My daughter’s wedding reception was held at The Biltmore in early October, and overall, we loved the venue. The ballroom was absolutely stunning, filled with elegance and charm. Th...
e service, drinks, and beautiful atmosphere made the celebration truly special.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the unexpected construction in the main lobby. We booked the venue a year in advance, but we were only informed about the construction one week before the wedding.
One of the main reasons we chose The Biltmore was its beautiful entrance and grand lobby, especially the lighting and elegant architectural details. Unfortunately, the construction took away from that experience. We expressed our disappointment, but the only solution offered was to cover the construction area with draping.
At that point, it was far too late to find another venue, so we had no choice but to make the best of the situation.
Despite this disappointment, the ballroom itself was magnificent, and our guests had a wonderful time.
My advice to anyone considering booking The Biltmore for a wedding: Make sure your contract includes a clause addressing construction or renovations during your event. When you book a venue a year in advance, you expect to experience the beauty and atmosphere you originally fell in love with.
The Biltmore is truly a beautiful venue, and I wish we had been able to enjoy the full experience we envisioned for my daughter’s special day.
Our wedding at Biltmore Ballrooms was an absolute dream, and we truly couldn't have chosen a more perfect venue! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of five-star...
.Michelle was an absolute lifesaver throughout the entire process. Her responses were incredibly fast, she was always there to answer our questions, and she graciously allowed us to view the venue as many times as we needed. The walkthrough she provided, detailing exactly how our big day would play out, was invaluable and put all our nerves at ease.Beyond Michelle, the entire team at Biltmore Ballrooms deserves immense praise. Every single person we encountered, from the welcoming front desk staff to the attentive bartenders and the diligent setup team, was incredibly kind and genuinely happy for us, offering heartfelt congratulations. Their warmth made us feel so special and supported. And the venue itself? Simply stunning! The gorgeous pillars, the charming outdoor area, the magnificent tall windows, and of course, the breathtaking chandeliers provided the most exquisite backdrop for our celebration. We are absolutely thrilled with our wedding photos, which captured every beautiful detail and highlight the venue's incredible elegance. We couldn't be happier with our choice and wholeheartedly recommend Biltmore Ballrooms to any couple looking for a truly magical and memorable wedding experience! BEAUTIFUL venue! Carrie was helping us coordinate and they were so helpful and responsive. Fees for open bar was definitely reasonable for the venue. They even found a way to let u...
s bring outside catering to use caterers that were special to us. We got married in the Georgian Ballroom in December and it was gorgeous!! The room itself barely needs decor and in the winter time it was GORGEOUS! Everyone had a fantastic time and pictures looked fabulous!
We used the Imperial Ballroom for our wedding ceremony and reception and the ballroom is absolutely gorgeous! Michelle and Carrie were both great to work with and very helpful abou...
t answering every question we had. Most of our vendors were already familiar with the venue which also made things easy. The outside of the building and courtyard is really pretty and perfect for bridal portraits. Altogether, the venue was stunning and a super easy vendor to work with for everything!
This venue was absolutely beautiful and very clean. BUT the customer service is horrible. No one ever answers the phone . This venue is extremely money hungry. They want all the mo...
ney up front but the catch is this , no refunds or transferring dates. So you want all my money up front and I’m suppose to trust that y’all will stay in business or not run off with my money. I’m okay with a deposit but not all the money that’s highway robbery. And the only reason why they get away with this is because there are the only place in Atlanta that’s look like this besides the Southern Exchange building. They don’t even work with you for a payment plan. Do better with your customer services.
Much appreciation to Carrie Hopson who we first met during an afternoon tour on Jan 6th, 2021 (that Jan 6th) and wrapped up a fabulous wedding reception 16 months later. The Bilt...
more has 98 years of character that makes this a spectacular venue. I'm very appreciative to Carrie for making sure everything went as planned. For the unexpected, Carrie really stepped up on that as well. Through her, we were connected with an incredible planner, Courtney Suber-Paz, who further connected us to all the right people that contributed to making our wedding reception memorable. You can't go wrong with this choice.
The Biltmore Ballrooms was the most breathtaking setting for our dream wedding. From our very first site visit, Carrie Hopson was warm, responsive, transparent, and helpful. Her ...
and our wedding planner, Drake Social, along with all our vendors worked together flawlessly and cohesively, addressing every potential question we might have, often before we even had to ask. We highly recommend renting out the lobby space for your cocktail hour.
The Georgian ballroom was home to both our wedding ceremony and reception, and although the space was able to accommodate our seated dinner for 165 guests, plus a band stage, dance floor, and floral installations, it still felt like a cozy and intimate dinner party, straight out of a Nancy Meyers movie. The architecture and detail of the space is breathtaking - guests couldn't stop craning their heads up to take in the stunning ceiling. Pro tip: use mirrors in the space - they reflect the beautiful space even more! Moreover, the building itself is tucked so unassumingly away in the middle of Midtown Atlanta, providing a luxe escape that is still very convenient if you are hosting an after party or providing guest transportation like we did!
All in all, I only have the most lovely things to say about the Biltmore Ballrooms and its wonderful staff. I will feel forever lucky that this venue served as the backdrop for the best day of my life!
The Biltmore Ballrooms is a historic beautiful wedding venue that has the BEST staff to work with! Carrie is a dream to work with -- so organized and crazy responsive. The team ans...
wered all my questions and was willing to work with my budget. Also, you can’t beat the location’s proximity to endless 4 and 5 star hotels, and the courtyard garden is perfect for photos. We had a COVID wedding in July, and I was so relieved to have such a supportive team at the Biltmore helping me figure out how to add safety measures to the event. Our wedding at the Biltmore was absolutely stunning, and our guests are STILL gushing to us about how pretty everything was. The only thing I would keep in mind with this venue is you will have to work with more vendors than you’d expect, since the Biltmore really only offers you the event space, tables, chairs, and alcohol packages. If this doesn’t bother you, then you will not be disappointed going with the Biltmore for your dream wedding venue!!
We loved our reception in the Georgian Ballroom at the Biltmore! The room is obviously stunning, and the staff on the day of were so pleasant. We worked with Carrie throughout the ...
planning process. She is so responsive and made our planning a breeze! Our venue contract was very straightforward with no surprises at the end. We highly recommend for all the brides and grooms-to-be!

