Y’all… I had an extraordinary day. I found my wedding dress and boy do I have a story for you. If you’re getting married and are looking for a dress, go to The Boutique by B.Belle Events. I was FLOORED by the customer service and the kindness. So much so that I will legitimately never recommend any other place for wedding gowns. It is a tragedy I didn’t catch the name of the lovely woman who helped us but wow.. u have never met a kinder soul. I’m speechless. Truly. I was treated like royalty. And this woman is INCREDIBLE at her job. I truly felt like she was a best friend. I will never forget this day thanks to her. She asked me so many questions and she hit the nail on the head with the very first dress she pulled! Nothing could top it. It’s so hard to even begin to find the words to describe how wonderful my experience was. Please if you are looking for a wedding gown I BEG you to try this place. You will not regret it. I had an incredible experience at The Boutique! For starters, the atmosphere was amazing and beautiful. Belle was a joy to work with. She asked me questions about my wedding colors and style to choose a selection of dresses that fit the overall style of my wedding. Belle did absolutely everything she could to make my experience a fun and memorable one! She used all of my feedback and reactions to help me find my absolute dream dress. I loved loved loved my experience at The Boutique by B. Belle Events! Mindy was my consultant with Heather helping out as well. They were the BEST I’ve ever worked with! I went to other boutiques trying to find the perfect dress and the service I received at other places was not even comparable to the amazing time I had at this boutique! Belle and Mindy made my dress shopping experience better than I could ever imagine. They took 6 hours to help me find my dream dress after a horrible shopping experience at another store. I walked in Belles boutique and I automatically found the dress that I WANTED on a mannequin. Mindy had me try on 5 dresses before I tried that special one on to make sure I didn’t like the other silhouettes as much. Let me tell you it was worth the wait!! It was absolutely the one. The others were gorgeous, just not the vibe I envisioned. I walked out and everyone knew this was the one. We quickly said YES to the dress. This was the most magical experience. They made me feel like a queen the second I walked in the door. Not once did they make me feel less than a million bucks. I will only recommend this boutique! I promise you won’t feel as important anywhere else!

10/10 experience!! From the moment we walked in, I KNEW I was going to find my dress. Belle sat us all down, asked me to explain the general vibe I was looking for, what styles I liked, what was of most importance when looking for dresses, and a few other questions. She browsed my Pinterest board and explained my style choices. She repeated back to me everything I said and she listened to EVERYTHING I said. She and Rebecca went browsing for dresses and came back with about 10 dresses. I loved that she tries to keep it to 10-15 dresses max so I didn’t get overwhelmed or forget what dresses I had already tried. The very first dress I tried on was THE DRESS. We tried on about 5 more dresses to make sure it was the one I liked best. She eliminated dresses that she had picked to reflect my comments as we went along. She and Rebecca gave us their undivided attention the whole afternoon, and truly made me feel special.

Belle’s attention to detail is amazing. She asked me some questions about my wedding day and asked about me and my fiancé and was able to find my dress after 4 try-ons. One thing I absolutely loved is that she made sure everything was a surprise. This helped me envision myself walking down the aisle and it made the experience so much more magical. Belle connected with everyone who came with me and is just the absolute sweetest person. I’m so glad I decided to go to Belle’s and I recommend everyone to at least try them out.

I had the best experience one could possibly dream of with Belle and Mindy. Belle listened to every concern & dream I had of my perfect dress, and was able to put my dream into reality! I visited Belle’s boutique with the intent of “just looking”, however, when I put the final dress on we all knew it was THE ONE 😍🥰 I could go on and on with so many positive things to say, but I’ll leave it at this… EVERY bride must experience The Boutique by Belle, there is nothing equivalent to her establishments customer service. Belle is just nothing but AMAZING. I left her boutique with the perfect wedding dress, but also with a whole new feeling about myself. Belle was amazing. I was having trouble really figuring out what I wanted. She went through all my wedding details and came up with a dress I absolutely loved. This was by far the best experience I had trying on wedding gowns. I am a size 16 and trouble finding dresses in the silhouette I wanted at other stores. B. Belle had exactly what I wanted. Her knowledge of gowns and style was unparalleled. She worked with me and made me feel incredible. Belle is absolutely amazing! She took time to get to know me as a bride, was sensitive to my body insecurties, and was not pushy at all. I had the pleasure of finding my wedding dress and veil at the new and amazing location of B.Belle Boutique. I worked with Courtney to find my dress but Belle, Mindy, and the rest of the store associates all worked together to make it a what-bridal-dreams-are-made-of experience. Courtney listened to my ideas, let me try different styles while gently maintaining control so I wasn't overwhelmed with options, and made sure I felt comfortable and beautiful in the process. Belle is excellent. I could not recommend her more. She is the sweetest. I said yes to the most beautiful dress. She asks a variety of questions and hand-picks the dresses that fit your style, venue, and overall look for the wedding. She is PHENOMENAL and I am so glad I was able to shop locally.

