Being able to plan venue/catering/floral all with JDK made everything so seamless and it was incredible to see how everything came together in the space - it was more beautiful than we could’ve even imagined! We absolutely loved having a server dedicated to us; she had drinks ready for us at all times and ensured that we were getting appetizers as we mingled. We also LOVED that we were able to add personal elements to our day with the help of JDK and their team - late night pizza, a cookie table, etc. The food was wonderful, the space was beautiful, and the team made us feel so special.

biggest highlight this venue offers which we didn't see coming is AMAZING day of staff! The waiters, bartenders, coordinators, kitchen staff and more were extremely friendly, willing to help with anything we needed, excited for our wedding day, and seemed to enjoy being there with us. It really added to our wedding day because it was not just another day at work for them. They were laughing and dancing along to the reception music by the end of the night. Awesome experience that we didn't expect but now it is a memory we treasure from our wedding day!

At our wedding, we used the Bond’s new outdoor space as our cocktail space and it was gorgeous. The indoor space was everything we could have hoped for. This is THE choice for venue!!

We really couldn't be happier with the tone the florals set in the reception space. Our ceremony florals were equally as gorgeous, delivered to St. Joseph's in York, PA. I planned my wedding from afar, and Colton was so easy to work with - spot on, very professional, and the florals/design was affordable. Our JDK venue coordinator, Lexi, was incredibly helpful after a staffing transition - she swooped in about two months before the wedding and helped place the finishing touches on our design, including finalizing our linen colors, ordering chargers and velvet napkins. It was so helpful to have JDK handle those rentals instead of outsourcing another vendor myself. Lexi was thorough and made sure our personal decor was set up perfectly at the venue. Our ceremony was offsite, so it was such a relief to arrive at The Bond and have everything set up and looking gorgeous. I finally want to note that the food is fantastic - our guests are still raving about the brussel sprout lollipop butlered hors d'oeuvres, the handmade guacamole station at cocktail hour, and our margarita signature cocktail. The venue, food and esthetic did not disappoint! Highly recommend JDK Catering and Weddings by JDK for your wedding at The Bond or elsewhere!

There's parking, absolutely breathtaking murals, and cute shops. This venue really photographs well. The bridal suite, gentleman's room, and bathrooms were suitable. It really is a great space to make fantastic memories!

with Alanna, we knew we were in good hands working with the folks at JDK, everyone was so nice and welcoming and made us feel special! Emma was our appointed contact and she was awesome!!! She helped guide us through every step of our planning process and kept great communication throughout our months leading up to the big day. Our wedding day, I’m still speechless with how seamless and professional the entire JDK group is. Everything was so stress free for me as a bride, I could focus on my hair and makeup and photos all while JDK is setting everything you’ve been imaging all in the background almost without a peep - and it was exactly everything we had talked about that came to life. Everyone definitely knew what they were doing and we were in really good hands. We were able to enjoy every second of our wedding with no hiccups. If we had to do our wedding all over again we’d def go with JDK again and recommend them for any couple that’s looking for a great team of people to help make your special day a dream come true.

What we loved the most was that it’s completely within the JDK family which comforted us beyond belief that it was just another day to the entire staff - who btw are all stars. Abby was with us through the pandemic, had countless ideas and made every accommodation for us. On the day, the Bond was transformed into a moody, magical, romantic venue. We felt like royalty and had ZERO worries or stress points because the staff was SO kind, so organized, and the food was sooooo good.

ght parking was great so our guests didn't need to worry about being towed. The venue itself was beautiful. The JDK team did an amazing job putting all of the decorations together for us that matched our style perfectly. We had access to the building all morning so we could get ready there and watch everything come together. The staff were amazing and catered to us throughout the whole day. Our coordinator was Molly Unangst. She was great at communicating with us during the whole process. We booked the venue in June 2020 so we did a lot of zoom meetings in the beginning and then in person meetings towards the end. Molly was helpful at every step and answered all of our questions. She went above and beyond on the day of the wedding. We ran out of rum during our cocktail hour and she personally ran to the liquor store to get us more. If I had to have one drawback to The Bond, it would be the smaller room, the "Grooms" room, to get ready in was pretty tight.

