Tom and his team were amazing! I am not a creative person so I really just told him the types of flowers I liked and he took it from there. He was always punctual and helpful and just a joy to work with. We had one trial session and while I liked the flowers there were a few that just seemed off to me and I think he was able to pick up on that because on the wedding day he ended up swapping them out and the results were absolutely perfect. I would not have changed one thing about my bouquet, centerpieces, or how he decorated the ceremony space. I will be going to Tom in the future for any floral needs!

Tom was amazing to work with for my summer wedding! I was not able to find an exact photo for the images I had for my wedding and allowed him to have creative discretion based off only colors I'd shown him. The results were fabulous!!! He went above and beyond to make my wedding day so easy by delivering the flowers to multiple locations, setting up my arch arrangement, and working with me to design my reception centerpieces. Even though our wedding was on a 90+ degree day, the flowers lasted through all photos and festivities and still looked amazing by the end of the night. I would definitely recommend The Bouquet Shop for your wedding floral needs!

My flowers were more amazing then I could have even imagined. Tom and his team were a breeze to work with, even with me living 2+ hours from his shop. I provided Tom with some inspirational photos and some flowers kinds that I wanted to include and I can’t even describe how beautiful they turned out. They were patient with us even though all of the bridesmaids and I were a little late getting to the venue. They pinned all the bouts on the guys and brought extra flowers in case anything broke. They also made me an absolutely stunning hairpiece and delivered it separately to have while I was getting ready. Tom also was the kindest man and so easy to work with. It’s obvious why he’s been in business as long as he has! Amazing vendor and I’d recommend them a million times over!

First rate, service over and above, ability to take a vision and make it reality. I would highly recommend The Bouquet Shop for any and all floral needs. My wedding was held in December in my church chapel. The pine and floral garlands on the communion rails were exquisite....various greens, flowers in just the right colors, and pine cones. The fragrance was wonderful! The bouquets were exquisite and lasted more than a week after the wedding. Our centerpieces were remarkable a simple lantern and candle transformed into a cozy, rustic and beautiful centerpiece with pine, flowers and pine cones. Once wedding festivities were complete, we gave them as gifts to our wedding party, family and friends. One of them made it all the way from Ohio to Long Island, New York on a plane in great condition! We repurposed our chapel and dinner décor for an open house the following day. Tom came back to the church after our ceremony, removed the flowers from the garland and placed them in water. The next day he came and helped up set up the venue with the floral decorations (we repurposed the garlands for our serving, guest book and favor tables). Such great service! Everyone commented how cozy, fragrant and beautifully decorated the chapel, dinner and next day open house was. In fact, our Pastor commented that the ceremony was the most beautiful indoor settings he had ever seen....and he's seen lots of weddings! Thank you Tom and the Bouquet Shop team for making my wedding weekend so stress free and spectacular.

Having Tom as my florist was one of the best parts of my wedding. He really loves what he does and is passionate about every detail. The planning process was so easy, even being from out of town. After the in-person consultation, I knew I had nothing to worry about and that everything, in regards to flowers and decor would go off without a hitch. On the day of the wedding, Tom personally came and help execute all of the finishing touches. The centerpieces, ceremony decor and bouquets were amazing!! There were also flower crowns for the bridesmaids and he fit them to every girl to make sure they were right!! It was such a pleasure working with someone who was so passionate and took so much pride in his work. I'd work with Tom & team again in an instant!

Tom went above and beyond any expectation we had in the floral department of our wedding. My mother-in-law and I met with him before the wedding to design all our flowers, centerpieces, bouquets and more. He offered an expert opinion and made the process effortless, enjoyable and affordable. The day of our October 1, 2016 wedding, Tom personally came to our wedding venue to personally hand me and my entire bridal party our flowers. It was so special to thank our florist in person right before I walked down the aisle and for him to offer his well-wishes. Tom even stayed after the flowers had been handed out to ensure everything went on perfectly. All the centerpieces at the reception were gorgeous. We can't rave about Tom and The Bouquet Shop enough. He made sure our day was beautiful and easy to enjoy.

We did most of the flowers ourselves. But, since we couldn't find enough lavender, the Bouquet shop in Orrville (a branch of the Wooster location) made 10 l;lavender bouquets for my bridesmaids and my bouquet. They were perfect and helped take away some of the flower stress on the day of.

I haven't been able to stop talking about my florist and what an amazing job he did! Tom Poulson is a very kind man who KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING! ;) I had a vision that I really wanted to stick to, and with our budget of $900-1100 he was able to make my wedding and reception amazing! I did all white hydrangeas with blush roses and the bouquets looked perfect! For the reception, we had vintage white milk vases with white hydrangeas and roses alternating. Tom really listened to what I wanted, he took every picture I sent him, and he made it look even better than I had expected! So easy to work with and if I had to do it all over again I would still go with this vendor!

Tom, the owner, was very professional and kind, he was able to transform my flower dreams into reality. I always wanted lilies in my bouquet but I was afraid they would over power the other flowers. The florists at The Bouquet Shop perfectly matched the lilies with roses and other beautiful flowers to represent me and my wedding colors/style. I was very happy with the bouquets and bouttonieres/corsages (we did not order centerpieces or other decoration items from them). The price was average, and the flowers lasted all day and all night. The only reason I am rating them with 4 stars overall is because they forgot about the toss bouquet that was supposed to be included in the price, no big deal though, one of my bridesmaids was kind enough to offer her bouquet. I highly recommend this florist for any occasions, not only weddings.

We went to the bouquet shop not sure what exactly we were looking for when it came to flowers. Tom was very helpful and was able to give us ideas that we would never of thought of. Tom then delivered the flowers to the church when we wanted them and he stayed around until all the groomsmen were there and dressed so he could pin on their boutonnières. I would recommended Tom and the Bouquet Shop to every bride.

All I wanted were bright vibrant flowers that were in season. He pulled a picture of another wedding he had done and was exactly what I wanted. The day of the wedding the flowers showed up and were just what we wanted!!! Beautiful!
