Loved the Black Tux! The suits themselves are high quality and reasonably priced, and the customer service experience was great. We had some last-minute hiccups with delivery (due to a user error issue with one of the groomsmen) but every person who answered the phone--we called A LOT--was incredibly helpful, accountable, and consistent. I was initially concerned about handling the process online, but given the quality of the suits (especially relative to the price point), combined with super responsive customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Black Tux.

Although there were a few problems with my order, The Black Tux did everything in their power to make it right. In the end, any and all issues were resolved, my tux fit perfectly, and it looked great. I recommended The Black Tux to every gentleman in my wedding and I will definitely be using the service again in the future.

Love these guys. I ordered within 10 days of my event. Website was simple to use. Put in my measurements and their customer service guys came back to me really quickly saying they had reviewed my info and recommended a different size. The suit I ordered fit me perfectly after I so easily put in my measurements. I'm a trans guy who is very short and chubby so rentals always look horrible on me. I saw the The Black Tux online and figured I give it a shot because in store rentals are always bad for me anyway. I couldn't have been happier with choosing the black tux, as soon as my tux came in because the length was perfect and the shoulders fit great. It was the first time I had a tux that looked right for me and not like I was a little kid in my dads clothes.

The staff at The Black Tux were amazing! We ended up having to switch a groomsman & they were able to add our new guy & get him set up online that same day. Very impressed with their customer service - most emails were returned same day. The suits were good quality & everyone was handsome & happy!

Everything was easy! The tux looked great...amazing. I had my doubts about a service like this because I had never used an online tux rental "place". Thank you all so much. I wish I could send pics. I wanted to keep my tux. It fit perfectly! Thia is usually so hard to do with my bold, military frame...my legs are tree trunks! It even came qith paid return packaging...and tape! Phenomenal customer service. Sent 3 shipments, even overnight shipped the last package directly to my hotel, at no additional charge to make perfectly sure that I had the correct size for the whole tux ensemble in time for the wedding event. Forgot borrowed cufflinks and sent them back by mistake. The customer service person without hesitation was committed to return ship the items after receipt of the return shipment. Excellent customer service at the post-sale, post-event stage makes this company even more remarkable.

My "The Black Tux" experience was out of this world. Not only was the website easy to navigate, but when I called customer service, they were extremely friendly and helpful. I had my jacket sleeve length tailored the week of my wedding and Black Tux offered to reimburse me. On the Wednesday before my Friday wedding, one of my groomsman realized that he ordered completely the wrong sizes...we called customer service and they sent a completely new suit overnight. Everything fit great and the entire grooms party looked amazing. The process for creating an event and making it happen is so simple and alleviates a lot of the stress of worrying about your whole party. I will use The Black Tux again if I need to wear a suit and don't feel like buying.

Midnight Blue tuxedo + Midnight Blue waistcoat (vest). Paired it with my own pique-front tuxedo shirt and self-tie silk bow tie. Beautiful tux and great customer service. My first pair of pants was too big large, the rush-delivered second pair were perfect... I looked sharp, got plenty of compliments, and it was a seamless experience start to finish. My friend used this service for his groomsmen tuxedos on 4/30/16. I've been in several weddings and have had to go through the agony of tux fittings at unnamed mall tuxedo rental shops, where they always somehow manage to screw up your order, measure you improperly, or give you the wrong size. The Black Tux was not only super easy to use, and dare I say, "idiot proof," but the customer service was great and the return procedure was very convenient. The quality of the shirts, tuxes and shoes were also very good and fairly priced. I didn't feel like my shirt was going to light on fire, since it was a thick, high-quality cotton shirt versus the flammable, polyester shirts that other rental shops give you. Also, when the customer service rep noticed an anomaly in my pant and jacket measurements (I have a wide waste and narrow shoulders...), he called me to offer a sizing suggestion and to confirm my sizes were indeed correct. Overall, the tux looked great on my buddy's big day, and I was extremely satisfied with my experience. I plan on using The Black Tux for my own wedding later this year.

The process was soooo easy! I ordered a free measuring tape from them, checked all my measurements, and filled out the information on my account. That was it. No BS going to a retail location 4 times to fit, try on, try on again, pick up, return, etc. This was just one easy transaction. I did request that a jacket and pants be sent to me before hand, since I was the groom in the wedding, but they fit perfectly. I was very confident with my suit for myself and the other 5 suits for the boys. They all fit great, and we honestly got so many compliments. I will definitely encourage my other bachelors to use this service for their weddings, and I will def rent tuxes from The Blktux the in the future. Can't recommend this business enough. Great experience!