hel and I could not say better things about the first class service she gave us through the whole planning process. She was on top of every detail and more than likely spent extra hours working just to ensure my client's wedding was flawless. It would be a sincere pleasure to work with Rachel and her team again. As a planner who sincerely cares for her clients, I could not recommend Rachel and Biltmore Ballrooms enough.
Biltmore Ballrooms is amazing! It is a beautiful venue and they make everything run smoothly. Loved it!

hn was patient, dedicated, and goal oriented. I’m glad we chose enraptured events. Anyone that needs help planning a wedding choose Lissahn. She is firm, but in a good way. The firmness helped in trying to making decisions as a group between vendors and the wedding party. Everything came together beautifully at the ceremony and the reception.
Thanks Lissahn for making 11-15-19 the best day of our lives
All I can saw is Wow! We were absolutely amazed with our wedding day. It was truly the wedding of my dreams and MORE. Lissahn is a dedicated, organized and thorough planner. I plan...
to use her for all of our future events. I wanted a romantic wedding night filled with candles, simply a Night to Remember! Lissahn orchestrated just that. I’m nearly in tears writing this review as I reminisce on our wedding day! If you are looking for a planner that is serious about making your dream wedding a reality then I advise that you book Enraptured Events! Her entire team was wonderful. Jaime was personally with me for the day and tended to literally anything I needed. She kept me calm, collected, and made sure I was ready to walk down the aisle to my now husband. We are Team Enraptured Events! Thank you for exceeding our expectations!

hing. Lissahn made sure everyone was in place. She had the best supporting cast ever. My bride was so overjoyed and her heart was full. I can truly say job well done by Lissahn.
The Georgian Ballroom in the Biltmore is absolutely stunning. We had our dream wedding reception and all of our guests were delighted by the venue. The best thing about the Biltmor...
e is that it doesn’t need much additional decor… All we needed was flowers and the linens from our caterer to make the space look like a fantasy ballroom. Carrie from the Biltmore was great to work - very responsive and organized. All of our other vendors love the venue as well and had worked there before.
This venue was an absolute dream to host my wedding. Rachel and Carrier made everything so easy. Even my other vendors said the team was amazing to work with, and they wished many ...
other venues were that helpful. They answered all our questions in a timely manner. We are still receiving compliments of how beautiful the venue was, and how it looked like a fairytale.

