Kayli did the floral for our wedding on 10/27 at The Arlo. I received SO many compliments on the flowers, some people saying they totally made the ambiance what it was. She was super helpful in working within our budget, as well as providing multiple edits/updates to our design and order. On the day of the wedding, her team was amazing at set up and truly made the whole venue beautiful.

Kayli did floral for our wedding! It turned out amazing. I don’t have the most creative mindset- I just knew the colors and vibe I wanted. She took that info and created something so wonderful! The bouquets and wedding arch were so beautiful. And the candles setup were dreamy! It was so nice to put trust into Bloom Bar and have every expectation exceeded! Would highly recommend!

Kayli is an absolute superstar! So easy to work with, incredible floral designs that perfectly captured the vision our daughter and son-in-law had for florals on their wedding day. Everything was spot on- incredibly elegant without being overdone- in a word EXQUISITE! Our daughter’s bridal bouquet was breathtaking, she didn’t want to put it down and is having it preserved !! The hanging floral installation over the dance floor was unbelievable! In a pinch, she put together an additional bridesmaids bouquet on the spot when we realized we miscounted. The floral arrangements from Bloom Bar were easily the most complimented element of our wedding. They were the wow factor that pulled all our other design choices and colors together, and we were so incredibly happy with how the team delivered our vision. We had a longer engagement, so the design goals at the start of the process to the end changed quite a bit, and Kayli didn’t miss a beat in adjusting her mockups to align. She has such an eye for design, she even gave us helpful recommendations on some different decor choices like vase and menu card color that would tie everything together. You not only get an amazing team of floral artists, but the Bloom Bar process is so organized, they are quick to reply, and you know up front exactly the costs of things so you can budget and there are no surprises. Bloom Bar is simply the best and we are so happy we chose them!

Bloom Bar exceeded my expectations for floral and decor for my wedding. I was very particular about what colors I wanted in my bouquet, and that I wanted an 'organic' look to my arrangements & the day. The team did not disappoint! I was so happy with the way my venue and my wedding really came to life with what the team put together. Kayli's + the team at Bloom Bar's work is beautiful. They wonderfully executed our bright, colorful design for our spring wedding. The flowers were such a fun burst of color against the natural and white beauty of The Allan House in Austin. We didn't have the largest floral budget, so I was overjoyed by the designs and versatility of arrangements that Bloom Bar provided. They truly made our budget stretch and managed to incorporate colors and arrangement designs there were a true bright spot in our wedding day. Numerous guests shared comments about how gorgeous the flowers were, and my mother in law remarks on the floral design every time we reminisce about the wedding (lol I love it!). I especially loved the use of paint on some of "greenery" pieces to really execute on our pink/yellow/orange/blue color scheme. Plus, throughout the planning and design process the communication was excellent. Bloom Bar is wonderful at what they do and was an excellent part of our wedding day team!

Ahh! I can’t even begin with Bloom Bar. Beginning conversations with Bloom Bar were great. We talked over vision, my favorite flowers and what would make the biggest impact. They were wonderful about me making changes. Day of was amazing! My flowers were a dream. I can’t even describe them more then perfect. They were timely and finished quickly, even with our random rain we got. The flowers even lasted my 10 hour drive home in a little water.

We were lucky to work with The Bloom Bar for our January wedding. They have an excellent design vision and were very communicative (and handled my hundreds of questions like a pro!). They were honest about where it was worth spending money when it came to florals, and I really appreciated that they worked closely with me to execute the vision I had in my head. They absolutely nailed it and all of the florals/candles looked so romantic (which was the goal!). So grateful for them!

I cannot say enough good things about my planning experience with Kayli/Bloom Bar. I couldn’t have picked a better wedding florist! Everything that I wanted came to life plus more. She really listened to my style and created such a beautiful aesthetic. Everything was so stunning. Guests raved about our floral arrangements! Kayli is 100% my go to florist for all the events that I do, so naturally as soon as we got engaged she was my first call! Kayli always does amazing work with whatever the style and needs of the event are with her classic, timeless signature style where you can always tell it was a Bloom Bar event – so I knew she would absolutely kill whatever I could dream up for the wedding. We had started working on a proposal, got the date locked in, and then covid hit – and Kayli was absolutely wonderful working with me to pivot our plans from a big wedding, to a micro-wedding and tented reception in our backyard, choosing a new date for our big celebration, and then ultimately bringing my vision to life for that anniversary one year later. She made that process as easy as it could have possibly been, addressed all of my questions and stress driven concerns every step of the way and I always left every call or email feeling so much calmer, and feeling good about our plans and what we had decided. For micro-wedding #1, we ended up putting up a tent and having a lunch reception in our backyard for our group of 13. And as happy as I was about finally having a plan B and still getting to actually get married, I was really struggling with letting go of the grand vision for the ballroom reception I had in my head and decided that if we were doing a backyard reception, we were going all out. I shared that with Kayli and she worked with me to take all the elements and ideas that I loved for the original plan, and translate that into a beautiful plan B including a ceiling treatment for the tent dripping with greenery and white floral. It was absolutely gorgeous and till can’t believe those photos were taken in my backyard! When it came time for the big celebration we had already planned it once pre-covid so we were basically set to go – then all the guest count changes came in. Kayli helped me change up all my plans, 3 weeks before the wedding and made it all work, and got everything we needed, again during a pandemic and a global floral shortage, amazing. Everything was absolutely magical and everything we had dreamed about since the very beginning. Kayli is absolutely wonderful, so creative, has an amazing eye for design, and gets creative with your budget where needed to ultimately work magic to make your vision come to life.

