Chantel was the best decision we made while planning our wedding! Her creativity, careful and artistic eye, and calm, sure demeanor were exactly what we needed to make the day extraordinary. We highly recommend her to everyone looking for the perfect coordinator for their event.

Chantel was a pleasure to work with and really brought my daughter’s vision to life. She and her staff are the real mvp’s!!! The venue was GORGEOUS and it looked like it came straight out of a magazine or tv show! Not only was everything stunning, they did ALL OF THE WORK!!! We did not have to set up or tear down any of it. They got there early cleaned up late at night. It had to have been a very long day but they all had smiles on their faces. And…I didn’t have to figure out where or how to store all of the decorations before or after the wedding. EVERY Indiana bride needs Chantel in their life!!!

Chantel was BY FAR the best part of my wedding!! I knew I didn’t want to deal with finding all of the decor on my own as I know myself (and my mom) and that would have caused alllll the stress. My mom ended up going to an Indy bridal show and found Chantel there and instantly fell in love!! Chantel made the process so easy - started with a phone call to talk through ideas, sent some photos of the venue and decor ideas, she gave us a quote of items we would want, and in the end it came out beautifully!! Not only that but I live in Houston, and was planning my wedding in Indy - so I was planning everything basically virtual! I truly felt as though my wedding was held in heaven itself thanks to Chantel and her incredible team! They arrived at the venue as early as possible and got everything set up with ease to the point I didn’t even know they were there! My guests did nothing but rave of the decor and how it all came together! Chantel then proceeded to stay for the wedding and ultimately cleaned everything up at the end of the night - leaving us STRESS and HASSLE FREE!! The best thing too was she was able to do EVERYTHING! Not only was she my decorator but florist too - and all the tiny little details were taken care of. She was able to mix in fake and real flowers (and no one could tell the difference) into the entire venue. She also was able to use pieces of our own decor we had from my aunts wedding a few years back, which helped with the cost! She made everything so easy and every little request or change we had was so smooth! I can’t say enough about how much of a great help she was and would highly HIGHLY reccomend Eclectic Eventscapes for any of your decorating needs!!
