rfectly, show up with tons of enthusiasm, ideas, discipline, great practice etiquette and they even chart out the songs just in case I would ever have to replace them when they’re busy with other gigs. Their technical skills are top tier with backgrounds in the most prestigious musical organizations. At this point I wouldn’t hire anyone else unless I absolutely had to.
