The Boston Renditions

We were absolutely thrilled with our experience with the Boston Renditions. I was originally nervous to have it be mostly band and had requested a large portion of the night for dj but the band was incredible. Our guests were on the dance floor the entire night and so many people told us how great their performance was. Would recommend to anyone! Ryan was so nice and extremely professional!

As soon as my wife and I started planning our wedding, we spent weeks researching every wedding band in New England, and we're so happy we ended up with the Boston Renditions. They performed for our outdoor wedding in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, in September and had everyone on the dance floor all night - from our 19 year old cousin to 90 year old grandma. Ryan and the team were so easy to work with throughout the process, from our introductory call to talking through the set-list and our first dance songs to personally checking in on us throughout the evening to ensure we were having a blast. We let Ryan know that our guests would really get down with the 90s and 00s bangers on their song list and they did not disappoint - in addition to playing the classics for the older folks. We have gotten a ton of compliments since our wedding from guests who told us they have never seen such a packed dance floor with people of all ages. 10/10 would recommend.

First and foremost, of all the bands we inquired with, Ryan of the Boston Renditions was the ONLY band lead to congratulate us on our engagement! This went a long way with us as we really wanted to work with vendors who were great to work with. Working with the Boston renditions was exactly that - an extremely positive experience from the very beginning. Ryan was communicative, organized, and had the most fun ideas for our big day. We were also able to see the BR perform in Boston about 5 months before our wedding. The entire band treated us like VIPs this night - coming up to congratulate us, share how excited they were for our big day, and even played us Love Story (as they know I love Taylor Swift, talk about knowing your customer!) Ahead of wedding day, Ryan was incredibly organized and walked us through every detail and how we envisioned our day. He is a true professional and had some great ideas when we needed inspiration. On wedding day, we used the Boston Renditions ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception music services. Every aspect went exactly as planned - and even better than we could have ever imagined. Ryan was a great MC, and the entire band kept our entire wedding on their feet for the whole night! The dance floor was PACKED! They played the BEST songs, and even let us come up and sing with the band at one point. Even on their break, they made time to take song requests from the audience. We received so many compliments on the Boston Renditions from our guests and would recommend them to anyone looking to hire them for their next event. We even had a Berkeley school of music professor at our wedding who shared it was one of the best bands he has seen in a long time. My only regret is because of how much fun we had on the dance floor, we forgot to say goodbye to the band at the end of the night! THANK YOU RYAN AND THE BOSTON RENDITIONS! One of the biggest goals for our wedding was to make sure people had fun and danced the night away. With the Boston Renditions, this goal was a BREEZE to achieve - they had everyone on the dance floor, from the moment they got on stage to the moment they finished. Even my 95-year-old Grandma got up and started showing off her moves! So many people raved about how talented the band was and how much fun they made the night. Highly recommend booking the Boston Renditions if you are looking for an unforgettable, great time!

Ryan and the entire Boston Renditions crew did an incredible job with our wedding at Wychmere Beach Club! They provided a microphone and live musician for the ceremony, accommodated our longer than usual reception timeline and even worked with us to get our family band up on stage at one point. We also really appreciated that they include MC services for speeches and dinner, plus they played some DJ music in between live sets so we could party to our favorite pop songs. The dance floor was filled the entire night!

The Boston Renditions kept the dance floor hopping all night long! The band was so talented and our guests kept raving about them. The band leader (Ryan) was very organized in the planning leading up to the wedding. We had so much fun with the band. Would highly recommend the Boston Renditions!!

Wow! Not only do my husband and I endorse a 5-star review for The Boston Renditions, but ALL of our wedding guests raved about the band. Before the night was over so many of our guests came up to us and let us know that this was “the best wedding band they have ever heard.” One of our biggest goals for our wedding was to have a full dance floor the whole night and The Boston Renditions helped us to achieve that. They matched the energy of our wedding and kept people dancing all night long. Ryan was so great to work with from a planning standpoint and everything we talked about was perfectly executed. The Boston Renditions is an incredibly talented and fun band.

The Boston Renditions were absolutely incredible. As a singer myself, I was looking for a band that could bring high energy and solid female vocals to our party. The vocalists were outstanding, and our guests danced all night. Ryan (the bandleader) also did an awesome job doing sound and music for our ceremony. The Renditions brought fun lights in addition to the lighting we had on site, and our guests are still talking about how great the band was. Would hire them again, 10/10.

