The Bridal Boutique at Always a Bridesmaid

This place is completely dishonest, unprofessional, rude, and doesn’t care about their brides. This boutique just wants to get there name out there but doesn’t care about how it will affect anyone. They are currently doing weekly giveaways that there rules to are unclear, && they change the rules up as they go when they see another bride is winning. They refused to fix the issue, && they were disrespectful to the bride. Extremely poor business. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

I am so impressed, elated , and lucky to have had this team of girls by my side. From my consult with Rosa where she listened, met me where I was at, and made me feel like a princess, and Diana who at every encounter phone call or shop visit always always always put a smile on my face, to Shirley who made the alteration experience a dream and made my dress so breath taking. Shirley and the team at always a bridesmaid are second to none. I cannot reccomend them enough for making the experience so fun and easy from start to finish!

Bought my mother of the bride gown at the Bridal Boutique .It was a wonderful experience every step of the way! The staff is just so genuine and made me feel so special. Fabulous alterations as well. Would highly recommend!!

This was the first and only bridal boutique that I walked into for my big day, and right from the beginning I felt warm and welcomed and part of the family. My dress was absolutely stunning prior to the changes, and was even better after all the changes that we made. Melissa, Diana and the whole gang were amazing from beginning to end. P.S. my bridal party looked amazing as well. I will recommend this boutique a million times if I could! Thank you ladies for making me feel my absolute best for my wedding day !

I thought I had found my dream dress until I came here! The staff was absolutely amazing (especially Diana). They knew exactly what I wanted and made all the adjustments to make my dream dress. Diana is a bubble of joy and makes you feel like family. I can not recommend them more!

The best bridal store! They have an amazing selection of dresses for brides, bridesmaids, and mother of the bride. Our entire wedding party was outfitted here and I cannot say enough positive things about this shop and it's employees. Melissa and Diana are a dream to work with- always so professional and warm. The shop is cozy and so quaint. If you are searching for your dream dress this is your place!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!! My wife & I had the absolute BEST wedding experience with the Bridal Boutique. I had already found my wedding dress at a store in NJ the day before I met Melissa at a wedding expo. I planned to go and purchase the dress the following weekend. As soon as I met Melissa I knew that I wanted to look at the Bridal Boutique before I made my purchase. She scheduled me an appointment and the rest was history. Melissa was able to order my dress to her store, and she worked with my wife to help bring her jumper vision to life. We worked with Diana & Melissa and purchased all our bridesmaid dresses, alterations, jewelry, accessories, flower girl dresses, and even our tuxedo's with the Bridal Boutique. Not only did we get the best price, but we got the best customer service. We feel like family. When I called Diana & Melissa knew exactly who I was, and assisted with anything we needed. Our bridal party looked GORGEOUS and we couldn't be happier! We received so many compliments on how sharp the men's tuxedo's were. More importantly, all the guys said they have rented tuxedo's in the past but these were such a great fit and so unbelievable comfortable. Our girls looked flawless. Each had a different style dress which flattered their shape and the alterations were done perfectly to fit their bodies. My wife had a very specific vision in her mind which acquired a lot of alterations to make her jumper fit her body the way she wanted. The ladies worked so hard to make this happen for Meghan. (Diana and Mel, I know she drove you crazy, thank you for being patient with her!) She looked gorgeous and felt amazing. The compliments she received are still flowing in. My wedding dress, ohh my beautiful wedding dress!! It was PERFECT! Shirley altered it perfectly, and I wish I could wear it every single day. It was so comfortable, and fit me exactly how I wanted. My bustle was such a pain (had 12 hooks) But Shirley explained that by making it this way my dress would not lose its whimsical shape, and she was so right! We shopped around for almost a year before we found the Bridal Boutique, but we are so glad we did. I was the bride who did ALL my research and went to a billion places so believe me when I say if you are not shopping here, you are 100% missing out on great options, great prices but most importantly great people. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much Melissa & Diana and the rest of the staff at the Bridal Boutique. I'm bringing in my dress to preserve it, so I will see you girls soon! My bridesmaid, maid of honor, flower girl, and Mother of the Bride dresses were all purchased at The Bridal Boutique, and all involved had nothing but positive things to say about their experiences. There was a decently-sized selection, all costs were discussed up front so there were no surprises, and the on-site seamstresses made sure everything was PERFECT. Thank you, The Bridal Boutique, for being part of our special day.

