wedding day, he and his team set up a beautiful buffet and managed it all without a hitch. The food was delicious and our guests are still reaching out to compliment us on how good everything tasted. There isn’t a single thing I would change about our experience with them

We just had the Big Bad Food Truck cater our wedding this weekend (9/30). I cannot recommend them highly enough! Ben was incredibly accommodating. We looked at his menu online, and while we loved what was on it, we wanted some other stuff too. We were going to get a second food truck company, but Ben said he'd be happy to make the additional stuff (lobster rolls and chowder) that we wanted. He gave us great pricing on it, and there were no hidden charges after the wedding - it was exactly what was quoted leading up to the wedding. The guests thought the food was amazing (so did I, when I finally got to eat at the end of the night), and Ben and his crew were amazingly friendly and professional. This is the best way I can say thank you to him and the crew, because we so appreciate how incredible our experience with the Big Bad Food Truck was, from start to finish.