ect venue for us and didn't look at any other venues. We had our ceremony and reception in the Georgian ballroom and it blew our guests away! We also just got our photos back and I look like royalty in the ballroom! The venue is so elegant it doesn't need much decorations which is a plus. The staff is also amazing! I worked with Carrie and she is wonderful! She is a great communicator and always responds to my questions quickly. She let me have my vendor meetings in the ballrooms and allowed my husband and I to practice our dance there (after hours) before the wedding. Even after the wedding she let us go to the ballroom to take some final pictures. Overall, the Biltmore and Carrie exceeded my expectations!
The Biltmore Ballrooms was the perfect place for us! We wanted classic elegant feel and we certainly got that! By far the best thing about the Biltmore was our account rep, Carrie!...
She answered my questions so quickly (most within same day!) and was very accommodating! There is only one thing that I wish I understood more, and that is the Biltmore’s vendor list. If you do not use an approved caterer, it will cost more. We did appreciate the ability to be able to use someone off their vendor list, though! All in all, they made everything so magical for our wedding! The other great news is that you don’t need to spend a fortune on decor and floral because the Biltmore already has ornate walls and ceilings so it saves you there! Thank you, Biltmore, and thank you so much Carrie, for taking care of us! We can’t wait to attend future events at the Biltmore!
The Biltmore Ballrooms was my dream wedding venue and they delivered! Everything about it was so easy and Carrie was wonderful to work with. She helped me plan everything up to the...
day and even helped me add a few special touches to our wedding in the final days. My guests raved about the venue space, easy access from downtown Atlanta and all the hotels in the area. It's a stunning venue, but most importantly their staff on the day-of and leading up to our wedding was nothing but nice and accommodating. Carrie even set up a day for my florist and I to go in and match flowers to the room on a weekday and also let us come by to check out the room colors, size, etc. as much as we needed in the months leading up to our wedding. You can't go wrong with this venue!
We loved the Biltmore so much! I wanted a venue that was elegant and classic and the Biltmore fulfilled that. Carrie was so easy and accommodating to work with. She made the whole ...
process a breeze. I am just starting to get back pictures and they are stunning. I cannot believe how beautiful the ballroom looked. I would highly recommend this venue!
I don't even need to talk about the physical building, because who doesn't know how stunning the Biltmore is? It doesn't even make sense, but somehow the beautiful pictures of it d...
on't even do it justice. The building is so historical and grand, and in my opinion, no other venues even held a candle to it. If that wasn't enough to sell you on it, Rachel and Carrie from Novare were 2 of my favorite wedding vendors to work with! So many vendors I reached out to either never got back to me, took their sweet time getting back to me, or had zero flex when they DID get back to me. I worked equally with both Rachel and Carrie, who are great at handing questions/tasks off to each other when necessary, provided amazing customer service and never made me feel guilty about asking too many questions. We had our ceremony and reception there, and it was such a seamless, beautiful night. Biltmore is the full package, amazing venue, great service, and I wish I could do my wedding there all over again!
Biltmore Ballrooms literally has it all!! We used the Imperial Ballroom for a July ceremony and the Georgian ballroom for the reception. It's a classic, formal venue that offers th...
at WOW factor to all of your guests. In my opinion this venue is the most beautiful option in the city. It's not the cheapest option but doesn't require too much extra decor and is worth every single penny. This is the kind of venue that has people talking about it months and months after the big day. It's also in a great location and really allowed us to show off ATL and all that it has to offer. I just can't say enough about the Biltmore and the stuff, impressed is an understatement and I work in the hotel industry so I can be a tough critic :) ... If you want a classic, semi formal wedding book this venue now!!

rk with! They responded to all my emails within minutes and were always very helpful and kind! We got a ton of compliments on the ballroom, and we didn't have to worry about adding many decorations because the ballroom by itself is already stunning. Highly recommend!!!

modating and invested to ensure we had a good experience. For storybook weddings, this is it!
The staff was very accommodating, and the venue made for GORGEOUS pictures!

g flowers and linens much easier! Additionally Carrie and the rest of the staff were easy to work with and had good advice when it came to room layout and flow. All of out guests commented on what a beautiful wedding it was.
Both ballrooms are absolutely stunning (with and without décor). I originally fell in love with the Georgian room, and we planned to have both our ceremony and reception in that ro...
om. A month before the wedding, we lucked out and were able to use both ballrooms for a great price, since nobody booked the Imperial ballroom for that night. Working with Carrie was so easy. She responded very fast to all of my emails, and her answers were always very helpful. All of my guests were raving about how elegant the ballrooms were. We checked out a few other venues in the city before booking, but all of them were about the same price, or more, and not nearly as beautiful or timeless. You can also save a little on your décor since the room is so pretty on its own with the chandeliers, the columns, the ceiling, etc. Definitely check the Biltmore out!
The Biltmore Ballrooms are the perfect setting for a wedding reception. The space is elegant and beautiful. The ceilings alone make you feel like you are in a European palace. Carr...
ie and Rachel with Novare Events were great to work with. The responded immediately to every email and question. The setting was the perfect background for this most special day. Thank you for making our wedding wonderful!

