So were we, which is why we booked The Bowmans Photo in October 2019! It took me around 2 months of diligent searching for our wedding photographer. Something just never sat perfectly with each photographer we met with until we spoke to Mary. As soon as we got off the phone with her, my partner and I both said "SHE'S THE ONE" and booked her that night. I am currently going through our engagement gallery and we've never felt more SEEN by anyone other than Mary and Joe. They miraculously knew who we were as a couple and as people and was able to capture it on camera. They gave us beautiful conversations throughout the shoot and were so gracious with their time. I personally have never felt more confident in someone taking my picture until now. I want to cry with how beautiful I feel in our pictures. It captured the way my partner looks at me when I'm not looking and it feels amazing. Honestly, take the plunge and PLEASE book The Bowmans. We are so incredibly excited for them to shoot our wedding and just to hang out again. They are such fun and beautiful souls. If we decide to have a family, we would probably fly to where they are just so they can take our family photos. Sounds extra, but I said what I said.

They made us feel so comfortable behind the camera, and they effortlessly captured moments that reflected our unique personalities and relationship. I remember noticing Mary because I saw her unique ability to capture the most meaningful and real moments, and she delivered! Every photo (candid or posed) captured something so special. I felt like our photos reflected moments that were so natural and happy and full of love. In addition to great photos, Mary and Joe offer great prices and great memories. Their deals are amazing, the editing is STUNNING, and their personalities are SO FUN. Five minutes with them and you get more than great photoraphers...you get great laughs and great friends. We can’t say enough about how amazing working with Mary and Joe is. We love our photos and can’t wait to hang them everywhere in our house. My husband and I highly recommend their services and can’t wait to work with them again!

Mary's first couple she ever photographed after she moved to the Colorado Springs area back in 2017. Back then, she was a budding couple/wedding photographer looking to grow her portfolio and we were ecstatic to help her out by modeling for her. Three years later, many BEAUTIFUL engagement and wedding photos later and my husband and I are still wowed by her work and the level of service she provides. Her husband Joe also joined into the picture as her co photographer and brains behind their brand not too long ago and together they're THE PERFECT couple to photograph whatever you need, whether that's your engagement or wedding photos. They're also really accommodating with your budget if you share that info with them from the get go. We had booked them for our wedding late last year thinking everything would go as planned at our original venue location, but as Covid hit, we quickly made the decision to pivot and change our location to another venue. Mary and Joe were very supportive and didn't have any qualms about our new plans and even offered to help out in any way they could which was SO SWEET. They were also super quick to respond to my questions along the way via Instagram DM and email. They'll even set up a video meeting with you if you need it. On the day of the wedding they had such a "go with the flow" attitude about literally everything which made us feel so much more at ease. They would keep us on schedule, but never rush us if that makes sense. All the fun, none of the stress. They made us feel so natural in front of the camera and having them as a duo was so helpful, since each would divide and conquer at different points in the day to maximize the amount of places they could be at to get photos at one time. They made the family photo portion after our ceremony an absolute breeze, as Joe had a list of all the family members we wanted photographed with us and would call out their names as Mary would stand there photographing. I could go on and on about how awesome these two are, but what I'll end with is that the delivery time for getting our wedding photos back was SO FAST. They truly under promise and over deliver with this. It only took Mary a week to edit and deliver the several hundreds of photos they took for us. I was beyond impressed and extremely happy with the end results. Feel free to take a look at the photos from our wedding I've attached below as a true testament to their work. h a blast to work with, her and her husband made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout the day. And I love that she wrangled all my crazy family in for pictures with ease! We had so much fun and I’m so thankful they were apart of our big day. My only regret is not getting any engagement photos taken too!

blast during the reception-- look no further. Mary and Joe were an absolute dream. They arrived on time even when myself, the bride, was late. Their attention to detail was spotless, to noticing a change in photos and placements, to sensing stress and offering to drive and pick up chipotle for everyone! We didn't have to ask for anything, they knew exactly what to do and when to do it, and carried it out to perfection. Joe was an absolute blessing to be apart of the day as well. As Mary took care of the gals, Joe got the most incredible photos of the guys. SO happy he is officially apart of The Bowman's Photography! Our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about these photographers, so much so that people wanted their information to shoot for their possible upcoming weddings. They also flew out for our wedding, and never complained about a thing during the process. What an absolute gift it was to have them shoot, and produce lifelong memories that allow us to relive the most special day of our lives. Thank you thank you Mary and Joe for everything!!
