s worked together flawlessly and cohesively, addressing every potential question we might have, often before we even had to ask. We highly recommend renting out the lobby space for your cocktail hour. The Georgian ballroom was home to both our wedding ceremony and reception, and although the space was able to accommodate our seated dinner for 165 guests, plus a band stage, dance floor, and floral installations, it still felt like a cozy and intimate dinner party, straight out of a Nancy Meyers movie. The architecture and detail of the space is breathtaking - guests couldn't stop craning their heads up to take in the stunning ceiling. Pro tip: use mirrors in the space - they reflect the beautiful space even more! Moreover, the building itself is tucked so unassumingly away in the middle of Midtown Atlanta, providing a luxe escape that is still very convenient if you are hosting an after party or providing guest transportation like we did! All in all, I only have the most lovely things to say about the Biltmore Ballrooms and its wonderful staff. I will feel forever lucky that this venue served as the backdrop for the best day of my life!

lso, you can’t beat the location’s proximity to endless 4 and 5 star hotels, and the courtyard garden is perfect for photos. We had a COVID wedding in July, and I was so relieved to have such a supportive team at the Biltmore helping me figure out how to add safety measures to the event. Our wedding at the Biltmore was absolutely stunning, and our guests are STILL gushing to us about how pretty everything was. The only thing I would keep in mind with this venue is you will have to work with more vendors than you’d expect, since the Biltmore really only offers you the event space, tables, chairs, and alcohol packages. If this doesn’t bother you, then you will not be disappointed going with the Biltmore for your dream wedding venue!!

Jaime was personally with me for the day and tended to literally anything I needed. She kept me calm, collected, and made sure I was ready to walk down the aisle to my now husband. The venue is so elegant it doesn't need much decorations which is a plus. The staff is also amazing! I worked with Carrie and she is wonderful! She is a great communicator and always responds to my questions quickly. She let me have my vendor meetings in the ballrooms and allowed my husband and I to practice our dance there (after hours) before the wedding. Even after the wedding she let us go to the ballroom to take some final pictures. Overall, the Biltmore and Carrie exceeded my expectations!

d was very accommodating! There is only one thing that I wish I understood more, and that is the Biltmore’s vendor list. If you do not use an approved caterer, it will cost more. We did appreciate the ability to be able to use someone off their vendor list, though! All in all, they made everything so magical for our wedding! The other great news is that you don’t need to spend a fortune on decor and floral because the Biltmore already has ornate walls and ceilings so it saves you there! Thank you, Biltmore, and thank you so much Carrie, for taking care of us! We can’t wait to attend future events at the Biltmore!

in the final days. My guests raved about the venue space, easy access from downtown Atlanta and all the hotels in the area. It's a stunning venue, but most importantly their staff on the day-of and leading up to our wedding was nothing but nice and accommodating. Carrie even set up a day for my florist and I to go in and match flowers to the room on a weekday and also let us come by to check out the room colors, size, etc. as much as we needed in the months leading up to our wedding. You can't go wrong with this venue!

, and in my opinion, no other venues even held a candle to it. If that wasn't enough to sell you on it, Rachel and Carrie from Novare were 2 of my favorite wedding vendors to work with! So many vendors I reached out to either never got back to me, took their sweet time getting back to me, or had zero flex when they DID get back to me. I worked equally with both Rachel and Carrie, who are great at handing questions/tasks off to each other when necessary, provided amazing customer service and never made me feel guilty about asking too many questions. We had our ceremony and reception there, and it was such a seamless, beautiful night. Biltmore is the full package, amazing venue, great service, and I wish I could do my wedding there all over again!

s the most beautiful option in the city. It's not the cheapest option but doesn't require too much extra decor and is worth every single penny. This is the kind of venue that has people talking about it months and months after the big day. It's also in a great location and really allowed us to show off ATL and all that it has to offer. I just can't say enough about the Biltmore and the stuff, impressed is an understatement and I work in the hotel industry so I can be a tough critic :) ... If you want a classic, semi formal wedding book this venue now!!

se both ballrooms for a great price, since nobody booked the Imperial ballroom for that night. Working with Carrie was so easy. She responded very fast to all of my emails, and her answers were always very helpful. All of my guests were raving about how elegant the ballrooms were. We checked out a few other venues in the city before booking, but all of them were about the same price, or more, and not nearly as beautiful or timeless. You can also save a little on your décor since the room is so pretty on its own with the chandeliers, the columns, the ceiling, etc. Definitely check the Biltmore out!

que. It’s a photographer’s dream! This venue was the perfect setting for the timeless elegant feel that we were aiming for. Our guests were very impressed and truly had a wonderful time. They still talk about how gorgeous everything was! We had an open bar and the guests absolutely loved it! The bartenders were very professional and helped to add to the atmosphere. Working with Carrie was certainly one of the best parts of using the Biltmore. She’s super patient and professional. She was very responsive from the beginning to the very last minute. We were planning a wedding from a different state and she truly helped to ease the process. All my vendors were looking forward to work at the Biltmore because of its reputation and the professionalism that is expected. It was definitely a pleasure working with Carrie and her team.
