The Brenton Arboretum is a beautiful, 149 acre area just south of Dallas Center Iowa. We are centrally located between Waukee, Perry, Adel, and Van Meter. We are just 30 minutes outside the Des Moines area. Our two venues are The Pavilion and The Vista Room. The Pavilion is a covered outdoor facility with a one-of-a-kind "green" roof which features many kinds of flowering plants and varieties of sedum. The Pavilion offers a large stone fireplace as well as picnic tables and benches. It allows your guests to be seated under cover while taking in the breath taking views of the arboretum.
The Vista Room offers you a kitchenette, Wi-Fi, speakers, project, 12 tables, 40 matching chairs, 2 restrooms and is handicap accessible. The Vista Room can be used for guest seating or food/drink service. The versatility of the venue allows you to custom design the wedding of your dreams. ( Capacity 300 guests when all venue space is utilized with rental items)

have any questions. She set aside time in many different occasions to meet in person and even take us around the park! We felt like she became a friend! Wonderful to work with. The grounds are beautiful, great for a smallish wedding. We had about 80 people and rented a tent to put outside, ample room for people to spread out and have fun. There were a few small lines for the 2 bathrooms but not sure we would of done it differently! We wanted a nice simple affordable venue where we could do our own things to make it look nice but not over pay. We did rent a trolley because we served alcohol, happy we did that! The grounds are amazing making great opportunities for wonderful pictures!
