The walkthrough she provided, detailing exactly how our big day would play out, was invaluable and put all our nerves at ease.Beyond Michelle, the entire team at Biltmore Ballrooms deserves immense praise. Every single person we encountered, from the welcoming front desk staff to the attentive bartenders and the diligent setup team, was incredibly kind and genuinely happy for us, offering heartfelt congratulations. ney up front but the catch is this , no refunds or transferring dates. So you want all my money up front and I’m suppose to trust that y’all will stay in business or not run off with my money. I’m okay with a deposit but not all the money that’s highway robbery. And the only reason why they get away with this is because there are the only place in Atlanta that’s look like this besides the Southern Exchange building. They don’t even work with you for a payment plan. Do better with your customer services.

and our wedding planner, Drake Social, along with all our vendors worked together flawlessly and cohesively, addressing every potential question we might have, often before we even had to ask. We highly recommend renting out the lobby space for your cocktail hour.
The Georgian ballroom was home to both our wedding ceremony and reception, and although the space was able to accommodate our seated dinner for 165 guests, plus a band stage, dance floor, and floral installations, it still felt like a cozy and intimate dinner party, straight out of a Nancy Meyers movie. The architecture and detail of the space is breathtaking - guests couldn't stop craning their heads up to take in the stunning ceiling. Pro tip: use mirrors in the space - they reflect the beautiful space even more! Moreover, the building itself is tucked so unassumingly away in the middle of Midtown Atlanta, providing a luxe escape that is still very convenient if you are hosting an after party or providing guest transportation like we did!
All in all, I only have the most lovely things to say about the Biltmore Ballrooms and its wonderful staff. I will feel forever lucky that this venue served as the backdrop for the best day of my life!

wered all my questions and was willing to work with my budget. Also, you can’t beat the location’s proximity to endless 4 and 5 star hotels, and the courtyard garden is perfect for photos. We had a COVID wedding in July, and I was so relieved to have such a supportive team at the Biltmore helping me figure out how to add safety measures to the event. Our wedding at the Biltmore was absolutely stunning, and our guests are STILL gushing to us about how pretty everything was. The only thing I would keep in mind with this venue is you will have to work with more vendors than you’d expect, since the Biltmore really only offers you the event space, tables, chairs, and alcohol packages. If this doesn’t bother you, then you will not be disappointed going with the Biltmore for your dream wedding venue!!

We also just got our photos back and I look like royalty in the ballroom! The venue is so elegant it doesn't need much decorations which is a plus. The staff is also amazing! I worked with Carrie and she is wonderful! She is a great communicator and always responds to my questions quickly. She let me have my vendor meetings in the ballrooms and allowed my husband and I to practice our dance there (after hours) before the wedding. She answered my questions so quickly (most within same day!) and was very accommodating! There is only one thing that I wish I understood more, and that is the Biltmore’s vendor list. If you do not use an approved caterer, it will cost more. We did appreciate the ability to be able to use someone off their vendor list, though! The other great news is that you don’t need to spend a fortune on decor and floral because the Biltmore already has ornate walls and ceilings so it saves you there! Carrie even set up a day for my florist and I to go in and match flowers to the room on a weekday and also let us come by to check out the room colors, size, etc. as much as we needed in the months leading up to our wedding. If that wasn't enough to sell you on it, Rachel and Carrie from Novare were 2 of my favorite wedding vendors to work with! So many vendors I reached out to either never got back to me, took their sweet time getting back to me, or had zero flex when they DID get back to me. I worked equally with both Rachel and Carrie, who are great at handing questions/tasks off to each other when necessary, provided amazing customer service and never made me feel guilty about asking too many questions. We had our ceremony and reception there, and it was such a seamless, beautiful night. Biltmore is the full package, amazing venue, great service, and I wish I could do my wedding there all over again!

om. A month before the wedding, we lucked out and were able to use both ballrooms for a great price, since nobody booked the Imperial ballroom for that night. Working with Carrie was so easy. She responded very fast to all of my emails, and her answers were always very helpful. All of my guests were raving about how elegant the ballrooms were. We checked out a few other venues in the city before booking, but all of them were about the same price, or more, and not nearly as beautiful or timeless. You can also save a little on your décor since the room is so pretty on its own with the chandeliers, the columns, the ceiling, etc. Definitely check the Biltmore out!

chandeliers, the columns, and the large windows are so picturesque. It’s a photographer’s dream! This venue was the perfect setting for the timeless elegant feel that we were aiming for. Our guests were very impressed and truly had a wonderful time. They still talk about how gorgeous everything was! We had an open bar and the guests absolutely loved it! The bartenders were very professional and helped to add to the atmosphere. Working with Carrie was certainly one of the best parts of using the Biltmore. She’s super patient and professional. She was very responsive from the beginning to the very last minute. We were planning a wedding from a different state and she truly helped to ease the process. 0% assigned seating and had gone over the table arrangements with Carrie and her team multiple times in person and email. The day of the wedding, an entire table was not set up, and every table was two place setting short! It caused complete chaos when the guests entered the ballroom and was pretty embarrassing. Overall, I'd say that the Biltmore is fortunate that the room is so pretty because nothing else about their service makes it a venue I'd recommend.
In the end, Carrie did refund us for the 44 chairs that were not set up and $200 for the 30+ minutes that the mistake cost.

I didn't get an email or anything about her departure and found out through a 3rd party. In the future, I think they should send an email to let the couple know if the person they have been working with since the beginning leaves the company.

Another hour or two just thrown in as complimentary would've been a kind customer service gesture, but instead, the groom was approached during the party multiple times to remind him of the time. Not a good way to have fun.

So, in addition to the $5,000 venue rental fees...the bar fees were another several thousand on top of that...and then tables, lighting, linens, etc...were another few hundred. Be prepared to budget 10,000-12,000 just for the above-mentioned items...and if that's more than you want to spend, look elsewhere because you wont get out under that amount here. On a positive note, the staff was courteous and professional.