They made me feel like I was the most important bride they ever worked with. Another review said she felt like a princess. So did I. The entire staff was wonderful to me, my sister, and my mom. My sister was a little difficult, but they dealt with her perfectly. I cannot say enough great things about the whole experience.

I came here recently with my maid of honor and mother to pick out bridesmaid dresses. The three of us were blown away by the friendly and professional service given to us by Leila. I knew I wanted a pink dress, but did not have a style in mind. Leila took us to the back and helped us pick out 20+ different styles from different designers in all shades of pink. If my MOH was not comfortable in a dress she helped her out of it right away and we moved on. Leila was extremely patient, helpful, and gave us great ideas such as adding a belt or adding jewels to the straps on some of the more plain dresses to make it more personalized. If we wanted to see more dresses by a designer, or a dress in another color, Leila gladly went and grabbed the dresses for us. We wound up leaving with three possible styles and it is going to be so difficult to choose just one. All of the bridesmaid dresses, in my opinion, are very reasonably priced and made of high quality material. We had such a great experience here and I can’t wait to bring my bridesmaids back to try on the dresses we chose. Thanks again Leila!! I’ll see you in September to find a dress for my mom!

I've gone to them in the past for a bridesmaid dress and they were wonderful. I just recently went there to try on bridal gowns and they were phenomenal!!! The girls were absolutely amazing and so accommodating! I felt like a princess. They made me feel so comfortable it was such a great experience. If I could give more stars I would :)

I previously purchased a bridesmaid dress from this boutique for my best friend's wedding in October 2015. My experience was so wonderful that I knew there was no other place I wanted to go when it was time for my big day! I showed Lyla exactly what I was looking for and after the first the try, both my Maid and Matron of Honor loved the gown just as much as I did! Their prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you again Always a Bridesmaid for another lovely experience :)

What a lovely place! My initial dress from another store was unable to be found and lacked tracking, so I new I had to get another dress to be safe since my wedding is less than four months away. The ladies at this store were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Despite our time frame, they helped me find the perfect dress that I am absolutely in love with. I went by myself (a little unconventional) but I never thought I would find a dress so quickly let alone so perfect. It is so beautiful that I find myself wanting to show everyone! I am so excited for the dress to come in and I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day. I highly recommend working with these ladies to find the dress of your dreams. I was taken right away for my appointment, assisted every step of the way and was treated very kindly. Thank you everyone for all your help! I had my bridesmaids get their dresses here: same color, different cuts. MELISSA WAS WONDERFUL!!! My bridal party had both plus size and size 0 ladies, some of whom were 15 years apart from one another. All of them looked fabulous. After everyone had their measurements taken, and my maid of honor who was on this insane diet had signed a contract that she would be size X by such and such date, called to tell me she was pregnant....!!! By the wedding, she was 7.5 months pregnant. So I called Melissa in tears and they were like "NO PROBLEM, THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME." They fixed everything for her. They even added sleeves to two of the dresses, which was extra, but alterations are always extra. I think my girls were really happy. I will only give this one critique - they need to hire more seamstresses!!! They had to reschedule three out of five of my girls' appointments because they had overbooked the seamstress, and this was very hard for my maid of honor because she was driving pregnant and from Pennsylvania. But other than that, fantastic place.