out a series of staff turnovers, but JDK was always transparent, respectful, and communicative about any changes. We had the greatest privilege of working with Emma Santana at the end, and we could not have asked for a more genuine, intelligent, sweet, and tactful Venue Coordinator. Emma was there to reassure us every step of the way that we would get the wedding of our dreams. We had to postpone three times because we kept getting our hopes up and let down with each new severe state regulation. However, Emma represented not only professionalism for JDK but also our best interests. She was responsive and efficient with all requests, inquiries, and details. When the day finally arrived this past October, we were happy to have her present and our day went off without a hitch. The food was definitely one of the reasons we were interested in commuting 2 hours from our residence, and boy-oh-boy, they knocked it out of the park in both the tasting and the special day. The Chef also kindly accommodated our interest in showcasing a few Brasilian appetizers and late night snacks which were made incredibly well. We had great bartenders who also mastered the Old Fashioneds and Caipirinhas. We loved that this was a BYOB venue so we could bring diverse drinks. On that note, also, JDK and Emma are so passionate about their field and treated us exceptionally well, permitting us to be both creative, theatrical, and minimalist in our decors and dress attire, never once judging our nontraditional selections. A bonus is how our Coordinator, Miss Lyss Planning, also worked well with them and synchronicity was important for us. We wholeheartedly recommend The Bond for a unique, industrial venue and there aren’t enough words in the dictionary to praise Emma and JDK for their exemplary service. As the bride writing this review for both my husband and I, Emma was so outstanding to me, on a personal note, and it was such a joy to speak to her each and everytime. She is so skillful— I truly felt like I was her only client at times because that’s how much attention she offered to me. Her compassion during one of the most frustrating epochs during our life was bar-none. We are sad that we won’t have a chance to work with them again but we wish them continued excellence and hope to cross paths again in the future.

Besides what you can easily see - working with The Bond/JDK Team was nothing short of a phenomenal experience. Emma is an absolute ANGEL jumping in as our coordinator right as things started to re-open and right from the start she was completely on top of everything. I know how crazy busy the wedding industry is right now but Emma made me feel like the most important bride every time we spoke. She listened to every detail and made sure to keep in constant communication on her end. Emma we will forever be grateful for all of your hard work and dedication to our wedding day & making it the most PERFECT day ever!! We also have to give a shoutout to Jamie & Sam from JDK! I met with Jamie for our final details meeting and she & Sam helped run our rehearsal. They were the sweetest gals to work with and the same thing as Emma made us feel like we were the most important couple in the moment, giving us 100% of their energy to help pull off our vision. Jamie even texted me one week out just to say happy wedding week! Sam was there setting up when we arrived and made sure to take care of absolutely everything and helped Danielle, our coordinator, make everything look perfect. I will never be able to thank them enough for everything they did! And the service/FOOD OH.MY.GOODNESS.....I am drooling at the memory of our wedding food. I don't think there was/is ONE person who could say anything but amazing things about dinner. The consistent line we keep hearing is "that was the best wedding food I've ever eaten...not even just wedding food...FOOD in general!!" If you’re considering The Bond and/or JDK for your wedding day we 10000000%+ say that is the best choice you can make!! oxox

My cousin was convinced it was the best wedding food he's ever had. Cannot recommend enough. We absolutely loved the venue and staff.

d by our guests. We had our floral done through JDK by Colton as well, and again beautiful. Every space in the venue was touched with magic and was beautiful. Our venue coordinator changed last minute due to staffing changes which was incredibly stressful. However, our new coordinator Molly came with her boss Abby and Colton the very next day and new our wedding plans better than we did all a week before our wedding. The entire night went flawlessly. There are details that were thought of by JDK that could not have come across my Pinterest crazy controlling bride brain! I had a staff member Juliana following me around with food and drinks during cocktail hour and pictures. She made me feel like a princess. Also, every single staff member at our venue spoke to me. Anytime a staff member passed by my husband and I they would say something encouraging or offer help. While my family was busy partying the big boss was helping me bustle my dress; and she was happy to do it. The Bond itself is a blank industrial chic canvas and should be considered highly for any bride and groom to get married in. It is easy with the bridal suits, cocktail area, ceremony spot, and reception space. One stop shop with JDK. 10/10 recommend

It was immediately apparent that she put more effort into her couples than any other venue specialist. She listened, asked questions, took copious notes, and was honest. Megan went above and beyond to help us customize our packages and pricing. She was very responsive and organized throughout the planning process. Leading up to the big day, we had a family emergency which lead to last minute changes. Megan not only jumped in to help us figure out the details but also was very compassionate. The Bond is lucky to have her representing the organization. You will be hard pressed to find someone that will take better care of you on your wedding day. Also, the serving staff and bartenders were outstanding. They were respectful, attentive, and moved quickly in the background to ensure our guests had an amazing time. The food experience at the Bond/JDK was also phenomenal. They offer so many great options at great prices. They even customized hors d’oeuvres so we’d have our favorite food on our wedding day. So many of our guests told us that this was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. The Bond is completely indoors, however the murals in the surrounding area give you ample locations for beautiful outdoor photos. All of our expectations were surpassed by the Bond, Megan, and JDK. We truly couldn’t have had a more perfect wedding day.