The clothes fit perfectly and the tux's Marina Wool made it a comfortable feel and i felt very good in what I was wearing. I would say I was one of the best dressed at my prom and I will definitely be using The Black Tux again in the near future. Prices are very affordable as well.

I've used The Black Tux twice now. First was a groom and the process getting my groomsmen fitted and taken care of was smooth sailing. I didn't have to worry about a thing. The second time was a groomsmen myself. My suit arrived a week early as expected. I immediately tried it on and the jacket was too big. I called customer support and after answering a few questions about why the jacket didn't fit a new one was on the way. Still, the new jacket didn't fit, it just needed to be let out by a tailor in the sleeves. No big deal. The best part is The Black Tux reimburses up to $15 on the tailoring so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, the website and process is smooth and fairly painless if you follow the instructions to try on your stuff immediately and stay in communication with customer support.

We really enjoyed using The Black Tux for our groomsmen. We chose The Rat Pack outfit for our groomsmen and The Newman for the groom (basically the difference of a bowtie for the groom and long ties for the groomsmen). Everyone looked great, the tuxes fit great, and the customer service was excellent. We had to get one pair of pants hemmed prior to the wedding and exchange a pair of shoes, but everything was easy and seamless. A great choice for modern grooms - I felt that the quality of the tuxes was exceptional and looked/felt more current than some other popular rental places. I would definitely use them again for another event!

Ordered my 4 groomsmen their suits from the black tux and couldn't be happier. They were easy to order for the guys, came on time looked great and they were all very impressed with the fit and quality.

The look was perfect and the customer service was top-notch. Several of my groomsmen received jackets or pants that were a little too tight. Amazing experience using Black Tux!!! The service was flawless - we received an email from our "concierge" for the event the week before the wedding to make sure we were taken care of throughout the experience and we certainly were. From answering stupid questions from me (the groom) to addressing any miss-sized articles with my less than tech-savvy pops, they were absolutely on point. Some of my groomsmen were unsure at first, but they were all big fans by the end of the experience. No less than 5 of my 8 groomsmen (most of whom are married and have dealt with other rental options) came up to me unprompted and told me how much better the quality of the gear was and how surprisingly easy the whole experience was. Rented the groomsmen suits from black tux. Came in the right measurements and right on time for the wedding. Groomsmen felt comfortable in them and didn't look awkward in them. They practically looked great!

Some of the guys needed everything from shoes to ties, some of us only needed the tux itself, so it was perfect that each person could order just what they needed. The tuxes looked amazing. I was concerned that they would never get the fit right without measuring me in person, it fit better than some of my suits that I have had tailored in PERSON!! The price was great too. I ordered a tux but got a text suggesting me to order a size smaller. I was hesitant at first. I am glad I went with the suggestion. It was a perfect fit.

Great tux, great fit. Customer service is simply outstanding. Followed the simple measurement instructions on The Black Tux's website (they provide really intuitive videos). Tux came, as promised, one week before the wedding. The pants were a little long, but they made it easy to take care of the problem. A quick visit to the FAQ portion of the site and I learned I could take the pants to be tailored at my local dry cleaner. Best of all, they reimbursed me for the cost out of pocket. My best man's jacket was way too tight. The solution? The Black Tux customer service team overnighted him two additional jackets so he could pick the one that fit him the best. No hassle, no stress whatsoever. When the wedding was over, I slapped the provided shipping label back on the box, dropped it at FedEx and boom, I was done. My credit card was refunded for the tailoring a couple of days later - again, just as they promised. If you're looking for a good experience - and a tux that doesn't look like it came straight off the rack from Men's Warehouse - go with this company. They provide a much more modern look, and they might even be a little cheaper as well. I'll be using Black Tux for all my tux needs in the future.

You guys have, in my opinion, changed the tux-rental game. There's no longer a reason to go to conventional rental places. When our son got married in St. Augustine FL this past December he Black Tux experience was so worth it - Easy ordering with excellent instructions for measuring to insure the correct sizes for our son, the fathers and the groomsmen.

Recently got married and choose to go the online route vs. the traditional suit shop. I have to tell you that my in-laws were VERY nervous about putting our tux's in the hands of a web based company. I was blown away by the ease, the quality, and the world class customer service (I worked with "Sarah D"). I WILL recommend them to everyone I know for any occasion. I am 5'11 and 175lbs and do like my suits a bit more on the slim side... with a little more taper in the pants it would have been perfect. Other than the taper in my pants, everyone's suits fit perfectly, arrived on time, and there were no issues. The suits appeared literally brand new, if you are thinking about using The Black Tux, stop thinking and pull the trigger. They will not disappoint!