The Bloom Bar was absolutely everything I wanted in a florist. They made me feel so comfortable on the first call and I just knew they were the florists for me! My first mood board was exactly what I had asked for but it made me realize muted colors weren’t for me. I asked for some help and shared my Pinterest page and they came back with a mood board so “me” I was over the moon! My florals were bright pretty tropicals mixed with dessert dried palms and it was perfect! Honestly, the number of compliments I got on florals was insane! I’m fact, my husband even noted that serval of his guy friends commented on how cool and unique they are. The Bloom Bar was so easy to work with and completely set the tone of the wedding! I absolutely recommend them!

Kalyi and Shandee were amazing to work with. The Bloom Bar designed the florals for both the our welcome dinner and wedding. Each event was unique and complimented their prospective venues. Kayli brought the entire weekend together with colorful elegant florals which were more than we could have imagined. From the initial consultation to the tear down Kayli and her team were professional and easy to work with. They are creative, kind, responsive and a joy. Kayli and Shandee were absolutely amazing! I'm not a huge flower person, and only had a few pics saved on Pinterest for them to go off of, but they really brought everything to life. They are total experts at what they do, and were able to answer all of my questions quickly, and gave amazing advice and recommendations for our flowers. After meeting with Kayli once and describing the vibe of my wedding, she was able to work with that ambiguity and create something so much better than imagined. I still have a hard time putting into words the delight and joy I felt holding Bloombar’s work in my hands on my wedding day. Kayli’s communication, talent, attention to detail, and passion for her craft is so inspiring and it was such an honor to work with her. The Bloom Bar swooped in to save the day and provide flowers for our elopement that was rescheduled due to the pandemic. Even though our event was very small, their arrangements were huge, absolutely beautiful, and lasted a long time. The flowers looked great on their--and our--IG pages and were such a huge part of making our day and wedding pictures beautiful. Communication was great throughout and we were really happy working with them. We felt they went above and beyond.

Bloom Bar - Kayli Head, the owner of Bloom Bar, is the only person you need to call for flowers. She was one of the first vendors we hired, and her mood board, based on my daughter’s vision, served as inspiration for everything else we chose. Even when Covid changed up the plans, Kayli handled it with ease and grace. The arrangements were beautiful - she put together a gorgeous layered display for the church and then repurposed it to the dinner afterwards for centerpieces and bar/sweetheart table. It was all perfect. My daughter loved her and how she pours her heart into her work.

I will always be so thankful for Kayli and Shandee at Bloom Bar for making our big day so amazing!! They have been an absolute dream to work with and has without a doubt been my favorite vendor experience when planning a wedding. I had to cancel my wedding in March due to the pandemic and they were so flexible about working with me, and then later helped me out in the best way by designing an amazing elopement on such short notice! Kayli and her team did a fantastic job on the florals and decor for my wedding! From boutonnières with book page leaves to florals for the ceremony space, she Have the wedding it’s charm. She helped me make my ideas come to fruition and worked with me to create a beautiful gallery wall of old family photos with flowers and greenery. She also made me some lovely floral jewelry to wear for a wedding event the day before the wedding. She was always very responsive and the overall look was exactly what I was going for. I highly recommend Bloom Bar!

I used Bloom Bar for my wedding and could not have been happier! Leading up to my wedding, they were so accomadating and easy to work with. When the flowers arrived, they exceeded my expectations. Kayli and her amazing team not only brought my vision to life but made it even better than I ever could have imagined! I cannot recommend The Bloom Bar enough! Although our wedding had a bohemian, modern vibe, I am extremely particular and was very nervous about finding the right florist. Flowers are tricky because they can vary so much, and a lot of design decisions are naturally left up to the florist. During our initial design consultation, Kayli asked very thorough questions and was able to help me articulate my vision. A few days later she provided me a detailed customized proposal. I was so impressed with how much she was able to offer for such a reasonable price. Rather than having elaborate floral centerpieces for each table, she was able to create unique centerpieces with succulents, stones and eclectic pieces that provided a cohesive bohemian look. She also provided large plants to be used during our ceremony. I cried twice on my wedding day. The first time was when Kayli brought me my bouquet. It was perfect and beyond my expectations. The second time was when I turned the corner to walk down the aisle and I saw everything come together. I made a macramé backdrop and my husband made the stand. Kayli created an asymmetrical floral design that accented everything so perfectly. I worked with a lot of amazing vendors, but if I could only recommend one it would be The Bloom Bar.

Ther personalized Pinterest board that Kayli sets up is super helpful for the planning process, especially because you can't really "sample" or "try before you buy" and help affirm that we're on the same design page. I planned my whole wedding from a different city and Kayli and Shandee were super flexible to meet via video chat with me. When it comes to the actual finished product -- I got SO many compliments on the gorgeous blooms they arranged and the installations they created. Before I ever got engaged, I had seen the beginning of The Bloom Bar and knew I wanted to work with them at some point- I was hoping it would be for my wedding.