This venue is absolutely beautiful! I received super service, great quality, wonderful prices, and Rachel was the BEST!
We hosted our wedding reception in the Georgian Ballroom at the Biltmore. The room is breathtaking… It’s so beautiful that it really doesn’t need much decorating. That ceiling, the...
chandeliers, the columns, and the large windows are so picturesque. It’s a photographer’s dream! This venue was the perfect setting for the timeless elegant feel that we were aiming for. Our guests were very impressed and truly had a wonderful time. They still talk about how gorgeous everything was! We had an open bar and the guests absolutely loved it! The bartenders were very professional and helped to add to the atmosphere. Working with Carrie was certainly one of the best parts of using the Biltmore. She’s super patient and professional. She was very responsive from the beginning to the very last minute. We were planning a wedding from a different state and she truly helped to ease the process. All my vendors were looking forward to work at the Biltmore because of its reputation and the professionalism that is expected. It was definitely a pleasure working with Carrie and her team. Thanks Carrie!

The Biltmore ballrooms are absolutely stunning! My reception was in the Georgian ballroom, and all of my guests raved about how beautiful the room looked. That being said, I had 10...
0% assigned seating and had gone over the table arrangements with Carrie and her team multiple times in person and email. The day of the wedding, an entire table was not set up, and every table was two place setting short! It caused complete chaos when the guests entered the ballroom and was pretty embarrassing. Overall, I'd say that the Biltmore is fortunate that the room is so pretty because nothing else about their service makes it a venue I'd recommend.
In the end, Carrie did refund us for the 44 chairs that were not set up and $200 for the 30+ minutes that the mistake cost.
I loved the Biltmore Ballrooms. It was absolutely beautiful. My family and friends were wowed by the venue and everything came together beautiful. I didn't have any problems with t...
he venue day of or even throughout the entire wedding planning process. However, I will note that about a two months before my wedding, the coordinator that I had worked with left the company. I didn't get an email or anything about her departure and found out through a 3rd party. In the future, I think they should send an email to let the couple know if the person they have been working with since the beginning leaves the company.
Not only is this the most beautiful wedding venue in Atlanta, the staff is amazing! Carrie and McKenzie were wonderful to work with and even threw in some extras for my wedding! ...
This venue truly made my day perfect!

rie was so wonderful to work with throughout the whole wedding process and was always willing to help me! They worked great with the other vendors, which was so nice because I didn't need to worry about anything! Wonderful place!
We held our reception in the Georgian Ballroom. It was beautiful. I have to say, I am NOT a ballroom girl. I wasn't even that thrilled in the beginning that we we're going to have ...
our reception there.. Well, all my original thoughts on the place were wrong. The place looked amazing, the people were so great to work with, very flexible and friendly, and all of our guests loved it.. we got so many comments on how beautiful and lovely it was! It's a bit pricey, but so are most of the places we found in midtown. Definitely consider it, even if you don't want a ballroom wedding. It was perfect.
This is the most beautiful venue in Atlanta. We live in the residences, were engaged in the courtyard, had an engagement party here, and had our reception in the ballroom. There ...
is also a parking deck - which is a big plus in Atlanta. The only drawback is it is one of the more expensive venues.
I absolutely loved having my wedding at The Biltmore Ballrooms. We were able to use both ballrooms. Carrie Hopson was great! she was always a phone call or email away to answer any...

I had my wedding and a music party for 250 at the Biltmore. It was so goregous! Caution though, I wish they would've been more flexible on the end time since there was no one else ...
coming in that night or even the next day. Our party was cut short because they were going to charge us extra for even going a bit over our time. Another hour or two just thrown in as complimentary would've been a kind customer service gesture, but instead, the groom was approached during the party multiple times to remind him of the time. Not a good way to have fun.
Great venue everything was beautiful! Carrie was so helpful and wonderful to work with.
The Biltmore ballrooms were beautiful and provided a magnificant backdrop for my wedding...but that was all they were! A backdrop. Any and every other detail that was needed to fur...
ther beautify the place and turn it into a wedding, I had to organize, plan and pay for. So, in addition to the $5,000 venue rental fees...the bar fees were another several thousand on top of that...and then tables, lighting, linens, etc...were another few hundred. Be prepared to budget 10,000-12,000 just for the above-mentioned items...and if that's more than you want to spend, look elsewhere because you wont get out under that amount here. On a positive note, the staff was courteous and professional.