The alley area next to the bond has several really cool murals that made our wedding pictures absolutely amazing! Our photographers loved the venue too and our photos turned out beautifully! We opted for no sit down dinner and did stations instead which gave people the option of choosing what they wanted to eat and everyone could eat at the same time and sit wherever they wanted. All of our guests commented on how good the food was (we did sliders, tacos, French fry and onion ring station) I highly recommend the chicken and waffles appetizer, it was a crowd favorite. The staff could not have been better, everyone was friendly and professional. Honestly you can’t go wrong with this venue, your guests show up at one venue for ceremony and reception, there are amazing photo opportunities, and you’ll love the food! I also must give a shout out to Megan who was always available to answer questions, couldn’t have been more accommodating, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She even gave us a congratulations card that thanked us for choosing their venue! My husband is born and raised on Long Island and most of our guests traveled and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how cool and fun our wedding was. All of the vendors Megan suggested were fabulous and multiple people asked about the decor and flower arrangements which was all done by Megan and Colton (who Megan recommend, he also works with JDK catering and I would highly recommend)! Thanks to Megan and the JDK catering crew our wedding was hands down the best wedding ever!

we, both fell in love with the look and feel of the venue from the pictures on their website. Then it was 100% confirmed when I met with the venue specialist, Megan, and toured the venue. Megan was amazing. She took us through what most couples do on the day of, the services they offered and embraced many of our own ideas. During the months prior to the wedding, a small panic occurred here and there, but Megan was always able to put our minds at ease. All my questions, and my Mothers, were quickly responded to by phone or email and she was always willing to give helpful and friendly advice for whatever we needed. When the actual day finally arrived, I was blown away, not only by our ideas coming to fruition but all the additional décor that was provided by The Bond at no charge. Typically you get to rent a building and everything else is on you… not with The Bond. People often ask us… what was the best part about our wedding day? For us, the best part about the day was that we didn’t worry about anything. Megan worked very closely with the vendors and the coordination she has with her staff was flawless. Every last detail was perfect and honestly (as far as we knew) there was not one little hiccup! We highly recommend The Bond. The venue is stunning, the food was so good and the most important was the personal touch and devotion, by Megan and the staff, to making our day as incredible as it could be. They did a phenomenal job in making our day perfect. Job well done. We can’t thank you enough!

They even allowed us to include our 13-year old Pomeranian in our ceremony. The staff who worked at our wedding were also super friendly and accommodating with our guests. Well, it happened, July 13, 2019 my daughter wed the man of her dreams and had an absolutely stunning wedding at the Bond. I owe all the thanks to Megan Sellers who is the most amazing Venue Specialist and JDK Catering who makes the most phenomenal food! Having had some experience at wedding planning and décor myself, we did provide many of the decorations… but wait…I was absolutely blown away the day of the wedding…JDK also supplied additional decorations, candles, florals, uplifts to create an amazing and modern look on the food stations and other areas that needed a little sprucing up! Topping that they even matched all the food signage to the wedding colors. Megan, not just another pretty face, worked diligently, as did all the JDK staff, setting up the venue. Megan was very much in control of all the details and if there was a question, she verified with the bride or myself. She worked hand-in-hand with the officiant making sure the wedding party and family members were in check with where, when and how things were being done. What’s even more amazing… there was no charge for all the additional decorations or the role “wedding planner” Megan became the day of the wedding. With the amazing service, wedding planning, additional décor, amazing food, beverage service you absolutely have to check it out. This empty space of concrete, brick walls, dozens of paned windows and giant chandeliers becomes the most amazing beautiful space to make any bride’s dream come true!

Finally someone recommended The Bond to me and it was everything I’d ever dreamed of and it didn’t break the bank. The venue has the coolest vibe, it’s so industrial, but the light fixtures soften the look and make it so elegant! And I’ll also add that the natural light is to die for!!! Working with Megan was a breeze, she made us feel so comfortable and taken care of. She was with us from beginning to end and made sure that the day of was flawless. I was so sad to say goodbye to her when the wedding was over, she was such a big help and made all of our visions come to life! The only vendor we were required to use was for our meal, and believe me I was not mad about that at all!! The food was absolutely incredible and every single guest complemented the meal!
