The Bridal Boutique

The Bridal Boutique was fantastic! I worked with Anna when looking for my dress, and after sharing with her my vision beforehand via email, she completely pulled through and pulled the perfect dress! Anna and the Bridal Boutique made trying on and finding my dress such a wonderful experience, and most importantly I didn't feel the pressure to make a decision in that moment (though once I tried on my dress I knew). I had previously went to another salon and felt they didn't quite meet my expectations, and I felt pressured to make a decision there, so this was a nice change of pace. They understand the importance of the decision, but also have so much fun helping you get there! I had a fantastic experience.

My experience at The Bridal Boutique was unfortunately not 100%. I found the store through the Maggie Sottero website, they were one of the premier salons which caught my attention right away, despite the 1hr drive from my house. I scheduled a VIP experience for myself and my bridesmaids right away and despite some trouble with their scheduling system, they were extremely helpful getting us in on 11/26/2022. When we arrived there was a sign outside for me which was a special touch. The shopping experience was smooth, Anna was very attentive and knowledgeable, and the VIP experience with food and drinks was on point. I found the perfect dress, it was a stunning Essence of Australia gown, and we were high on happiness. They gave me a bottle of sparkling wine, a poinsettia and Anna also mentioned I was to get a bundt cake but they run out for the day so she would make a note to receive it later. The administrative and transparency matters however lagged. At the cashier’s counter, my MOH addressed a concern that I was shown a dress outside my budget without a prior warning and she was made to believe that it was due to alterations, that we knew we were already planning for, being included in the payment. I paid in full and we left happy. I received a receipt in my email a few hours later and that’s when I realized the alterations were not there, the dress was simply $400 over my price range. I was so in love with the dress that I let that go. Fast forward to a 12/6/2022 when the boutique sent me an email that the dress was just ordered. “Coincidentally” on the same day “The Essence of Australia Trunk Show” for 10% off started at the salon. I was not told about this sale coming up when I was in the salon purchasing my dress, and obviously it would have been fair to pay full price had the store ordered my dress right away, but they seem to have knowingly waited 10-days to order so they could make 10% of extra profit. I addressed this issue with the store via phone and in person when I came to pickup my veil. Anna told me I was going to receive a discount for alterations given this circumstance. My dress arrived early, way ahead of schedule on 3/10/2023. I immediately scheduled an appointment for alterations on 4/4 at 6pm after work. I was just getting ready to leave my office at Tyson’s at 4pm when the store owner called and cancelled the alterations appointment. She then proceeded to advise that I go for alterations elsewhere and she gave me a local recommendation for another seamstress. Not a big deal except I was expecting that discount. I immediately addressed this with her again. On Saturday following the cancelled alterations appointment I proceeded to pickup my dress so I could get it to my seamstress soon. I addressed all my concerns with the staff there again and they passed my message to the store owner who proceeded to call me a few days later. She promised she would raise this with the brand representative and get back to me within a couple of weeks. I am still waiting for that call back… and never got the bundt cake. :D Their dresses are truly beautiful but you can find a beautiful dress many places. Unfortunately, a customer service after I paid my dress in full went south for me and I will not recommend this salon.

I worked with Sarah at The Bridal Boutique and she made the whole process so easy and exciting. She allowed me to walk around and pull dresses to try on as well as pulling dresses that fit my style. They even stayed past business hours to answer my questions and make sure everything was situated. Highly recommend for an efficient and fun wedding dress shopping exxperience.

Awesome place to shop with a really great selection. I found my wedding dress with the help of consultant Holly. She was so lovely, very patient and made the experience super fun for me and my family. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!

