smooth, they make everything so easy! We wanted a one stop shop for our wedding, a venue that had it all from ceremony through reception and they exceeded expectations. We’ve gotten endless compliments on the venue, especially the food! Rob and Kaylynn were rockstars during the planning process and were so easy to work with, Mary Ann and the bridal attendant Hannah were fairy godmothers who ensured the day went off without a hitch. I can’t say enough good things, we’re so glad we chose the Bradford Estate!

1/9 and are still in awe of how perfect everything was. From the very beginning when we toured Bradford, we fell in love. Their all-inclusive packages, gorgeous outdoor ceremony space, and their bridal suites were really what sold us. Throughout the planning process, they were so incredibly communicative. There were times we would message in the portal and they responded within the hour. Kaylyn and Robert always answered our questions no matter the time of day. We loved Bradford's bridal suites so much that we wanted to get ready on-site. We were so grateful that they allowed us to add a significant amount of time to our package to allow us to arrive as early as we needed to. It was a bit costly, but they provided us with a delicious breakfast and lunch and made sure we were completely taken care of all morning. Not having to worry about transportation was amazing. Highly recommend using their suites to get ready if you can! We were a bit worried about the weather day-of. We wanted an outdoor ceremony but weren’t sure the weather would hold out. It was raining during our first look, but they were so flexible and patient and were able to make the decision last-minute to have the ceremony outside as the rain had stopped. They dried off the seats for the guests and it was absolutely perfect. About their all-inclusive package…it truly is all-inclusive. There is so much that they provide, like all of the little things people buy and only use once…table numbers, card boxes, cake stands, etc….they have it all. They even had vases to put the bridesmaid bouquets in. Our guests raved about the food and we are still dreaming about the cocktail hour food, especially the mac and cheese and the vanilla milkshake shots! They even had cute dessert signs and chalkboards for the cake flavors. My favorite thing was the aprons they had for us when we had our private moment to have some of the appetizers during cocktail hour. Like I said, they literally have it all. I have to talk about the staff because they truly are what makes Bradford so incredible. As I mentioned, from the beginning, Robert and Kaylyn were kind and communicative. The day-of staff was just as incredible. Mary Ann, the Maitre D, is so good at what she does. She keeps the day running perfectly and truly wants what is best for the couple. She worked side by side with Hannah, the most amazing bridal attendant. She was there bright and early and was always there to make sure we were taken care of. She clearly loves her job and is so good at it. I remember multiple times we had a question or needed something and I said “where’s Hannah?” Boom! There she was. She’s a rockstar. All of the servers, the bartenders (Tasha is amazing!), literally everyone that works there was phenomenal. Everything ran so efficiently and everyone greeted us with a smile. I also need to mention how we literally had nothing to do at the end of the night but grab our stuff from the bridal suite and load up our cars. They packed up everything for us…our welcome sign, seating chart, decor, etc. It was all packed up and ready to go. Everything was PERFECT. I am still dreaming about our incredible day, our guests agree that it was the most beautiful, perfect wedding, and we are beyond grateful to everyone at the Bradford for everything.

e ceremony space and grounds kept so beautifully, but the real charm is the staff. Every single person we worked with was kind and accommodating. Rob, Kaylyn, Mary Ann, and Hannah made sure we had every single thing we needed from the moment we signed with them through the whole wedding night. To all of you, we are so, so grateful for making our wedding truly special! Their chef also did an especially fabulous job with the food. We had a LOT of dietary restrictions and allergies within our guest list, and they made sure that every single person had food. And he had no problem making substitutes to the food we served, and there was not a single issue! We also got so many surprised people commenting to us about being offered seconds. They truly are an all-inclusive venue too (wedding cake, signs, decor set-up, centerpieces, maitre d’, bridal attendant, and so much more), and it made the whole process of wedding planning so much easier because we both really are not planners. If you want a wedding venue and staff who truly make your wedding day easy, seamless, all about you you can’t go wrong with the Bradford!

I originally booked the venue because it was centrally located for most of my family and had great online reviews—but even those don’t begin to capture how incredible the experience was. Because of distance, I wasn’t able to tour in person, so my mom visited while Rob walked me through on FaceTime. From the very beginning, Rob was an absolute gem. Throughout the planning process, both Rob and Kaylyn were amazing—always checking in, sending reminders, and making communication effortless. As the wedding day approached, they coordinated beautifully with all of my vendors, which gave me such peace of mind. On the day itself, our maître d’ Mary Ann was phenomenal. From the moment I met her, she was on top of every detail, and on the wedding day she executed everything seamlessly. The entire Bradford staff made sure the day flowed perfectly, and my guests could not stop raving. I’ve had so many friends and family tell me it was one of the most organized, beautiful weddings they’ve ever attended, and they especially loved the staff. And the food—wow. Everyone keeps telling me how incredible it was and how “endless” it seemed, especially during cocktail hour. There was SO much food (and a little of everything was packed for us at the end of the night to take home). As someone who didn’t hire a wedding planner, I was nervous early on, but with The Bradford, I truly didn’t need one. Every single piece of décor was set up exactly as I envisioned, and the staff made sure everything was perfect. Lastly, I HAVE to compliment my bridal attendant Hannah. She was a dream come true - she captured behind the scenes photos, helped with the dress, made me laugh, helped my family, made sure I was eating and drinking through the day and just such a sweetheart. She was the cherry on top of an already perfect day. Choosing The Bradford Estate was the best decision we made, and I would recommend it a thousand times over to any couple looking for the perfect wedding venue.

t the Bradford Estate has to offer, the cost was affordable and it was definitely a no brainer. My husband and I have very busy work lives, and I am on call 24/7, so when the Bradford told us all the decorations they had on site, I was so so relieved as it was one less thing to worry about. From the beginning of the planning process to the very end, Rob and Kaylyn were always on point responding to all our questions. The suites upstairs were so perfect for getting ready and everyone enjoyed the game room. Our guests have told us that the service, food and venue all together was amazing and everyone had a great time. Some of our vegetarian friends also mentioned that this was the most well fed they have ever been at a wedding. During our big day, we implemented a tea ceremony and it was executed perfectly. The Bradford team was able to bring my vision to life. I had the pleasure of having Mary Anne as my Maitre’d and Hannah as my bridal assistant. These two were the dynamic duo and they made sure every transition throughout the day were flawless. These two were so so awesome and they were there whenever we needed them. Hands down we would pick the Bradford Estate over and over again. This team is amazing to work with. Thank you!!

Our guest raved about how great everything was and how beautiful the grounds were. So much is included when you decide to have your wedding at Bradford. The outdoor ceremony area was breathtaking, with vibrant flowers surrounding the pergola and the elegant fountain, creating the most romantic and picturesque setting for our vows. It truly felt like something out of a fairytale. The staff was beyond exceptional. They wouldn’t even let me lift a finger, every request was handled with grace, warmth, and professionalism. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the day seamless and stress-free. We felt so supported and cared for the entire time. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food and drinks, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. We also heard countless compliments about the gorgeous facility, from the grounds to the reception space. Everyone was impressed with how everything flowed and looked. If you're considering this venue, don't hesitate, we would hands down recommend booking The Bradford Estate. It was the perfect place to begin our forever.
