My experience with Faith was absolutely amazing. Both my and my husband's hair were perfect! It somehow lasted through torrential rain, hail, wind, and us running around the woods ...
with our videographer and still looked perfect at the end of the day. My hair turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Faith was also extremely gentle while doing my hair. She never pulled my hair and was extremely careful to not scrape me with the hair pins. I usually have a pretty sensitive scalp and my updo was completely painless both while she was styling my hair and all throughout the day. I highly recommend her! My hair was absolutely a 5 out of 5 experience. However organization of the owner, Jess added stress to our wedding weekend and to the day following our wedding when we just wanted to enjoy being newly married. Two days before our wedding, Jess reached out saying our stylist would arrive at 12:30, when our contract said 11:00. Thankfully, Faith was able to make it work and was able to arrive at the original time. In addition, I had set up autopay for the second half of the payment to go through the day of the wedding. On my wedding day I even checked the payment link that had been sent to us to pay the deposit and saw that the autopay for the remaining balance was all set to go through. There was not a separate link sent to pay that day or an option to pay the remaining balance immediately. The day after our wedding I get an email saying our payment is overdue. I'm not sure why the original link gave an option to set up autopay when it was not actually an option. In the scheme of things, it is not that big of a deal and my hair turned out perfectly, but it did leave a sour taste to get an email saying I was late on payment when I had set everything up to be paid and had double checked that it was all set in the midst of a busy wedding day. Hopefully this was just a tech hiccup and will be sorted for future brides!

n Oregon we strive to perform for however the wedding decides to plan out. For planning I'm so sorry to hear I added stress to your wedding weekend!! Believe me that is the last thing we ever want to do. As a wedding stylist myself, this was my first wedding strictly on back office and learning Honeybook so I take full accountability of every hiccup. The payment somehow got set for a year out and I didn't catch it until the day after your wedding. Would you mind shooting me an email of the message you got of it saying "outstanding balance?" that is super stressful and I would not want a bride to get that again. If I can see it I can send it to my Honeybook rep to edit the message. As well as, absolutely change the last payments to be taken out at the proper time has already been edited on my end so Brides aren't getting that message after their wedding. My apologies again but your feedback is so valued as this is the feedback that allows us to better serve every future bride!

ughout the entire process. The quality of their work was truly beautiful, detailed, and strong. For example, salon stylist Jess did my hair on the day of my wedding, and she was incredibly receptive to my feedback and happy to make sure the style was exactly what I wanted. We had even done a trial beforehand, where Jess quickly pivoted when the original style didn't quite work for me, and she came up with a wonderful alternative that I ended up loving. I couldn't have asked for a better beauty team to help make my special day perfect.
