Sarah and Toby were a true pleasure to work with from the beginning. The food was delicious, beautiful, seasonal, and truly a highlight of our wedding day. The Blind Pig Kitchen folks were accommodating and flexible without sacrificing the quality of the food. They provided incredible guidance on meal selection, navigating food restrictions, and how to serve 140 people plus on a private outdoor venue. We could not be more grateful for the excellence from Blind Pig Kitchen and would highly recommend to anyone seeking high quality food at a wedding.
The Blind Pig did a phenomenal job catering my wedding. Every part of the planning process was handled with ease. Sarah helped us curate an elegant menu that was fit for all of our guests, including those with allergies and dietary restrictions.
Everyone at our wedding raved about the food! Dishes were beautifully plated and food came out in a timely manner. Everything was fresh and made to order and all of the food was farm-to-table. Sarah and Toby were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend The Blind Pig!

Located in Bloomsburg, PA, The Blind Pig Kitchen is a catering company that creates unique, flavorful, and nutrient-dense dishes for weddings and other special occasions. Owned by husband-and-wife team Toby Diltz and Sarah Walzer, this eatery uses sustainably raised, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients that honor the ecosystems around them. Toby and Sarah only work with farms that put the well-being of their plants, animals, and workers first. They strive to provide the highest-quality food in the most safe, affordable, and ethical way possible.
Toby and Sarah live on a six-acre farmstead where they grow vegetables, mushrooms, bees, laying hens, pastured poultry, and heritage breed hogs. They also utilize the woodland around them to harvest berries and have planted more than 100 fruit trees and berry bushes. They added a secret garden in 2018 and hosted their first al-fresco dinner underneath their pergola in 2019.
For every wedding they cater, The Blind Pig Kitchen crafts custom menus that reflect the unique flavors of rural Pennsylvania. Along with catering, the restaurant also accommodates intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, and farewell brunches in its dining room.

A California native, Sarah was raised having access to a wide variety of fresh, seasonal produce. After spending 10 years working in the arts in major cities including LA, Berlin and NY, she moved to North Eastern PA, where she and her partner, Toby, started a sustainable, organic farm and restaurant.
