When a meeting or social function is on your agenda, the Binghamton Club is the choice location to host your event. Weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, Birthdays and Anniversaries all take on an extra special flair when hosted in one of our historic rooms. Private functions can be arranged in a variety of our meeting rooms to accommodate groups as small as 4 guests and up to as large as 60 persons. Our elegant Ballroom is available for groups of 50-225. The club is fully available for functions for non-members.

d it comes with a coordinator who handles the minute details of things like staffing and the timeline of the wedding day. We got married in December, so the Club was decked out in Christmas decor- we didn't even have to decorate anything besides the ballroom itself. In general, you don't need much decor because the style of the ballroom is enough. The linens/table settings are classy, the chairs are real wood (we disliked the look of metal/plastic chairs), the window coverings are pretty, etc. I would recommend choosing a color scheme that matches the green/blueish hues that already exist in the ballroom, though. Using this venue is cool because you don't just get the ballroom, you get almost the entire building. This means for your cocktail hour you have a beautiful, separate space for guests to mingle- complete with fireplaces! There's also an elevator and coat room for your guests' use. The venue is pretty accommodating to vendors and already know most of them, so they can provide advice if needed.
There was only one real issue we had here- towards the end of the wedding, the staff forgot to put out our favors for the guests. We put a lot of time and money into the favors, so that was a big disappointment for us. I think this could be avoided if the bride or anyone in the wedding party pays attention to this, but to be honest I don't think they should have to be worrying about such things... Apart from that the staff was generally attentive to the needs of me, my husband, and our guests.
Overall, our wedding here was amazing. We got tons of compliments and I definitely recommend it. Your guests will be very impressed and you'll have a great time.

All of our guests had a great time at our wedding and we think a lot of that had to do with all of your hard work and the incredible staff that you have! We received so many compliments on the staff, food, and fun atmosphere! The club looked gorgeous! Every time that we needed anything, there was someone there ready and willing to help! There were so many special little things that we were able to add into our wedding day because of your flexibility and the individual attention that we received. From the photo booth, to the dancing, to bowling after our reception; everything was done perfectly! We would not have changed a thing!

reception. Some how the cook received the wrong copy of my menu and served the wrong chicken. Although the chicken was still great and my guests had no idea it was still the wrong dinner. Also, I recommend that if you are having a cash bar not to have a tab for just the bridal party. My bridal party doesn't drink, but somehow we received a bill for almost $500 in drinks. The Binghamton Club did set up a private dinner so that we could enjoy the right chicken and did refund the $100 cash bar fee, but that still leaves me paying almost $400 for drinks which isn't acceptable to me.