My daughter said yes to the perfect dress today and Belle was wonderful, she took the time to listen to what my daughter wanted and asked questions to determine the vision my daughter had for her wedding, Belle pulled several different dresses and all were beautiful but my daughter said yes to the dress that reflected her personality and her vision. I can't thank you enough Belle, you exceeded our expectations, a chain bridal shop can not do what Belle did. An experience like in the movies. From our first meeting at a bridal expo in Charleston, WV to making an appointment in the store. Showing up to be greeted with such enthusiasm and excitement knowing they were going to find THE dress for me allowed me to put so much trust and hope in this one of a kind boutique. As we sipped our mimosas, we discussed my personal style likes/dislikes. Belle and her staff were so pleasant and professional to work with. Very conscious of staying within my budget. She chose 4/5 dresses for me to try on and by the 2nd dress I had found THE one. I walked out of the store that day feeling like a beautiful bride to be and can not wait to marry my best friend. My granddaughter’s amazing wedding just happened because of this wonderful, talented, and very kind soul named “Belle” who put her all into making the day absolutely unforgettable! None of us had any idea just how incredibly beautiful and perfect it would be with so many special details. Nothing was overlooked. Absolutely wonderful experience from the minute I walked in the door. I had the “this is the dress” moment, and Belle and her girls helped me enjoy every second.

She was AMAZING! This was so much more than expected. The space was great and felt like a big city boutique, but still a personal touch.

What a wonderful experience! My mother and I walked in a bit nervous not knowing what to expect since this was our first bridal shop stop for the search for a dress. We felt immediately comfortable with a warm welcome, their sincere interest in finding the right dress and their ease in identifying my sense of style. They helped me find the perfect dress. We never could have imagined that dress buying could be so much fun, so EASY, and we left with smiles on our faces.

The Boutique by B.Belle Events is AMAZING. I have tried on so.many.wedding.dresses at other shops and by the end of it I felt like they all started to look the same and they lacked something special. I thought I was going to have to settle but then I went to The Boutique by B.Belle Events and I was WOWed. I live out of town (~3.5 hours), and I went with my Mother in Law and sister to be. We had the entire shop to ourselves and had the full attention of Alyssa and Belle who helped recommended a few fantastic dresses and listened to my preferences and my wedding style. Their selection of dresses was far superior to local (DC/Richmond and smaller shops in VA and PA) that I had visited. I felt Alyssa tried much harder than other shops to get me the best visual by clipping and pinning me into the dress as necessary, even though it took longer. I never felt rushed, or pressured to buy. In the end, I not only found an awesome one-of-a-kind dress I was so happy to work with Alyssa and Belle that I'm willing to drive as far as need be because I know my wedding dress will be perfect. :-) Thank you, Alyssa & Belle!

I don't think I have been treated so well by anyone as far as service. The owner of this Boutique was so welcoming, and made you feel so comfortable. I think it's safe to say like royalty. I couldn't have picked a better place to go to. I found my dress here and this was my first appointment. All the dresses I tried on were beautiful and it was hard to pick because I wanted them all lol. She was able to envision my vision and the dresses she picked were just emaculant. I highly recommend going here to purchase a wedding gown. Very professional as well.