We struggled finding a suit that matched my husband's vision for the big day. I loved this website because of the selection of style but also how easy it was to put in his measurements. The website was easy to share with his groomsmen and provided a great tracking system. Through the website, I was able to see which groomsmen signed in, provided measurements and ordered the suit. The customer service was fast and reliable. My husband received the wrong shirt in his order. After we contacted customer service, they were easy to work with and immediately sent my husband the shirt he needed. Returning the suit couldn't be easier. Everyone received a return shipping label and was able to find a FedEx location nearby!

I'll admit, I was pretty leery about ordering our suits online but The Black Tux soon washed my worries away! With most of our groomsmen living at a distance, it made sense to have an option that was budget friendly and convenient. Their customer service was top notch and made what could have been a nerve wracking experience, quite enjoyable. We received swatches and then ordered a sample before the big day. Quality above other mainstream suit/tux companies is what we sought and we received just that! I would use this company again - they were well worth every penny!

Black Tux is a life saver. After visits to multiple stores in town to rent suits, I was fairly certain I'd be disappointed with how the men looked at our wedding. We simply wanted charcoal grey suits but all the typical stores only have a few options overall to choose from and we were going to have to settle for something we didn't want! I wasn't sure about the online rental at first, but now I wouldn't have it any other way! Black Tux sent the groom a sample and we were thrilled with the look and quality. All the rental suits arrived a week in advance and the one suit that didn't fit right was exchanged with a new proper fitting suit overnight! Everyone looked awesome and the quality was fantastic. My husband and his groomsmen and our ushers all got their tuxes from The Black Tux. He says their customer service was fantastic. When he got the tux, the shirt was too small and the jacket was too big, but he called and they rush shipped new items that day. The only issue he incurred was that they did not not having a tux big enough for his brother who is 6'7 and 350 pounds. My husband also says the return process was straightforward and easy.

We used The Black Tux because none of our groomsmen live near us and it was so much easier than trying to find a brick and mortar store that was close to everyone. We picked the suit and accessories that all the guys needed and then sent them the invitation. Everyone's suit fit perfectly and they all looked so handsome! We went with the navy suit with a vest and brown shoes. It matched our wedding colors exactly and all the guys commented on how easy it was to order the suit. One even needed to change his sizes after he received it a few days before the wedding and he was overnighted the correct size. Amazing customer service!

So perfect and convienent with a busy bridal party spread over the whole country. Everything arrived on time and was seamless. Only complaint was it takes a little patience to operate the site which requires extra communication between the bridal party.

I recently used Black Tux for my wedding. Having my groomsmen in different states, Black Tux was key in coordinating all rentals. The process of setting up an account and choosing a look was very easy. The suits are very nice as well – I really liked the modern cuts and the final fit. The 4 star rating is due to orders not being received 7 days ahead of time as promised. In fact, over ½ of my wedding party (including myself) did not receive our orders 7 days in advance. This simply added to the stress of an already stressful time in my life. When all was said and done, my groomsmen and I look great, I just have to deduct a star for not being able to deliver on time (and adding to my stress).

My husband and I went out looking for suits and he did not like the selection. So after wasting time in the store, he discovered The Black Tux online. It was so easy and convenient to use. Measuring was easy and ordering was simple. He was able to create the look he wanted! And his groomsmen were able to complete there looks easily. The quality of the suits were very nice! Our experience with The Black Tux was EXCEPTIONAL! I was married on 8/15/15 and all of the guys in our bridal party and the father's all rented their tuxes from The Black Tux. The quality of the tuxedoes is outstanding - so much better looking than anything you could find at men's warehouse. They have a great selection - Prices were fair and in-line with other stores - but what stood out the most was the amazing customer services. Both via e-mail and by phone responses were fast, friendly and they always followed through. I can't recommend this company more - again the tuxes were so high quality and the process was so easy - I wish they had tuxedos for women as I am quite jealous of the guys! You won't be disappointed!

The Black Tux was recommended to me by my daughter for her wedding. The Groom and the groomsmen were all renting from the Black Tux also. The quality was better than what I had tried on in the places available to me to rent a tux near my home. The fit was great and when I needed to exchange my shirt for a smaller size it was as easy as sending an e-mail and it was done! I had decided to rent a pair of shoes after my order was submitted, and that also was no problem. It was an email and it was done. During stressful times like wedding planning it is nice to work with a company that is flexible and will accommodate your needs. All of my groomsmen and I rented suits from the Black Tux for my wedding and we had a great experience. The sizing was very easy, we all just went to Mens Warehouse and were measured and submitted the measurements on the site. 4 out of 6 suits fit perfectly. One guy thought his pants were too big and another's shirt was too big. In both instances Black Tux mailed new sizes to the desired addresses in time for the wedding. Thank you for all of your help.