Such a magical day at TBB. My stylist, Anna, made me feel so welcomed and comfortable the entire time. She was my biggest hype girl! The boutique is extremely clean and very beautiful, and they are thankfully able to rush ship my dress in under three months. I was even gifted a bottle of champagne and a bunt cake after I said yes! I definitely recommend this store to anyone. The VIP package is worth it, too! :)

I had no clue what kind of wedding dress I wanted, so I booked fittings at 3 different shops expecting it to be difficult. Holly found the perfect dress in my first fitting! My sister and I both got our wedding dresses from this shop, they are amazing

Holly was an absolute saint during this event. When I booked the VIP experience it was so I could get my family and bridal party involved with me during dress shopping but Holly really made me feel like a VIP! She keyed in immediately to what styles I loved and was so earnest and kind in her critiques of the dresses I was trying on. She picked out The One almost immediately, and I ordered the same day. I cannot wait to go back for alterations.

Samantha absolutely fantastic. I have never left a bridal salon feeling as excited or confident after just trying on dresses. She lets you take your time and acknowledges that everyone has there own process for finding the right dress. She never made me feel bad about being unsure about what I wanted and allowed me to try on different styles than what I requested, especially since I wasn't finding the one via my own methods. I can not recommend this place and Samantha enough.

Holly was absolutely fantastic. I know from experience because I went to 6 different bridal salons even 2 in NY and I never found the dress or the level of customer service as Holly showed. She helped me find the dress but I also found 3 others I loved as well. I never was able to find four in a row! She even helped me eliminate dresses. She was helpful and honest. She made me feel like I was truly special! The whole experience at The Bridal Boutique was over 5 stars. Thank you for being the experience that I needed and most of all for helping me achieve my look and vision I wanted!

I went to the Bridal Boutique with an idea of what I was looking for but open to options. Colleen helped me pick out some dresses and I ended up choosing one she picked out as it was so gorgeous! She did an amazing job meeting my needs, knowing my style (after just 1 meet) and helping me through the entire process. She made it fun and seamless. I definitely recommend!

The Bridal Boutique in Columbia is the best place to go dress shopping. My consultant, Sarah, was awesome! She became like a friend, trying to find the dress that fit in my budget but also that I loved and felt beautiful in. The atmosphere of the shop is bright and fun. They have great music playing plus everyone is so complimentary and positive! I felt so comfortable there. Sarah had me try on several different styles of dresses, all of which were beautiful-just not what I was looking for. Each dress I tried on lead me towards styles I really liked and eventually I found my dream dress. I came back several times to try on the dress and I fell in love with it more and more. I was nervous to commit to it due to it being a little over budget but Sarah knew that I loved it, and due to different circumstances, we got the dress's price down a bit! I am really appreciative of the Bridal Boutique for working with me and my budget. I was really nervous to try on wedding dresses as I have gained some weight recently, but I really felt beautiful there. Sarah didn't care what size I was, she just wanted me to find a dress that was perfect for me. I never felt self conscious even when I tried on tighter dresses. I can't recommend the Bridal Boutique more, and I know that every bride that goes there will have an extraordinary time!

Holly Arthur was amazing. She pulled together all the things I wanted into one dress. She stayed late and kept working with me to find the dress. It is obviously she and her team are dedicated to making every bride have the perfect dress for their day. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience with Holly today! I went in & had some idea of what I wanted & we went to work! I said Yes to the dress and had quite a few awesome options. I must say, Holly picked some great dresses to go with what I said my style and vision was. Don’t be surprised if you see me coming back to get something else for my reception! Thank you, Holly! I had a great experience at this bridal salon! They were able to help me find the perfect gown for my wedding! I tried on several styles and ended up with the perfect mermaid style to fit my figure thanks to my bridal consultant really listening to me and taking the time to consider my and my body. The purchasing process was seamless and my dress was even ready a little earlier than expected! I definitely recommend checking out the Bridal Boutique for your bridal and bridesmaids needs!