I have visited 4 different bridal shops, in Huntington, WV, Ashland, KY, Lexington, KY, and Charleston, WV, and B. Belle is still the absolute best of all of them. My only issue was that I had to wait an extra hour from when my appointment was scheduled to start actually trying on dresses. However, they brought out drinks and were very accommodating while we waited, so it really wasn't an issue. The ladies there were so sweet and truly listened to me when I described the dress that I had envisioned. They are amazing at their job, and I highly suggest scheduling a visit!

I am still beaming from my experience with Belle! She was so very personal with me, trying to understand my personality and interests to hone in what I am looking for in a dress, while being conscience of my budget. I’m so glad she also looked through my Pinterest to have a visual of dresses I have liked. She showed me the options that she thought would best work, and when I asked to try something she gladly worked with it. And voila! I got the dress of my DREAMS! I visited the boutique with only 4 months until my wedding and I was ridiculously nervous. I am not a size 0 by any means, typically I wear a 10 in jeans so my wedding dress size is about 14-16. I had already tried on dresses in Beckley and my experience wasn’t the greatest. I’m not super comfortable with my body and I was terrified of being chastised for my weight and budget of $1,000 but let me tell you my experience was AMAZING. The women at the shop showed me that I can look good in anything and pushed me out of my comfort zone which was exactly what I needed to find my perfect dress. I was wishing for a magical experience and they delivered beyond my wildest dreams. They were so kind, excited, and uplifting. It was truly an utterly amazing and wonderful experience. First dress stop and was the last! Belle was absolutely amazing to work with and I had a fantastic time while trying to find the right dress. She definitely went above and beyond and was super sweet! She nailed it right on the head with the very first dress too! She also picked out an amazing belt and gorgeous veil that matched perfectly. I am in utter disbelief that a boutique as extraordinary as Belle's even exists in this area. The owner, Belle, and her employees conduct themselves with a certain professionalism that truly communicates their desire for customer satisfaction. Giving each bride their undivided attention--as she shares her imaginations of the most important gown she will ever wear--Belle and her employees provide each bride a personal experience, and a chance to be the center of attention. Not only are they simply very good at their jobs, but it is also evident how much they care that the bride finds her perfect gown. I truly can't imagine that anyone would leave B. Belle's empty-handed. In fact, I only tried on six before finding my perfect gown! So, pay them a visit... it's worth the trip!

WOW WHERE DO I START! From the time this salon came to Charleston I always thought what a beautiful place. Especially for me being a plus sized voluptuous beautiful woman I noticed this wedding salon dared to showcase fuller figure fashion in the window!!! Which drew me in. However, I thought it would be my daughter to “SAY YES TO THE DRESS” and not me as I had travelled that road. Long story short after an accident that almost killed me and my unborn child and a marriage that almost took my mind and another bought with cancer I met THE MAN OF MY DREAMS AND WHEN IMET MRS. BERRY BELLE! I MET THE WEDDING GOWN ANGEL! She made my day PHENOMENAL. I HAVE SPECIAL PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS AND SHE NEVER MADE ME FEEL INADEQUATE. ON THE CONTRARY SHE MADE ME FEEL EXQUISITE, as did the staff that was not even working directly with me and it continued even once I left the shop. Times when my body would not cooperate to make an appointment Kait was so accommodating and had such compassion. The very dress that I thought was not MY DRESS ENDED UP BEING THE MOST BEAUTIFUL DRESS EVER AND I THANK GOD FOR BELLE HER SPIRIT AND HER PATH THAR CROSSED WITH MINE. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS ON DECEMBER 5,2017.....HOWEVER OUR PATHS CROSSING WAS SO MUCH MORE THAN A DRESS FITTING KIND OF MOMENT #BLOWINGMYMIND #GREATERISCOMING #IAMABBBRIDE

