The Bite

People are still talking about the food. We love Carlos' restaurants and style, so we already knew the small plates were going to be great. The food was phenomenal, the service staff was genuinely so sweet and helpful, and they made our reception go off without a hitch.

“Best wedding food ever” was the response we got from all of our guest at our wedding. The street tacos were amazing and we couldn’t be happier we chose The Bite to cater our wedding! There was so much food there was even tacos boxed up for Us to eat later, as well as my appetizers in my bridal sweet that I could sneak into and eat between hellos and thanks you’s! If you want a delicious wedding meal this is where you need to go! Amazing!

My husband and I could not have been more thrilled with The Bite! Carlos and his team did an amazing job catering our wedding and provided the most delicious street tacos and sides. We still hear from our friends/family about how much they loved the food. 10/10 would recommend. :)

My husband hated the idea of boring wedding food. When I started making plans with a caterer to do the traditional "meat and potatoes" he stopped me and said, "let's do something more US." We were so glad to have found The Bite - because did they ever create a menu that was "US!" The Bite did a first-class job catering our wedding. From the initial phone call when they listened to our preferences and came up with the idea of doing fusion street tacos, to the wonderful tasting they hosted, to finally catering the wedding itself. Their food is phenomenal, Carlos is a truly creative chef. People are STILL talking about our street tacos, almost a year later! Everyone tells us that we had "the best wedding food they've ever had." We loved the experience of having the Bitemobile set up outside of our chapel and having our guests get in line to dish up their pico, guac, salsa verde, and brussels sprouts and choose from the four street taco options we had available. From the experience, to the service, to the flavor - you can't go wrong. I would recommend them to everyone! The Korean BBQ Pork Tacos are my favorite. :)