The staff at The Bridal Boutique were amazing from start to finish! I found the perfect dress quickly during my first and only session and felt more beautiful than I ever have every time I put it on! Bridal Boutique was my 3rd dress shopping experience and was DEFINITELY the best. My stylist (can't remember her name🤦🏾‍♀️), took her time talking to me about what I wanted and my budget. I brought 2 people with me and we were overwhelmed with looking at dresses on the rack. However the stylist pulled 5 BEAUTIFUL gowns that all had elements of what I wanted *and were within budget. Each one was better than the last😍 The last dress I tried on didn't fit what I thought I would like, but because it was in budget I still put it on. She said this sample had just arrived in the store so I was the 1st to put it on and I was *instantly captivated. She put a veil on me, gave me the bouquet, and I bust out in tears🥺 She popped the question and I said yes to the dress followed by an applause and her ringing a bell, it was really fun🥰 She listened to me every step of the way and was so thoughtful. Reviews are scaring me away from getting alterations here, but I do NOT regret purchasing my dress here. it was a wonderful experience💛

I cannot recommend The Bridal Boutique enough to anyone looking for their perfect dress! We had the best initial visit with Samantha two weekends ago, but I wasn’t ready to make a final decision on my first day trying on dresses so we scheduled a second appointment with her for yesterday. Samantha made my party and I feel so comfortable during both appointments and she helped me to feel confident and beautiful in all of the dresses I tried on. She took the time to suggest different dresses and veils when I was having a hard time making a decision and was very open about different additional costs that would come with our purchase, which I really appreciated. I had such a wonderful experience at The Bridal Boutique! I worked with Nancy and she was so helpful with suggesting dresses that fit both my style and budget. I had looked at a few other stores previously and The Bridal Boutique felt the most personal and was the most enjoyable experience. They had a huge selection of wedding dresses and accessories. When searching for my perfect wedding dress, I went to five dress places and The Bridal Boutique in Columbia was by far the best experience! If you go, ask for Samantha -- she is amazing! They offer a huge selection of dresses and the customer service is the best you will find in the business. My stylist listened, picked out dresses that I loved, remained neutral and didn't try to persuade me one way or the other, she respected my budget, and she made me laugh and smile the entire time. Not to mention the free bottle of rosé when you buy your dress there!

We had a much more personalized experience here than at a big brand store. Holly was extremely friendly and helpful, as well as patient with me figuring out what I liked. The dress I picked actually ended up being a dress that she picked for me to try on based on everything else I liked! Which proves her expertise and thoughtfulness even more :) I picked a beautiful dress that is in my budget and I plan to return for tailoring as well.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great selection and reasonable prices. I had been 4 or 5 other places and found my dress here! The only negative thing I can say is that when I had capped sleeves added, the seamstress did thread loops and a tiny hook to hold them on. It was not a secure hold and they fell off several times during my pictures and reception. Thankfully not during the ceremony. It could have been done more professionally. Other than that I would have given them 5 stars.

I visited the Bridal Boutique a few weeks ago for the first time and loved the salon. It was very clean and organized. My stylist Samantha was very patient (and I'm pretty picky!) and really helped me hone in on my vision. It all felt very personalized and I felt heard. Although I didn't find my dress on the first visit, I went back a second time today because of the experience I had. I had a feeling that my dress was there, and sure enough I found it! My overall experience at the Bridal Boutique was nothing short of amazing, and I would definitely recommend giving them a visit.

I went this past weekend after visiting two bridal salons already. My stylist was Kelly and she was super sweet, super patient with me. Kelly showed me dresses with both salon lighting and reception lighting which really helped me envision my big day. She didn’t press a sale. I did end up saying yes to a Mori Lee wedding gown. It was absolutely stunning. They were super helpful in finding my size and length. Everyone in the store was super helpful and encouraging.