If I could give no stars I would. They are absolutely the worst place to go to. I was in a bridal party and this place is over priced for average dresses. They had the measurements all wrong for not only my self but my daughters as well. They want to charge extra for alterations when they measure wrong and then change the prices as they go along. Had to come here four times because they couldn't get the alterations correct.the last time I had to come was the day before the wedding and had to wait over an hour because they still did not have the dresses ready. If your smart stay away. You maybe better off at Davids bridal. I went there for another wedding I was in and it was prefect prices not bad and when the dress came in no alterations needed.

My bridesmaids purchased their dresses from this boutique and they were wonderful. My MOH was out of the country until right before the wedding and they worked with me to make sure we had her correct measurements and that the dress was perfect, even though she couldn't be there herself! The entire process was very easy and judgement free. The dressing rooms are spacious and give larger groups the opportunity to be in your own little space and not out in the open in front of everyone else. The girls looked lovely in their dresses and had an easy experience thanks to this boutique.

Everything i got from here was fabulous and the staff couldn't have been any nicer. i will recommend to anyone getting married in the future

My dress was perfect and for the perfect event!

The bridesmaids dresses were gorgeous! We are still receiving compliments on the deep red taffeta dresses that complimented every one of the girls - even the junior bridesmaids, who looked absolutely amazing. The tailoring services included were a real plus and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I got my bridesmaid dresses from here and my mom's dress. I have to say all the dresses were beautiful and all the alterations they did came out great. The prices were about the same as listed at other stores for the same dresses however they did include most of the alterations (didn't include putting cups in for girls who chose to do that). When you first walk in some of the women who work there can sometimes come off rude however as your appointment continues they become very friendly and nice. Even with the bitchyness I would still recommend the place they have a great selection and the alterations are included for bridesmaid dresses which is a big help for your girls. Trust me I have spent over $100 on bridesmaid dress alterations in the past. I did have some girls who chose to pay for their alterations and get them done elsewhere due to where they live, Always a Bridesmaid was flexible in shipping it to them directly at no extra charge. They also allowed out of town girls call in their measurements however, i will warn if you have your girls do this make sure they get their measurements done professionally.

If I would be able to give a negative 5.0, that would be what they deserve. Please BEWARE!!!! Go anywhere else for your bridesmaid dresses. Manager(who is never around) and seamstress are both very rude and unprofessional. I had my shoes and purse dyed to match my dress and they came out a completely different color. I was given a nasty attitude by the manager and not given a refund for damaging my shoes and bag. Several of the other bridesmaid were screamed at by the seamstress for their dresses not fitting (if the salesgirls took proper measurements and ordered correctly, this wouldn't be an issue). On one occassion, the manager and seamstress verbally attacked one of the other bridesmaids making her cry. On a separate occassion, another bridesmaid's dress was not taken in enough and they threatened to not do any further alteration because they believed she lost too much weight and they shouldn't have to do extra work(she lost 2 pounds, clearly the seamstress did not take the dress in enough based on the first fitting). Overall, unprofessional, sloppy work. Spend your money elsewhere!! No one should pay for this type of treatment by anyone.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful . I have been here many times for other bridal parties and then for my own and it is always a great experience. I had 15 Girls in my bridal party! two of which were pregnant and they were so nice to each of them and so helpful to my pregnant girls as far as ordering extra material and getting them in that dress. the best prices around and the alterations are included! Highly recommended!!

LAUREN WAS WONDERFUL AND VERY HELPFUL.

We were happy with Always a Bridesmaid from the minute we walked into the shop. Christina and Lauren were fantastic with helping us pick put a dress that would look perfect on all shapes and sizes. They knew exactly what to show us. They were patient and kind. We were NOT disappointed. My girls all looked spectacular! They have a great selection of Flower Girl dresses as well and my flower girl looked like a princess in her dress. My mother also got her gown here and again, she looked beautiful! The seamstress Maria was excellent as well! We loved the fact that all alterations were included in the gown prices. Overall....GREAT CHOICE for wedding party dresses!