The Boston Renditions truly MADE our wedding reception. They are so good! We hired them for our ceremony music & sound, an acoustic set for cocktail hour, and the band for the reception and they nailed every segment of the day. Many of guests told us, explicitly, how impressed they were, but the nonstop dance party spoke for itself. Additionally, Ryan Faraday is a great guy who was super organized and easy to work with in the months leading up to our day. We hired the band for our wedding after we were guests at a wedding where they played. So, we had pretty high expectations. Ryan and the band surpassed them all. Can't recommend them enough.

The Boston Renditions were initially referred to me by a friend. They had played her brother's wedding and knocked it out of the park. Working with Ryan to coordinate and plan everything was easy breezy! We loved that The Boston Renditions are a band and DJ combo, and they were actually able to help us out with setting up A/V equipment for our ceremony in addition to playing the wedding! This seems like a tiny detail, but was a huge relief (my husband and I have been to too many weddings where we can barely hear the ceremony). They tee'd up our ceremony music perfectly and followed the ceremony with a beautiful acoustic set for cocktail hour. Ryan also did an awesome job of helping us figure out the flow of the evening and really knew how to keep the energy up! My husband and I were super into emo music in high school, and we asked them to learn a Fall Out Boy song for us (Grand Theft Autumn), which they snuck into the middle of the set and it was just the best thing ever!!!! All of our friends and family were dancing/jumping/singing along and they couldn't believe our wedding band played that song. They had a great light setup and everything sounded awesome. We had so many compliments on the band. The Boston Renditions were just phenomenal and I hope I get to see them play again soon. :)

Boston Renditions was amazing from the start. We booked them and Ryan made everything so easy to plan. We added them on for ceremony and cocktail hour (one of which was last minute) and they accommodated without issue. I had SO many guests tell me how fantastic this band was ! Would highly recommend. We are so happy we booked them.

Our wedding was this past June and after some thoughtful research we decided to work with The Boston Renditions. If you are reading this I imagine you have some wedding nerves. Let me help - The Boston Renditions were absolutely electric. Ryan ran point for my wife and I and made sure everything went smooth. He wrangled our wedding party to ensure they were in the right place at the right time which was a MAJOR help. As the night wrapped up we had more people come up to us and say "The band was phenomenal" than "Thanks for having us". We are thankful to have had them and cannot recommend them enough!

The Boston Renditions were the absolute perfect wedding band. We did our research ahead of time and after watching videos and reading reviews for a bunch of different bands, we chose The Boston Renditions. We are so happy with our choice. So many of our guests commented to us during and after the wedding about how great the band was. Between the incredible performances, music selection, learning our first dance song to perform it live, etc. they were all around the perfect choice. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

We are SO glad we went with The Boston Renditions for our NYE wedding on 12/31/21 at Gurney's in Newport. It was a crazy time of year (and in the world) to be throwing a big bash, and they put us at such ease guaranteeing they'd be there with bells on to help us ring in the New Year. Ryan was so patient with my detailed requests (I have a background in musical theatre and I produce photo shoots for a living, so I had a really specific idea of how the "production" of the event would go, and he executed the plan magnificently). Our guests are still raving about how awesome the band & dj-ing were throughout the night. And the option to have a combo of live and pre-recorded music was ideal, it allowed us to hear everything we wanted to over the course of the night. We added in uplighting and went with dj'd ceremony, 2-3 musicians for the cocktail hour, and then 4 hours of band/DJ combo and an hour of DJing at our after party. The music was spectacular start to finish. I really can't say enough about how grateful we were to work with such pros and how superb the entertainment value was. We rocked in the New Year and celebrated our wedding reception with the best of the best up on stage!!

These guys bash it out of the park! Everything they did was super pro from coordination prior to the wedding to the performance itself. They made the process stress free. Only hire this band if you want to have people dancing their faces off at your wedding and/or special event.

We got married in June and are still getting compliments on our wedding band! Song selection was perfect (they play absolute jams) the performances were so much fun, everyone sounded amazing, and they were so easy to work with (especially with COVID postponement). We had some strange family traditions and requests that they were so easy-going about accommodating as well. The dance floor was packed all night long! We strongly recommend the Boston Renditions!

They were so responsive and flexible and working with them to plan the night was so easy. The band played such a large role in our day, from cocktail hour, introducing us, DJing dinner and teeing up the speeches, and getting the party going, and Ryan was such a professional at helping us map out the entire day. The music was phenomenal. The energy was so high, the dancefloor was packed all night, and all of our guests continue to keep gushing about how incredible the band was.
