My daughter and my son in love had their wedding last week. The venue and service was outstanding. The quality, attention to details, coupled with the charm and elegance of the venue was perfect. Sherry and her team were exceptional throughout. We could not have done it without you!!!! Thanks

The Bottle Factory is a beautiful venue and soooo affordable! The interior has an antique, rustic design, but can also be transformed into an upscale, chic look with the help of some drapery & a little imagination. The vendor, Sherry, and her husband were BY FAR the best part of The Bottle Factory. They were very easy to work with and were happy to restructure pricing during the pandemic to accommodate the forced decrease in wedding guest count. Sherry also stepped up on the day of the wedding when the caterer failed and spent money from her personal account to make sure every guest had food! Wow!! I will always be grateful to have had the chance to work with Sherry, and I recommend this venue 10/10. -cnw

This weekend my son and daughter in law got married at the Bottle Factory and it was an amazing event. The Bottle Factory is beautiful venue all by itself. Ms. Sherry was so nice and helpful before, during, and after the event. She was so pleasant and as the mother of the groom that meant a lot to me. I would highly recommend this venue. It doesn't take a lot of decorations to make it personally yours because the place speaks for itself. It's rustic and classy all at the same time. Perfect photo opportunities on each floor. It was an amazing event and the venue was a great part of the day. Thank you Ms. Sherry you are greatly appreciated.

The Bottle Factory is beautiful and provided ample space for my granddaughter’s wedding. Sherry went above and beyond to add special touches. The upper and lower levels were beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this venue. Sherry will make your special occasion a memorable one!

Where do I begin!!! Sherry is not just a venue owner, from this point on she is considered part of my family. I had my wedding over the weekend and Sherry and her husband went over and above to make sure the day went smooth! Everyone keeps talking about how amazing and beautiful the venue was and how AWESOME Sherry was! I could literally go on and on talking about the ways Sherry made my day special but from this day on, Sherry and the Bottle Factory will hold a special place in my heart. Please please please, if you’re considering a wedding or event- give Sherry and her team a go! They deserve the world!

In the past ten years I have hosted several large scale fundraising events at the Bottle Factory. Sherry and her team always go above and beyond to assist their clients and make sure everything is absolutely perfect. Throughout the years, hundreds of people benefited from our charity events held at the Bottle Factory. This place has made a huge impact on the lives of others, in our communities and others. Thank you Sherry and team - we love the Bottle Factory.

Sherry Helms is an amazing wedding/party planner. Every detail is well thought out and executed. The food is wonderful and drinks plentiful. She is kind, caring, calm & so easy to works with. Sherry truly sets the bar for excellence in service! The Bottle Factory is beautiful venue, and she also does great offsite planning.

The Bottle Factory in Monroe NC. I don’t recommend anyone EVER book an event with Sherry Helms that owns the Bottle Factory. She doesn’t truly care about anything but the money. This is not a normal situation; they didn’t just change their mind. We contacted her under the current circumstances discouraging large gatherings and asked for some kind of refund. In a time of Pandemic, you would have thought she would have been more empathic for a couple having to go through this situation. In an email sent from Mrs. Helms the owner of the Bottle Factory today (3/24/20) she has very boldly said she will NOT REFUND any money paid ($6000) in capital letters. And she will make sure their wedding will be beautiful on April 11th. Clearly, she doesn’t care about the well-being of the community because she is willing to continue holding LARGE events in the community potentially spreading the Corona Virus!

Absolutely adore this venue!!! We would definitely recommend booking ASAP as dates fill up fast. From the first time we toured the venue to our actual wedding day was nothing short of amazing. Sherry and her team made our wedding day something to truly remember. The Bottle Factory definitely knows how to plan a wedding. We loved downtown Monroe. I truly thank The Bottle Factory for helping us celebrate our wedding day and truly making our experience a joyous memory!!! You won’t be disappointed!

We had our wedding at The Bottle Factory this past weekend. Wow is an understatement. Top notch service, Beautiful Historic Industrial style venue, Great location. More than we ever dreamed possible.

Nothing compares to how beautiful this venue is. We looked at many. The Bottle Factory was very clean, spacious, charming and quaint. 150 People on our guest list, we had plenty of room for wedding up stairs and reception downstairs.

Great! Wonderful! Beautiful! Professional! Perfect! I can’t say enough about how wonderful this venue is. The wedding I have always dreamed of. It was like a fairytale.

Our friends recommended us to The Bottle Factory Venue. After our first tour we knew this was the place for us. We signed the contract that day. The venue owner help us plan our wedding. She knew all the best vendors, we loved them all. We had an evening wedding with lots of candles. The venue is beautiful at night with the small lights on the ceiling and Edison lights outside in the garden. The venue team, Sherry and Lisa were so sweet and helpful. We recommend this venue!

My wife and I got married at The Bottle Factory this summer. I don’t normally write reviews but we had a perfect wedding. My grooms suite was a speak easy from 1927. It was the coolest place to get ready with my groomsmen. We used the vendors suggested by the venue. So glad we did. They were wonderful. Our entire processes and wedding ran very smooth. Our guest complimented us all night on how great the venue was. We are very glad we had our wedding at The Bottle Factory Venue!

Cool place to have a wedding. My groomsman and I had the greatest time in the cellar (pre-party) before my Wedding. The staff took care of us with anything we needed. They were the best! I would recommend this Venue as the BEST, if you’re looking for a place to fulfill all of your wedding wishes, The Bottle Factory Venue is that place. Thank you!