I went to The Bridal Boutique this past weekend to begin my search for my dream wedding dress. I visited with my mom and close friend. The staff was friendly and helpful. My stylist Holly was amazing!!! I showed her my Pinterest board of dresses I saved to give her an idea of my vision, and she did her thing! Let me tell you, this was the first bridal salon I visited, and I had no idea I would walk out saying yes to a dress. Holly picked out some beautiful gowns, but there was one dress that brought me tears. It was at this moment that I knew this was the dress. The dream dress I pictured in my mind. There were staff and other brides-to-be that confirmed even more that this dress was "made for me"; that's how they put it. And to top it off, the dress I said yes to had just arrived that morning, and I was the first and only person in that dress. Tell me that dress wasn't meant for me; I'd like to believe so. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at The Bridal Boutique!

I went to The Bridal Boutique over the weekend with my mom and maid of honor and had the most fantastic time. It was my first time shopping for a dress and their online stock room was very helpful in narrowing down what I wanted. I am handicap so I was a little apprehensive about the whole process. I called ahead for a handicap room and my consultant made everything so easy. I had Lindsay and she was so helpful. She felt more like a friend helping me rather than an employee. The space was super bright and super clean and organized as well. I was able to say Yes to my dress and overall had the best experience!!

The Bridal Boutique was the first and only boutique I went to to find my wedding dress! They had a great website where I was able to research dresses to try on prior to the appointment. I sent my consultant, Ali, the list of dresses I wanted to try on and based on the type of dress I wanted, Ali was able to pull similar dresses for me to try on! Ali was a wonderful consultant and was easy to talk to! Because of the COVID-19 restrictions, I could only bring 2 guests. However, Ali helped me set up a Zoom call on my iPad so I could have my bridesmaids see the dresses! ended up finding my dress and I couldn't be happier! It looks like it was made for me! Thank you, Bridal Boutique and Ali, for making this experience amazing!

The Bridal Boutique made wedding dress shopping such an amazing experience for me and my mom and sister! Our stylist, Lindsay was so patience and kind throughout the whole process and made sure my wants in a dress were met! After trying on 20+ dresses and 2 previous negative experiences at other local boutiques I finally found the dress of my dreams at The Bridal Boutique in Columbia. Our consultant Holly was amazing, seriously such a breath of fresh air! She listened to EXACTLY what I wanted, didn't use pushy sales tactics, and was extremely kind and just enjoyable to be around. She gave me the freedom to pick out whatever I wanted but also threw in some suggestions based on my wish list (I think the dress that I ultimately chose was one of the ones that she pulled). The space was very clean and had a large selection of gowns at a variety of price points. I honestly was not looking forward to this appointment coming off of my previous 2 negative experiences but I am so glad that we found this place. Definitely check out the Bridal Boutique if you haven't already done so!

Okay- so I’ve read the other reviews for the shop and I was influenced away from final purchasing. That said, this review is specifically about the atmosphere those folks created while I was shopping. Truly, I had a wonderful time with my bridal assistant. I found the entire team their genial and thoughtful with an expert eye for both what I was looking for and what best suited my figure. I did not have that aha moment where I teared up, but that was probably because I was trying to decide on another dress from a different shop. Ultimately, I didn’t go with the Bridal Boutique because I wanted no issues with my fittings, but I certainly recommend them if you are looking. Just make sure to read the fine print for having your dress fitted. Seems to have been the crux of folks issues.