After going to multiple bridal stores in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, etc., I had no intentions of getting my dress in Charleston, however, my girlfriend in the area kept telling me about The Boutique by B. Belle. And after trying on at least 20 dresses in different boutiques, I decided that it was worth a shot, and I am so happy that I did! Not only was it the most personable experience I have had, but they had gorgeous dresses to fit many different styles. From the moment you walked in, the girls were attentive, and made you feel extremely comfortable. Many of the other boutiques I went too seemed rushed, and crowded, and that is not how B. Belle is. The whole experience was tailored to me and what I was looking for. Jillian has only been working there for 6 months, and seemed like she had been helping girls find their dream dress for years! Since I randomly made a last minute appointment during the week, my family and friends were not able to come with me, but Jillian and Belle (the owner) made me feel completely comfortable with my purchase, and gave me the input that I needed to make the correct decision on my dress. After explaining to my sister how great of an experience I had, she plans to come to Charleston from Pittsburgh to look for her dress in the future! Every bride deserves to be treated (emphasis on treat) with a bridal gown shopping experience like you get at The Boutique. After going to a few other stores, after my appointment at The Boutique, my favorite part about shopping with Belle was the fact that the first 30 minutes of my visit was us just talking. No just about my wedding or the type of dress I thought I wanted but about everything. The other great thing about trying on gowns at The Boutique was that I could have walked out the door with any one of the dresses I tried on. I definitely CANNOT say that about other stores. I’ll be honest, Belle was having a sale when I purchased my dress this summer, but I told myself I’d at least go to my other appointments and see what else there was out there. After I left The Boutique I visited another store. I walked out of that store, cancelled my other appointments and called Belle to tell her I was coming back for my dream dress. I got an even bigger hug when I walked back into The Boutique for a second time! While I was definitely happy to see the reduced price on my gorgeous wedding gown, I think that brides should visit The Boutique because every bride deserves that amazing experience before her wedding. This was my first and only stop for trying on wedding dresses. This is truly the bridal experience everyone wants- personalized and warm. Kaitlyn helped to figure out what my style is (which was a bit of a challenge-I had never tried on dresses before and had very little idea what I wanted!) and really listened to my likes/dislikes. I found a dress that I liked (that I wouldn't have picked for myself) and Kaitlyn helped me to add some flair to the dress with straps and belt, elevating the dress to a dress I truly love. (All within and actually under budget, I might add!) She was very helpful in finding the aspects I liked about certain gowns and with helping me to visualize what the gowns might look like with certain alterations. I'm excited to start the alterations process in a few months! I'm very happy with the dress I chose. I brought my parents with me to try on dresses, and everyone who works here was very pleasant to my family; I could hear them chatting while I was in the fitting room. Everyone who works here goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. I highly recommend this boutique to anyone wanting a personalized, comfortable dress shopping experience!

If you want the experience of trying on beautiful dresses and feeling like you are the only bride in the world this is the place to go! They absolutely listen to your style, concerns about your body and are excited to find a dress that fits you perfectly. By the third dress I knew which one I wanted to walk down the aisle in. This was the first bridal store I ever even stepped foot in, so to say that I wasn't planning on buying a dress that day would be an understatement. 6 dresses later I was in tears and pretty much refused to take the dress off. Belle is absolutely amazing. She listened to everything I said and made the experience memorable. I ended up buying a gown that I would have never chosen for myself, but it couldn't have been more perfect for me. You must go here if you really want that "wedding gown shopping" experience you see on TV (only this is better because it's affordable!). I can't say enough about how grateful I am to the salon for making this the easiest part of wedding planning!

I cannot say enough about The Boutique. Jillian was my associate and even though I was her first sale, she was incredible. She was so knowledgeable and kind. I was greeted and bid ado with a hug! I found my dream dress; it was the second one I tried! The price ended up being outside of my budget range, but Belle, who was in NY at the time, was so helpful and worked with my budget. Amazing! So glad I came here. Belle was so great and really took into account my personal style as well as my budget when helping me find my perfect dress. The dress I chose was the first dress I tried on here and I was so shocked, as I am typically very indecisive and picky! Belle really understood what I was looking for in a wedding dress and was honest and open with her opinions of each dress I tried on. This was the second shop in the Charleston area I have been to, and I was afraid I would have to travel out of state to find what I was looking for. Not the case! I am so happy with my decision. This boutique is truly amazing! I walked in with my mother and sister, without an appointment and we were welcomed with open arms and a smile from Belle. We sat down and she asked details about the wedding. I showed Belle previous dress choices I was interested in and she was able to see what I was most looking for in THE dress. Also, we were able to narrow down the gown choices to the type of wedding ceremony I would be having.