I'm so in love with this historical venue! I did not have to decorate much at all because of its natural beauty and charm. My husband loved the grooms suite in the cellar. My bridal suite was plenty big enough for my bridal party. Our guest loved we had everything at one location. My grandmother was able to use the wheelchair lift to go upstairs. They have bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. The staff were the best and made our wedding wonderful. I suggest The Bottle Factory for your wedding!

❤️❤️LOVE THE BOTTLE FACTORY❤️❤️ This was the first venue that we looked at, there was no need to look at any other! We knew right when we walked in that this was the place for our ceremony! I cannot express how much I love the look and feel of The Bottle Factory venue. We love the fact that we could choose our own catering company without any additional fees. They do have preferred vendors but you do not have to use them. Two of our vendors have been to The Bottle Factory before and said that the people are wonderful to work with. Our wedding is in 6 months! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I was the maid of honor at my friends wedding a month ago. The Bottle Factory venue, Sherry and her assistant, made sure that my friends wedding was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend ! With that Southern charm, unique character, exposed brick and open ceiling. It is definitely the prettiest venue in North Carolina.

We just signed a contract yesterday to get married at TheBottle Factory Venue. We will have our ceremony in the garden. We are so excited! Sherry and Lisa have been such a huge help during our venue search. Very class place with staff to match!!

Love The Bottle Bottle Factory Venue!! We are getting married there in one month. We can't wait. The General Manager has been extremely helpful and very easy to get a hold of. Not sure what the other reviews are about. Our experience has been amazing and very stress free!

I contacted the Bottle Factory originally to set up a viewing of the venue itself; the manager/wedding director/coordinator she was on vacation in Alaska and after 2 phone calls she finally texted me letting me know when she would be back in town. Alright that was ok everyone takes a vacation. We went and looked at the venue and it is beautiful and has a lot of character & probably would have made an amazing place for our wedding but when we tried to set up the 2nd viewing with our parents; nothing. After 3 phone calls and 2 voicemails, numerous text messages and reading some similar reviews online we decided to completely drop this one from the list of choices. Still to this day no one has gotten back in touch with me and it's been over a month now. Our date is WELL in advance in April 2019 and we tried getting everything started early but if she can't get in touch with me now, what make's me think she wouldn't do this once our wedding date gets closer. I was very surprised because she seems like a very nice person and gave us a lot of information and cards that she ONLY refers because they have never messed up an event for her (not sure if she gets a kick back from them if we book with them, neither here nor there). It was upsetting to have this happen and hear about it happening to other people as well since it is such a beautiful place and the only reason i put 2 stars is because it did have such character and would be a beautiful place to get married at. Also not many places outside to take pictures unless you would want to walk a block or 2 to Monroe town hall, there is a small rose garden outside but that's about it.

This is a beautiful, one-of-a-kind venue. Your wedding will certainly be a dream here. I had some issues come up throughout planning and Sherry was very understanding and willing to help me out so that I could have a wonderful experience. If you are looking for something unique, this is the place for you!

I love this place. We are getting married in November 2016. We have hire the General Manager Sherry to be our day of coordinator. She has been so helpful, it is obvious that she has been a planner for 32 years. She has made our planning so easy. I could engage doing this with out her. The reason I chose The Bottle Factory is this building has so much character, it does not need much decoration at all. I just love the brick walls. Can't wait for our wedding day!!!

My friend has her outside ceremony and reception here yesterday. The outside ceremony was the most beautiful ceremony I have ever seen. This venue is to die for! The management was so helpful to all of us brides maids. Just like all the other reviews Sherry and Lisa are amazing!!! Elise's wedding went perfect. I have been in many weddings, this wedding ran so smooth and relaxing! The Bottle Factory is the perfect place for a wedding.

My wife just wrote a review. I wanted to add, the groomsmen loved the Groom Suite. It was the best man cave. Wish I had one at my house. My family raved over this venue. It has the most character out of any of the venues around. Our coordinator Sherry help the groomsmen with pictures, flowers, ties, she even had one of her assistance run out and get socks because one of the groomsmen forgot them. We loved our wedding. It was perfect, thanks to The Bottle Factory and Sherry.

Just had our wedding at The Bottle Factory. Our guest are still talking about how beautiful this venue was. They had everything in place when we arrived and decorated for us. The entire night was magical. We chose all of their preferred vendors and loved all of them. We could not of asked for better service from Sherry and her staff. We did hire her as our planner/coordinator. She made sure everything was perfect for our wedding. I highly suggest hiring Sherry for your coordinator.

I agree with the review below. The management is difficult to work with. She is hard to get in touch with, never sent me a copy of the contract, and does not return phone calls. I love the venue and its eclectic style but I still fear how my big day will turn out at this venue.

We had a bad experience with the management. Love the venue, however, working with the management was very stressful and caused many issues on the wedding day. I would not suggest this venue until the management changes.

We can't imagine a more perfect venue for our wedding. The whole process was seamless and the style of the venue was perfect for our wedding. The staff was extremely helpful leading up to the wedding and made the day run smoothly. Our guests raved about this place!

The Bottle Factory was the perfect vintage/industrial space for my reception! Working with their event coordinator was easy and enjoyable. The location is great and breaks the typical Monroe country club wedding (e.g. Rolling Hills or MCC). We used the upstairs space for our cocktail hour and had the main reception downstairs, which provided us more room to party! Great experience at a great venue!!!
