The Blow Down Blow Dry and Makeup Bar

g day. I called the Blowdown to see about having my trial done for my wedding which isn’t until next spring but they were happy to set me up with an appointment right away. My maid of honor actually told me about this place because she goes there weekly for her blowouts. When I got there it was soooo cute. They greeted my maid of honor and I with champagne right away. They clearly know the way to my heart. We got started with makeup first, the makeup stations were awesome and so well lit I could see every detail. We settled on a pretty dramatic look with a brown smokey eye which she nailed. I tend to be very particular but she was perfect and I had no complaints. After a couple refills of champagne we started on my hair. I have pretty fine hair about halfway down my back but wasn’t quite sure what look I was gonna go with but wanted my hair to look pretty full. They were extremely patient with me and all my different Pinterest pictures I had saved. I know I’m annoying but can’t be the only bride to be like this. We went with a half up half down look that also incorporated some braids which I love. I also have a future appointment to have tape in extensions done to help with my over all look. I’m so excited !! Everyone there was so nice and bubbly . I canceled the other trials I had booked now that I have my heart set on this place and the bottomless champagne was a major plus .
