had a trial that was incredibly disappointing. My stylist was very kind, but the end result was nowhere near what I asked for. My hair looked stringy, flat, and messy, pins were literally falling out on the drive home, parts of my hair weren’t even curled, and most of my extensions were not used, leaving my hair looking thin and unfinished. When I showed my family and friends, everyone was shocked at how sloppy it looked.
The makeup was equally upsetting. Despite telling them in advance that I am a crier and wanted a smoky eye, the look was very light, pink tones & not smoky at all, and it immediately began transferring and melting off as soon as I left. My skin wasn’t even primed, and the colors didn’t match my skin tone. For the cost of these services, the quality was unacceptable.
What made the situation far worse was how Gina handled my concerns. Her email back to me was incredibly condescending, dismissive, and even hurtful. She did not take accountability, offer to rectify the situation, or show any genuine care for my experience. Instead, she argued with me, made excuses that simply weren’t true, and even sent back a response that was clearly written with AI rather than authentic communication. For a bride putting her trust in a company for such an important day, being spoken to this way was beyond upsetting.
I later went to another artist for a trial, and they were able to accomplish exactly the look I wanted using all my extensions and proper waterproof makeup that held up beautifully with a gorgeous Smokey eye, proving Gina’s explanations wrong.
Overall, this was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve had while planning my wedding. Brides deserve to feel pampered and confident on their big day, and unfortunately, this company delivered the opposite. I would not recommend them.

Olivia and Ann both did a fabulous job on my makeup and hair respectively! They showed up bright and early and really helped me feel at ease on my wedding day. my hair done so I was uneasy about hiring someone that wouldn't make me feel like myself and they did not disappoint! During my trial, I didn't love how my hair turned out and Christina seamlessly started over and melt working until we found something I loved! For makeup, I had no idea what I wanted and Olivia asked me a few questions about what I had envisioned for my dream wedding and then worked magic! I loved my makeup and truly felt like myself in the best way possible. She helped me feel so good and ready for the best day! My hair and makeup held up all day (over 12 hours) and during an outside ceremony in the summer sun. The girls also did hair and makeup for my bridesmaids, MOB, and MOG and everyone loved their looks! My mom was worried about her curly hair and never having her makeup done, and they eased all her stress and it looked beautiful! My only peeve on the day of was the first 2 girls doing shit and makeup took significantly longer than was scheduled for but Christina and Olivia's experience and expertise made this not an issue! They quickly caught up and I did not feel rushed at all! They helped create a calm and relaxed environment for the morning getting ready!

The girls could not stop complimenting each other. They've all stood up in multiple weddings this year and said this was their favorite look out of all of their weddings!!! The stylists took direction and feedback really well and everything lasted all day. No one needed a single touch up - it was actually crazy! As for myself, when I did my trial my stylist recommended extensions. I took her advice and bought them and the result was PERFECT. My make up artist also took my feedback super well and pivoted my color scheme the day of to match what I wanted even more than what I saw at the trial. I never wear a lot of make up, but I felt sooo comfortable and "like myself" even with lashes, extensions, and airbrush! I would recommend their team for anyone. They were super accommodating to work with and the quality of their work was 10000/10.

I was really impressed with the team’s flexibility. One of their team members elected to self-quarantine for COVID the day before our wedding. Kate emailed me letting me know about the problem, but she already had the problem solved with my week-of coordinator by the time I got an email. One thing to note is that Bridal Beauty allows you to hire additional artists beyond those in your package at a fixed extra fee.

She completely got my vision for my hair and makeup, and was really helpful tweaking the colors and details during our trial, so on the wedding day everything was a breeze. She also did hair and makeup for my bridal party, and everyone absolutely loved their results. I also appreciated her punctuality, and in the end we were all ready and dressed ahead of schedule, which really helped put my mind at ease.
There was a bit of confusion with scheduling my trial via Gina, and it had to be rescheduled- however, she was quick to correct the scheduling error and it didn’t affect things at all in the end. I think it’s also worth noting that while BBT might read as more expensive initially, their pricing includes the trial, and strip lashes and airbrush makeup. Other companies that I researched seemed to nickel and dime for these services, so in the end with gratuity, BBT ended up being comparable to other ‘less expensive’ options.

We did have a strange experience with one of the stylists. She was about a half hour late to the scheduled arrival time. Not a big deal - I know buffer time is built into the day to account for those types of situations. However, she then spent over an hour on every person’s makeup, which was putting us more and more behind schedule. It was stressful to be getting so far behind on the timeline. When it was my turn for makeup, she had picked up on my stress. She immediately launched into an explanation as to why she was late, never apologizing. Then, she started talking to our photographer about how important reviews are and how she always “does things for reviews.” This made me feel like everything she was saying was based on her wanting a good review. She finished my makeup in about 15 minutes, and it looked great! I was so happy with it, but it just felt weird that she put so much time into the bridesmaid makeup and so little time into mine (one of the brides).
We loved the way everything looked and we were so happy with our other two stylists. Our morning just got thrown and we had to skip the getting ready photos we wanted because we got so far off schedule.