I used the Black Tux for myself and all of my groomsmen. The quality of the tuxedos was excellent, and was much higher than anything I have seen at traditional brick and mortar rental shops. My tux came in about a week before the wedding, and the sleeves on the jacket were slightly long. I kept the jacket and informed the company, which sent a replacement that arrived in plenty of time for the ceremony. I know one of the groomsmen had a similar length issue with the pants, and the company likewise was able to help him such that everything was in order by the wedding without any stress. All in all, I would strongly recommend the Black Tux. I have in fact done so to two friends who have used it and had similarly excellent experiences.

I can't speak highly enough of The Black Tux. I needed affordable, quality outfits for me and my groomsmen and Black Tux was the perfect option. There aren't a ton of outfits to pick from, but each one is wonderful quality. They were also flexible when I called with a request. The website doesn't allow you to order a vest without a suit. For me and my groomsmen, we wanted to go with just vests. When I called, they changed the order and subtracted the cost of the suit. The suits arrive a week before the event, which definitely worried me. I know my father-in-law was sent the wrong size suit jacket, but the got a different one back to us just a day or two later. Side note: the boxes Black Tux delivers rule. Great delivery presentation.

The Black Tux was an easy, stylish, and great way to outfit my groomsmen. I picked the style, and black tux made it easy from there: my groomsmen picked what they needed from the outfit (versus what they already owned), it came on time, the sizing was great, it was wedding-ready, and looked awesome. I love The Black Tux! Their service is TOP NOTCH! Our wedding party and friends are all scattered over the East Coast and I had no idea how we were going to coordinate tux's for our groomsmen, until I found The Black Tux. They made ordering so easy and stress free for my husband and I. From the moment we placed our order, we didnt have to worry about a thing. They went above and beyond my expectations...I thought we'd order, recieve the shipment and never hear a word from them, boy was I wrong. Their team constantly reached out to make sure we were comfortable, to ask if we had questions, etc. Some of our guys had an issue with the fit of their pants or shirts and Black Tux IMMEADIATELY sent new sizes out. I will use them for every single event we have based on their service alone...the quality of there clothing is AMAZING too! Our guys looked freaking phenomenal. I know there is no way this look couldnt be achieved with another popular rental company

We couldn't find any place where we could rent navy suits. Went online and found this website. The best lifesaver ever! The groomsmen put in their sizes and the suit shows up earlier enough that if it doesn't fit they can return it and get a new size. When they are done they just return it. Easy and simple. The suits looks great and good quality too!

We were very happy with the charcoal suits we rented from the Black Tux. They have a great customer service model that is easy to use and test out the suit ahead of time. Be prepared that the suits may come a bit wrinkled since they ship in boxes, but we were ok with this and it was a quick iron job. The suits are great quality and look very new. The styles are modern and give more variety than our local rental shops so we were very happy to find them.

The Black Tux is a must on your wedding day! Whether going with a suit (which my husband did) or a tux, they have high end materials, that they only rent out a small number of times (versus 50+ for other national retailers), so you know that your product won't look worn or haphazard the day of your wedding. They work with you to make sure that your product fits and if not, they'll ship a new one pronto! So glad he found this service!

We rented our tuxes from here. Found it online and was INCREDIBLY impressed. About 50 dollars cheaper then other rental companies - one of our groomsmen told us. They looked super sleek in the photos! And they get them to you in no one - the best man orders his two weeks before the wedding and received one week later with no issues. They have different styles to choose from - and they are all about making it as easy a process as possible. Only downfall - if the groom is not renting a tux from them, it's a bit confusing to find how to let the groomsmen order without him because they do it by wedding party and events rather than singular purchases - but there is a way and it is doable!

Brides, for your mental health the week of your wedding, stay away from this vendor. My husband insisted on ordering tuxedos from The Black Tux because he didn't like the quality of rental tuxedo at local menswear chains and my initial apprehension was totally justified. They don't send the tuxedos until the week of the wedding and not only was my husband's tuxedo order COMPLETELY wrong (it looked like someone randomly selected sizes and just through them in a box - he had a shirt two sizes too small and pants that were way too large... how?), they also sent the groomsmen the wrong ties, didn't send everyone pocket squares who ordered them and were extremely difficult to get a hold of on the phone. My sweet husband tried to handle much of the drama on his own but no one even offered to comp his tuxedo order until I got on the phone and had to be a bridezilla about it. AND even when all the details (cufflinks, tie clips, etc) had arrived, my husband's bow tie was a frayed mess on our wedding day. Trust me ladies, this is not what you want to be doing two days before your wedding.
