We had a fantastic wedding at the Binghamton Club. There's a lot of great things to say about this venue- the food selection and quality is great, the place itself is beautiful, an...
d it comes with a coordinator who handles the minute details of things like staffing and the timeline of the wedding day. We got married in December, so the Club was decked out in Christmas decor- we didn't even have to decorate anything besides the ballroom itself. In general, you don't need much decor because the style of the ballroom is enough. The linens/table settings are classy, the chairs are real wood (we disliked the look of metal/plastic chairs), the window coverings are pretty, etc. I would recommend choosing a color scheme that matches the green/blueish hues that already exist in the ballroom, though. Using this venue is cool because you don't just get the ballroom, you get almost the entire building. This means for your cocktail hour you have a beautiful, separate space for guests to mingle- complete with fireplaces! There's also an elevator and coat room for your guests' use. The venue is pretty accommodating to vendors and already know most of them, so they can provide advice if needed.
There was only one real issue we had here- towards the end of the wedding, the staff forgot to put out our favors for the guests. We put a lot of time and money into the favors, so that was a big disappointment for us. I think this could be avoided if the bride or anyone in the wedding party pays attention to this, but to be honest I don't think they should have to be worrying about such things... Apart from that the staff was generally attentive to the needs of me, my husband, and our guests.
Overall, our wedding here was amazing. We got tons of compliments and I definitely recommend it. Your guests will be very impressed and you'll have a great time.
We just had our wedding at the Binghamton Club, and it was absolutely perfect. The food, the decor, the attention to detail by Amanda and her entire team are top notch. From day 1,...
Amanda was completely willing to customize every detail of our event the exact way we wanted it. I've been told by several of my guests that it was the best wedding they've ever been to. I would 100% recommend the Binghamton Club to anyone!
We really truly cannot thank Amanda and everyone at the Binghamton Club enough for making our wedding the most incredible experience. The staff took such good care of us and our gu...
ests! We had the most amazing day and the Binghamton Club played a huge part in that! Amanda and David's knowledge and expertise was so valuable throughout the whole planning process and we felt so at ease on our wedding day knowing the Binghamton Club staff would be taking care of us.
All of our guests had a great time at our wedding and we think a lot of that had to do with all of your hard work and the incredible staff that you have! We received so many compliments on the staff, food, and fun atmosphere! The club looked gorgeous! Every time that we needed anything, there was someone there ready and willing to help! There were so many special little things that we were able to add into our wedding day because of your flexibility and the individual attention that we received. From the photo booth, to the dancing, to bowling after our reception; everything was done perfectly! We would not have changed a thing!
An enormous thank you to the entire staff at the Binghamton Club for everything you did to make our wedding day so special and fun!
Amanda was a joy to work with. She was so accommodating! She was able to execute almost every one of our ideas. My bridal shower, rehearsal dinner & wedding was at the club. I ...
would absolutely consider having another event there.
I loved everything about The Binghamton Club. They make it so easy by setting up everything for you, and helping you along the way. Only thing that I wish was different is as soon ...
as your reception is over, actually a few minutes before, they start taking things down (makes guests feel like they have to leave right then and there!).
The Binghamton Club was a beautiful venue for our rehearsal dinner. They did an amazing job catering to our needs and ensuring everything went smoothly before our big day!
The service was great. The night went as planned.

th us and made planning our wedding in 3 weeks painless!
The food there was better than we've ever tasted at a wedding, and we got 3 choices instead of only 2!
Everyone told us they would never believe we pulled off the wedding in only 3 weeks and it was all because of the excellent help from Jackie and Amanda. Thank you!
Jackie and her team was very helpful throughout the planning and decorating process. The Binghamton Club is beautiful. The only problems I encountered was on the actual day of the ...
reception. Some how the cook received the wrong copy of my menu and served the wrong chicken. Although the chicken was still great and my guests had no idea it was still the wrong dinner. Also, I recommend that if you are having a cash bar not to have a tab for just the bridal party. My bridal party doesn't drink, but somehow we received a bill for almost $500 in drinks. The Binghamton Club did set up a private dinner so that we could enjoy the right chicken and did refund the $100 cash bar fee, but that still leaves me paying almost $400 for drinks which isn't acceptable to me.
We received so many compliments and were repeatedly told what a classy wedding we had. Jackie Hendrickson is amazing and is the best in the business. She thinks of everything. The ...
food was great. We couldn't have asked for anything better.