I had a great experience at the Bridal Boutique. My stylist was Lindsey and she did an amazing job helping find my dress. She was fun and upbeat the entire time. She felt like a good friend helping me find my dress.. I was kinda unclear of what I wanted and I was pretty open (somewhat) to styles. I brought in pictures, I recommend looking at their website before coming in to see what they have and write down the style numbers, that helps the stylist find the dresses for you. I found 5-6 dresses right of the back and found one that was on display sort of. Lindsey was very supportive and engaging during the whole process. We went to try on dresses and left me very much in control of what I wanted and asked me several times what I was feeling. If I didn't like it we moved on with no hard feelings or judgement of trying on several dresses. After I had tried on maybe 3 dresses, I was intrigued about this one dress that was in the front near the register. It spoke to me lol it looked very much like the sparkle Pnina Tornai dress I had seen on "say yes to the dress" which is like $12000 anyway I tried it on despite it being strapless, I feel in love. It looks almost exactly the same Again I must say Lindsey was amazing. The dress had a lot of extra "stuff" underneath to make it look big and puffy. Lindsay was on her knees helping me stuff the extra fabric between my legs so I could see what it would look like. I got my dress and I couldn't be happier with the service I received there. Y'know, when you're busy planning your wedding sometimes you get caught up in the grind and forget to be fully presently engaged in the planning. Dress shopping is one of the most crucial and important moments in planning your wedding , and Saying yes to the dress is one event you wont ever forget!! I couldn't have had any better experience during my dress shopping! Mrs. Lindsay Pons from the bridal boutique of Columbia offered me exceptional customer service! She took the time to find out what I wanted and what my preferences were, and was EXTREMELY patient throughout my shopping! She is the one that picked out the dress I said yes to!She was awesome and cant even say all about her.

I stopped in just to see if they had the dress I found on their website and to get the price. Well they had the dress and the price was perfect, so I said “Yes To Dress” Holly was awesome along with everyone I came in contact with. Very friendly group of ladies and helpful. Thanks!

I went to about 5 stores before making the slightly longer trip to The Bridal Boutique. I went with friends & family the first few times, but was torn between 2 dresses, so I went to The Bridal Boutique on my own. They have such a large selection, that I knew I could try on both dresses and maybe a few more to feel confidant I was chosing the right one. The woman who helped me listened and was patient with my nerves. After showing her the ones I was interested in, we found those and a few more. I randomly picked one to start with and that one ended up being it! It was a perfect balance between the other two dresses. I tried on the rest just to compare, but went with the first one in the end. I chose to get my alterations done with them as well, and they typically do 3 sessions. On my 3rd one, I clarified a change I wanted since it wasn't exactly what I wanted, and they were able to make that happen in about 1 week. I have had several other friends buy their dresses here and just think it is the best bridal store in the area!

The Bridal Boutique was the perfect place for me to find my gown! My attendant was so attentive, and helped me find the dress of my dreams! The selection was great, the fitting rooms were spacious, and everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend the Bridal Boutique!

From the first visit to my final fitting, all of our experiences in the shop were excellent. I found my dress at the very first appointment; Amber was so fast (and SO amazingly helpful) that I was able to try on about 25 dresses in under 2 hours! My only wish for the Boutique as a whole is that they improve on communicating with customers when they are outside of the shop. We'd been to two different bridal shops, and were glad we ended up at The Bridal Boutique. Amber, who no longer works there, was fantastic in helping us last fall 2018. Though alterations were expensive, they did everything we asked, and did it on time.

I got exactly the wedding gown I dreamt about. Very helpful staff with excellent eye for what you will look lovely in.

First off, let me preface this review by saying I have gone to 2 other bridal shops in NYC (Kleinfeld and another posh boutique) and had the worst experience ever. The consultants didn’t listen to me and brought me dresses way out of my price range and rushed me the whole time. So I was rather hesitant to continue looking around and booking other appointment because of the awful first experience I had. Lucky, I made an appointment with Lindsay at The Bridal Boutique in Columbia – THANK GOD I DID! Lindsay was incredible!! She was super sweet, let me roam the floor and pick out dresses that caught my eye and never once did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. She gave me honest feedback on all the dresses, let me take a bunch of pictures and videos to send to my mom (who wasn’t able to make) and listened to what I was looking for. She made great suggestions and just made me feel so comfortable. After being so discouraged my first 2 times of dress shopping, this experience truly made up for it. I found my dress and am so excited to wear it next June…and it is all because of Lindsay. If you are debating on whether to check out The Bridal Boutique, just do it. Book an appointment with Lindsay, you won’t regret it!!!!
